Just listed, New paint and upgrades throughout..This great beachfront unit is on ground level a ,first floor condo.. No stairs or elevators to contend with... Steps away from the beach Access. Unit is in Crystal Beach. Very quaint, very charming. Walk to Camilles Cafe for coffee,breakfast(music on the weekends) ,lunch and a great seafood dinner.
Sleeps six with bunks in the hall , king in the master and a sleeper sofa.
Unit is open and bright.. Kitchen has white cabinets with marbled graniite counters with views open to very large, very spacious living area and beautiful breathtaking views.
Pool is redone with beautiful brick pavers
Comes with beach service March-October. Every morning you get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you to enjoy throughout the day..



Near all amenities and restaurants .. Crystal Beach is wonderful.... Publix , Fresh Market and Whole foods, Destin Commons,Back Porch, Pompano Joes,and Captain Daves within a five min drive.
Golf , Silver sands Outlets for shopping ,deep sea fishing nearby,Harborwalk village, all within a 10 min drive

Overall stay was wonderful. Condo was and always has been for our family of 4. We’ve consistently stayed in this property for the last several years and this is second time to be in this unit. The beach access is easy. The beach service is always friendly and helpful. I personally enjoy watching the lifeguards get their morning training in from the public beach access. The owner was very helpful and responsive when needed. I love the outdoor grill, which helps with eating in which we enjoy to help keep cost down. The location is so quiet and peaceful which is a huge plus for us. The cleanliness was great. The amenities are as advertised. 10 out of 10 for us. Will stay again, and it would definitely be this unit again if available.

It was beautiful! The booking process was easy. Everything was just as described and right on the beach. Lots of delicious restaurants near by. We will definitely return!

Wonderful location, great host and clean comfortable stay. Great communication prior to the stay with host and the condo is located in a perfect spot. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend for my daughter. Will definitely be back!

We stayed an entire week in this condo with our children. The views, access to the beach were incredible. However, their was dirty dishes in the drawers, coffee maker was dirty & barely worked (cheap). The master bed was not comfortable at all. (Air mattress quality) Wish there was a fan in there as well, it could definitely be updated for the price we paid to stay for a week. No good cleaning supplies either to help keep the condo clean. Not worth 4,000 for the week in my opinion. I notified the host of our issues, with no response. The views & beach access were worth that but not the condo itself. Likely won’t stay in this same condo again but will always recommend Crystal villas.

Hi Received your review today. I am sorry you were disappointed with our condo. To respond Id like to say that we have replaced the coffee pot and didn't know there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. sometimes travelers put back dishes in a hurry not really knowing they are spotted or not clean .Sorry for that. The mattresses is a matter of taste .another traveler just asked me the name of the mattress as she slept so good during her stay. We have great reviews because the condo is very clean(cleaned with very strong disinfectant, significantly updated(not fully renovated), decorated tastefully, great location ,a ground floor unit ,no stairs or elevators to deal with and the view of the gulf is just so close and awesome and so is the beach access. Also the beach is private with beach service in season everyday. As this is a small complex you do not get crowds of people. That is why it is so popular and during the summer season rates could go very high with so many outside costs ,and property costs rising extremely high especially the last two years. I dont know if many companies supply an array of cleaning products . We do supply a start up of minimal cleaning basics and you are asked to bring what you think you might need for your stay. Some travelers stay for months at a time. Thank you again Management..

Snow bird heaven

Hard to beat Destin for an extended getaway from the great white north and these condos are ideal if you like a slow pace and living right on the beach.

Awesome place!

The check in process was simple. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The condo sits right on the beach with amazing views which is exactly what we wanted. We will definitely stay here again!!

Overall, this is the perfect beach condo. First of all, it’s actually on the beach, and to add to that, it’s on the first floor. The views are beautiful whether you are inside or outside! The unit is also extremely clean and well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable and it was so nice to have two toilet areas and a great shower area between. Hope to return to this jewel again!

The best view!

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying here at this property so much. The location was perfect, the views from the living room and porch were the best! We took a walk to the cafe up the street in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. The location and views can’t be beat. And not having to deal with stairs or elevators was awesome

Amazing Trip

This was our 2nd time visiting and staying in Anna’s condominium They are in a great location and perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys age 16 &18 )just steps from the beach great view and had everything we needed and everything was really clean, this will definitely be our place we stay every time we come we celebrated our 21st anniversary , my Son graduating high school and Father’s Day all in one week so we had a great time

Beautiful property and location

We have vacationed in Destin for over 20 years, and this is by far our new favorite place. The view of the Ocean is amazing. The property is well maintained and quiet. The condo was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thanks so much to Anne, she answered all questions prior to arriving and was only a phone call away while we were there.

Beautiful condo walk right out to the beach.

The condo is great and you walk right out to the beach, and that was incredible! Only issue was we weren’t able to get into the room until 5:30pm because cleaners did not show up until 4:26pm.

Beautiful beach

Easy beach access as condo is located approximately 100 feet from waterline. Very comfy king bed with bunks for 2 kids. Family of 4 would be very comfortable in the space. The bathroom layout is ingenious and would also accommodate a family of 4. Provisioning could have been more vacationer friendly. Housekeeping needs to step up their game.

Overall good stay

The beach access was excellent. We had a 1st floor room and walked out the patio door, across back yard, and down steps to beach. The condo made great use of the space and the extra 1/2 bath was convenient. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. I was disappointed in the price compared to another condo we had stayed in a few years ago. The cleanliness of the condo was only mediocre and there is a public beach access strip next to the villas which brought in a host of big groups that were not respectful of our space or presence.

Great Family Vacation

We (family w/3 kids 7,5, 22 months) had a great time here! The location was perfect. Access to the beach was literally 2 minutes out our back door via a small flight of stairs. Chairs and umbrella that were provided made for a relaxing time on the beach. Just far enough away from the crowds of Destin and 30A, but close enough to civilization to enjoy great meals out and easy access to grocery shopping (cool outdoor mall close by too). No issues to contact the owners with. Great communication from them prior to the trip. Our first trip down from NC. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Great Place to Stay!

Very great place to stay! Right on the beach just as described. So convenient for beach days! The beach chair service was awesome. It was a private access and roped off from the public. Very nice for if you have kids and they play while you relax. The pool was great as well. Everything was very nice and well maintained. We ordered in most of our food, but went out one time. Lots of places around for the food palate. Owner was very kind and allowed us into the room a little early. (Since we got there sooner than expected)The kitchen had basic kitchen needs. We made breakfast and coffee. Only feedback that I would add is we ran out of trash bags … and having a salt/pepper shaker would’ve been nice. And a few extra Towels for showers. We had to reuse some. If there was detergent we could’ve washed them and been fine. Overall very great stay and experience! Made my kids summer for sure. Definitely stay here again!

Hands down the best beach condo we have ever stayed in! Unreal how close the beach is. The beach view cannot be beat! Our room was immaculate, and our kitchen had everything we needed. It was also helpful having a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We cannot wait to come back! It’s a little slice of paradise.
