Traveling with young kids always makes things *extra* but the host left little night lights, kids books, and kids plates/bowls/cups handy which was very helpful! We didn’t spend much time there as we were in town for an event, but it did the trick!

Thank you Amanda for the kind review, I’m just doing my job as they say. Amanda and her family absolutely wonderful I have had 600 guests combined between my house and another small listing and a different venue and I can tell you they are definitely among the top one percent that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Amanda brought me tomatoes from her garden - who does that ! I was touched by her thoughtfulness. And her husband fix something in the house. Meeting them was like catching up with long-lost friends. And of course they left my house immaculate.

We were celebrating a 100th birthday for my mother-in-law who also stayed with us and the host, Jane, could not be more kind and accommodating. Although she was out of site she was always available when you needed her. I would highly recommedt and look forward to our next stay at her property

Nice stay

The house is immaculate and very well stocked. It is conveniently located to everything. The backyard is nice and has a deck with a gas grill. It is a bit noisy since it backs up to Route 4. Overall had a nice time!

Great House

The house was perfect for four adults for a Newport getaway. It was so clean (this coming from friends who can be a little much with cleanliness) and amazingly well stocked. Jane made sure we had everything needed for our stay! Truly a great find!

RI Weekend

The popery is located is a very nice little neighborhood, with close and easy access to the main highway to travel to nearby areas. Only a 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport! Lovely home, better than pictured. Very homey feeling, with a great property manager.

Great place outside Newport!

This place was a gem! Just outside of Newport and not far from Providence. It was sparkling clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable! The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with not to mention very considerate. We had never been to RI but want to come back. We would highly recommend this place!

Affordable family rental

This property was exactly as advertised and we loved it. Plenty of space for my family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, plus a great kitchen for cooking meals. The 25-minute drive to beaches and Newport isn’t bad and having central A/C was a lifesaver after being outside in the sun all day. It was nice to meet Jane (the owner) and know that she was easily reachable if we had a question.

The house is great. It is small but really well laid out so it feels roomy. We were there for a baby shower and had to do lots of prep work. The kitchen is perfect. Very well stocked with cooking pot and pans. It had everything we needed. The host was very nice and extremely accommodating and helpful. Couple things of note. The home sits on a fairly busy and noisy highway. You cannot see it but it is noisy especially if you come from a place that has no highway. Finally and perhaps this was my oversight. You are not really renting a stand alone home. There is a small unit attached to the house. You do share a wall. One must be extremely conscious of the other people or just a small amount of noise could disturb them. We were 3 and I spent a lot of time shushing my kids. It is a great house but for myself I was so worried about disturbing the other guests I would not return. We are just too noisy to share a wall.
