Excellent property! Communication with the host, David, was excellent. The hurricane hit one week before we were to arrive and David responded quickly to my inquiries of how the property faired out from the hurricane. We honestly saw no evidence of damage. Only 2 things that I think could use improvements- the mattresses are close to needing replaced and when a party of 6 are staying, we could have used some extra bath towels. But we managed. We very much enjoyed the entire property and will be eager to return!

Communication and the amount of information given and when was easy and perfect. We knew all we needed to know before we got there. The condo was just as described in the listing. We appreciated having the starter items as we arrived late on a Friday night and didn't have to worry about those essentials until the next day. We loved Waterscape! We did order a few things for delivery and it was difficult for those delivery drivers to find our location. Since we didn't know the area well, we couldn't help. Maybe some better arrival instructions to pass on would be helpful.

Spectacular views, close to parking lot

UnitC605 has a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a crockpot which was a huge plus to make meal time easier. Couch and beds were comfortable. They also provided a pack and play for an infant which most units don't have! Would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to waterscape!

Beautiful room - great locationLoved the room setup. Worked great for my family. Was amazing being able to just walk to the “waterpark” and beach right from the room. Beautiful views. Only odd thing about the room: there were zero condiments, coffee, and seasoning which I’m used to having at these types of rentals. Not even salt and pepper which we didn’t check before grocery shopping. So just a heads up bring whatever you need don’t expect seasonings. This was not a problem though and such a minor detail. Everything else about the place was great. Oh and we thought the beds were super comfy.

We’re glad it didn’t cause too much inconvenience and that everything else, including the comfy beds, made your stay enjoyable. We’d love to welcome you back for another great visit!

Had a wonderful stay over spring break in this great condo. We have been coming here for years, and always have a great time. The view is great, as you can see all the pools and the beach. The weather was perfect, which made our stay even better. There is plenty of space for our family, and it has all the comforts of home. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well.
