Denne studiolejlighed med aircondition ligger over en fritliggende garage beliggende lige bag ejendommen ved vandet i Sunland Estates feriesamfund. Det har to queensize-senge og et køkken og badeværelse i fuld størrelse. Det har udsigt over vandet, et privat dæk med grill, selvom der ikke er nogen gård, er der direkte adgang til stranden til den eftertragtede bugt ved Sunland. Det private samfund har også en privat pool, tennisbaner og en stor privat park og legeplads.

We were in town for a weekend of concerts at The Gorge, and stayed at this super cute studio above the garage behind the main house. Could not be in a better location - direct river access, in Sunland Estates, even a little river view from the front deck. Great communication from the owners, easy check-in and check-out process, and the studio was quiet, clean, and cool. The space was perfect for the two of us (me and my husband) - the room has two beds, an attached kitchen space, cute bathroom. Easy access to The Gorge with one of the local shuttles. Great recommendations for local activities (Chris Daniel winery, Cave B winery, river floating, etc). Definitely plan to stay there again!

The Gorge’s Best Kept Secret

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend at the Gorge and surrounding area. The hosts are *amazing*; I cannot speak highly enough of them. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be reaching out again.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay and this property. It was an ideal location for attending Labor Dave weekend at The Gorge amphitheater. Shannon was an excellent host.

Great spot close to the Gorge

Had a great one night stay here for a concert. It's extremely conveniently located near the Gorge. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the host was extremely communicative. Would definitely use in the future for concert stays!

The Gorge

Great location on the Columbia river. Highly recommend this place if you are headed to The Gorge Ampitheater. Great host communications and amenities.

Sunland is a hidden gem!

My daughter and I stayed at unit for the weekend Dead & Company concert at the gorge. Fantastic location on the river, clean and well stocked. Shannon was always available and communicated well with any needs. We arranged a shuttle for transportation to the gorge, which was convenient. The only drawback was the small grocery store didn't have much, so be sure to bring what you need food and drink wise.

Lovely home, location and home owners

Through out our stay, the home owners were the sweetest people we could have asked for. They were in constant communication with us, suggested activities in the area, told us the best places to get groceries and even checked on us when our event had a crisis (Beyond Wonderland). If we ever decide to come back to the gorge, this will definitely be the first place we look at to rent. 5 stars isn’t enough for how great our stay was.

So close to The Gorge! A MUST book for concerts!

This apartment has the absolute best location right on the river/lake and literally a few minutes drive from The Gorge Amphitheater! The apartment was clean and Shannon was super helpful before the trip and during. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again!

Amazing stay

What an amazing location on the Columbia River! Very convenient to The Gorge, comfortable and clean. Way better than camping for a concert. Shannon was the perfect host. She was incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't recommend her Vrbo enough!

Nice location

Good location with great views. Beach towels provided. I would recommend bringing beach chairs as beach is rocky. I am doubtful AC would keep area cool in summer as it struggled in 80 degree weather.

Awesome place

Excellent view ofthe river and close proximity to the gorge. Host was super accomadating. Beds were cozy and check out instuctions were clear and easy. Awesome stay!

Wonderful host!

Due to some unexpected personal circumstances, we were unable to stay at the property during our booked time. That being said, Shannon was a wonderful host in her willingness to accommodate us and we plan to stay "again" in the coming months. The disclaimer is that we did not actually enter the property to assess cleanliness, etc., but I have no doubt that it is up to my high standards simply based on the level of communication that Shannon exemplifies as a host! Thank you so much, Shannon - we look forward to coming out to Sunland very soon.

A perfect weekend at The Gorge!

Shannon is a fantastic Vrbo owner! Have stayed at a large variety of Vrbo properties, this was like none other. Her friendliness and attentiveness was above and beyond expectation! It was a perfect place for my friend and I to stay while attending a multi day event at the Gorge. We had a fantastic and relaxing weekend at her place!

Picture perfect

This property was even better than advertised in so many ways! First it was just a perfect location. Cute neighborhood with a nice park right on the river, and short drive to the Gorge Amphitheater. The views are amazing and Shannon and Joe were more than gracious hosts! They allowed us access thru their yard to get to the private beach front and even let us borrow their beach chairs and paddle board. Needless to say they went above and beyond and we would love to stay with them on our next trip back to the Gorge!

Best Festival Stay

A friend and I stayed here for Bass Canyon (music fest. at The Gorge). Shannon and Sundland Estates did not disappoint! This is the perfect destination whether you're going to a show at the Gorge or just experiencing Sundland for a worry free vacation; This is the place you want to stay! Shannon is your hostess with the mostess. There is nothing she can't help you with. This vacation rental is a perfect place to stay; beds are comfy, apartment is CLEAN with all the amenities you could need, and the deck has a perfect view of everything serene around you. Our only complaint is that we did not stay longer.

Great Place BUT

I recommend you purchasing property damage insurance, we had 4 adults and the septic backed up causing us to pay a damage deposit. It will most likily do it if you have more than 2 people staying. Also, pool was advertised and we were not able to use it. Cute and has A/C! Good Communication with owner.

We have been in Sunland for over 40 years and have enjoyed sharing the beauty and fun it has to offer with all guests and especially the ones who come to visit the incredible Gorge Amphitheater.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

It is right next to the water with opportunity to hang out and float in the cove, sit near water or for easy boat pick up. The boat launch is minutes away just across the cove. Easy to get to the Amphitheater, ask host about shuttle info which usually picks up in front of property.
