I thought you might have appreciated me taking time off of work and meeting your professional baby/VRBO planner in advance of your rental period for an hour to ensure you and your baby's comfort.

Because outdoor furniture is subject to the elements, these are provided as a complimentary courtesy, though we appreciate your note regarding their upkeep. When you raised concerns about the cleanliness inside the home, we took your feedback seriously and dispatched our cleaning team. While their arrival was unfortunately delayed twice, they completed the detailed touch-up with absolute excellence once on-site. This included specialized long-reach dusting and deep-scrubbing the toilets to ensure they were pristine. While our team was eager to complete the remaining work immediately for your comfort, you requested that they halt and return later so your two dogs could roam the house freely. As a gentle reminder for all guests, our house policy strictly states that pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time.
