The place was beautiful, clean, and situated right on the beach in a convenient area. The hosts were wonderful, answering questions before the stay and taking care of the one problem we had during our stay in a timely manner.

Perfect beach getaway. You can’t get any closer to the water. I stayed for a month & didn’t want to leave. The sunsets were beautiful. Beach service was really nice. Anne and Phil were communicative and friendly.

The view of the beach and proximity to the beach was wonderful. Host was responsive. Was very disappointed with the state of the condo itself. With just a little more effort it could be a nice place to stay. It was not very clean, surfaces didn't appear wiped down. Large wall clock, needed a battery, missing cabinet door in the kitchen, etc. Needs a thorough deep clean as well as better cleaning between guest stays.

Hi Debbie Just received this review Im glad you loved the location right near the beach access and fantastic view of the gulf.. I am sorry the cleaning was not what you hoped for.. I will pass this information on. Most renters seem to think it is very clean especially with the granite counters everywhere, the travertine floors, new faucets, the disinfectant process, very clean linens and floors. You mentioned to me that the top of the fridge was dusty I am sorry this was the case. All surfaces are wiped down ,the disinfectant sometimes leaves a slight residue. The wall clock is decorative; the missing cabinet door is always falling off because it is a lazy susan and some renters are rough with it. We took it off.. Again, I do apologize Thank you management,

Beach view was nice and close. The condo could have been cleaned a lot better. The couch and chairs are wore out. The bathroom sink was stopped up with hair. The Condo is not kid friendly. My wife and I have stayed in serval places thru out the years.. We were excited about visiting Destin. Unfortunately we were not to pleased about the Condo . We were actually left a day early then we were booked for. If I was the host of this property. I wouldn’t recommend want to make it so comfortable and relaxing. That I wouldn’t want to go home.

Hi I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay.. I will try to make it more kid friendly but honestly people come here because it is so Family and kid friendly with it being right next to the beach access and pool. Grills very close, right down the boardwalk. I am sorry you didn't like the sectional with the loveseat. We really never had a complaint about that. People enjoy relaxing ,especially laying on the lounging part of the sofa sectional. You should have called about the shower not draining. We would have come over immediately and also addressed any cleaning issues you had, Again I do apologize.

Wonderful view and access to the beach!

We enjoyed working with the owner, Anne. She was helpful and communicated well whenever we contacted her. This unit has recently been remodeled and most importantly it's on the first story which is a huge benefit. We definitely want to stay here again.

The unit was very clean. It was steps away from boardwalk to beach. My only suggestions... More towels for bathroom and kitchen (There we NO wahcloths for either kitchen or bathroom.) The condo needed some sort of food storage bowls (Tupperware.) If you bring children, THEREI ARE NO PLASTIC BOWLS OR CUPS....everything is glass. It was also short on extra sheets and blankets.

Great beach access

Property location was great for a relaxing getaway. The access to the beach was exceptional and the beach service was an added bonus. We had great sunrise and sunset views everyday. However, we did have to launder the bedding when we arrived and ended up buying our own blankets the following day (the bed cover had a musty smell). Other improvements needed would be to have the living room couch cleaned as it was stained in several places and sharp knives that can cut. Also, we couldn’t get a key for the safe that was provided. We did not use the bunk beds nor the sleeper portion of the couch so cannot comment on that. Overall, we were happy with the beach access but this place could be a 5 star with the improvements mentioned.

We Loved It!

What a great vacation we got! We were looking for safe travels in the Covid world and that is what we got. Beautiful view out the front of condo. Beach was outstanding. Very comfortable with beach service each day! Condo was very comfortable with everything we needed! Anne is a great host! Very quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back!

desperately needs a deep clean

I wish I had nothing negative to say, but... Location, price, decor, ease of check in and communication, all great! Plenty of room for two adults and two small children. However the amount of dust and mildew was mind blowing. I noticed a musty odor upon entry but thought must be from location to ocean, but the amount of mildew around the kitchen sink and the bathtub jets soon answered that question. And the dust! At first glance everything looked great but as I got settled in, I couldn’t stop sneezing. The property desperately needs a good DEEP cleaning. There were also no extra sheets or any cleaning supplies other than a broom and mop. No “extras” at all. I need to add that I did not call to complain, I just took my allergy medicine daily and went about my vacation. I cleaned the sink mildew best I could and only let my kids take showers, not baths.

Hi Lori.Thank you for your positive feedback and my apologies for the dust and cleanliness issues you encountered. I wish you would have let me know when you arrived This way I could have taken care of everything you needed. I haven’t had anyone else complain about the cleanliness of the unit so I was quite surprised To the contrary all travelers have thought it was extremely extremely clean The sink has some lime hard water issues near the base as it is bronze and you might see a hint of green but that is not mildew. Also The unit is highly disinfected after every clean but I do understand if you are highly allergic you would be affected. Again I haven’t had any complaints of dust all year so I was surprised to hear this. There are always sheets under the cabinet by the Tv or in the closet in the master bath Again you should have called and we would have come in and addressed all your issues. Thank you and please accept our apologies Management

Great stay at the beach!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and just right for our family. We loved that it was on ground floor but still up on a hill so you had a great view of the ocean. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo.

Can’t beat the ocean views and steps from the beach!

This house was perfect for our small family! Fully stocked with kitchen needs. Washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. Cable tv in two rooms and fast internet. The best part though... just steps from the beach with chair and umbrella service daily. It was better than we could dream of. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly and kindly. We will be back next year!

Perfect place

Everything was perfect about this location. From the moment you walk in. Super clean, everyone slept comfortable, and the owner is super nice and fast to respond to any questions. It has the perfect view, and quick access to the beach, our boys were able to go out at any time they wanted, and you get to experience the beach at any time of the day. Def. going back!
