Denne studiolejlighed med aircondition ligger over en fritliggende garage beliggende lige bag ejendommen ved vandet i Sunland Estates feriesamfund. Det har to queensize-senge og et køkken og badeværelse i fuld størrelse. Det har udsigt over vandet, et privat dæk med grill, selvom der ikke er nogen gård, er der direkte adgang til stranden til den eftertragtede bugt ved Sunland. Shannon and Joe are incredible hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We only wish we could have spent more time getting to know them. Their neighbors and friends were equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.The property is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing beachfront that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water. Be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen and some floaties—you'll want to spend as much time in the river as possible!The neighborhood is one of the highlights of the stay. It's peaceful, safe, and has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere. The local general store and bar/diner made grabbing breakfast and other essentials incredibly convenient. The entire community embraces the waterfront lifestyle, and it's easy to see why everyone loves spending their days in the water and simply enjoying life.If you're attending a concert at the Gorge, this is the perfect place to stay. It's just a short drive away, and after the show, you'll appreciate returning to a comfortable, air-conditioned room instead of being chased out of a tent by the early morning sun.We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or the perfect home base for a Gorge concert weekend!

Great stay

Had a very enjoyable stay while attending a festival at the Gorge. Can’t beat the proximity to the venue for the value. Cute little neighborhood right on the water.

Great spot close to the Gorge

Had a great one night stay here for a concert. It's extremely conveniently located near the Gorge. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the host was extremely communicative. Would definitely use in the future for concert stays!

So close to The Gorge! A MUST book for concerts!

This apartment has the absolute best location right on the river/lake and literally a few minutes drive from The Gorge Amphitheater! The apartment was clean and Shannon was super helpful before the trip and during. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again!

The Gorge’s Best Kept Secret

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend at the Gorge and surrounding area. The hosts are *amazing*; I cannot speak highly enough of them. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be reaching out again.

Amazing stay

What an amazing location on the Columbia River! Very convenient to The Gorge, comfortable and clean. Way better than camping for a concert. Shannon was the perfect host. She was incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't recommend her Vrbo enough!

We were in town for a weekend of concerts at The Gorge, and stayed at this super cute studio above the garage behind the main house. Could not be in a better location - direct river access, in Sunland Estates, even a little river view from the front deck. Great communication from the owners, easy check-in and check-out process, and the studio was quiet, clean, and cool. The space was perfect for the two of us (me and my husband) - the room has two beds, an attached kitchen space, cute bathroom. Easy access to The Gorge with one of the local shuttles. Great recommendations for local activities (Chris Daniel winery, Cave B winery, river floating, etc). Definitely plan to stay there again!

Lovely home, location and home owners

Through out our stay, the home owners were the sweetest people we could have asked for. They were in constant communication with us, suggested activities in the area, told us the best places to get groceries and even checked on us when our event had a crisis (Beyond Wonderland). If we ever decide to come back to the gorge, this will definitely be the first place we look at to rent. 5 stars isn’t enough for how great our stay was.

Great location for my purposes

Parking was not great and did not get help with this from property owners. Okay for two people only. Maybe a bit overpriced but clean and close to concert venue.

Traveler came and stayed for Watershed weekend which is a bit of a zoo with parking and we would have definitely help a traveler with parking if they asked, we were on premise all weekend. All times we saw the traveler's car, it was parked at the edge of the driveway. Also, Watershed weekend has premium pricing on this unit, and this is one of the very few units with direct access to water and only 5 miles from the concert parking for what is usually a very HOT weekend. Happy to help travelers whenever we can and we pride ourselves with our traveler experience.

Sunland is a hidden gem!

My daughter and I stayed at unit for the weekend Dead & Company concert at the gorge. Fantastic location on the river, clean and well stocked. Shannon was always available and communicated well with any needs. We arranged a shuttle for transportation to the gorge, which was convenient. The only drawback was the small grocery store didn't have much, so be sure to bring what you need food and drink wise.

Shannon is excellent in communication and friendly. We had a wardrobe malfunction and she was able to help with supplies fixing it. Lifesaver! She is supportive, welcoming, open. We used the grill and had a fabulous lunch. Her location is 12 mins from The Gorge Amphitheatre and the closest truck stop/Mexican grocery store is 15 minutes.

Nice location

Good location with great views. Beach towels provided. I would recommend bringing beach chairs as beach is rocky. I am doubtful AC would keep area cool in summer as it struggled in 80 degree weather.

AC was upgraded over 2023 winter to a mini split. AC will be more than adequate in the heat, the older unit was replaced. Also added chairs

Awesome place

Wonderful host!

Due to some unexpected personal circumstances, we were unable to stay at the property during our booked time. That being said, Shannon was a wonderful host in her willingness to accommodate us and we plan to stay "again" in the coming months. The disclaimer is that we did not actually enter the property to assess cleanliness, etc., but I have no doubt that it is up to my high standards simply based on the level of communication that Shannon exemplifies as a host! Thank you so much, Shannon - we look forward to coming out to Sunland very soon.

We have been in Sunland for over 40 years and have enjoyed sharing the beauty and fun it has to offer with all guests and especially the ones who come to visit the incredible Gorge Amphitheater.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

It is right next to the water with opportunity to hang out and float in the cove, sit near water or for easy boat pick up. The boat launch is minutes away just across the cove. Easy to get to the Amphitheater, ask host about shuttle info which usually picks up in front of property.
