We've stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints! We have a family of four and (two adults, two now teenagers) and there is enough space for us all. The property is well maintained, clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood that is quiet but convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth. The sunroom is what really sets this condo apart; it is so peaceful and overlooks one of the ponds in the community. A wonderful place to make memories, spend family time together, and recharge! All communication with the host has always been wonderful and the check in process is very easy.

This is our second time staying at Steve & Karen's. We take our nephews on vacation each year to Lewes, and their home is so comfortable, and spacious. Their home is updated, clean, and in a beautiful area. They have all of the amenities you'll need in the kitchen, games, puzzles, and books, when you're in for the night. There is lots to do in the area, with a short drive to the beaches, lots of shopping, and restaurants! Our favorite spot is Cape Henlopen park, you can pay to park for the day, and they provide showers, toilets, and food. We hope to be back and visit again.

Immaculate Relaxing Getaway

Beautifully decorated condo in a quiet neighborhood close to Outlet Mall shopping, excellent restaurants, and of course the beaches. The sun room faces the pond which provides a nice relaxing place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine to begin or end your day. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Originally we had only planned to stay for 4 days, but the house was beautiful, and stocked with all of the amenities you could need, so we asked to extend it to 6 days! Karen was wonderful to work with, and we would love to stay again! Great location for the beaches and shopping. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

The condo is perfect for our family of four, centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. It is meticulously clean, comfortable and well maintained. The host is very responsive as well. My favorite part is the beautiful sunroom that overlooks the pond; I could sit there relaxing for hours!

Stay at pondview in Lewes

We loved our stay at the house. It was a super cute home with a beautiful view of the pond. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a gas grill for cooking, but there were many restaurants to choose from which were close by and very good. Great communication with the owners. Would stay there again!! Thank you for a lovely stay

Pondview Retreat

Our stay at Pondview Retreat was everything we hoped it would be and more. The owner, Karen was helpful and very hospitable! The home was clean, well appointed, comfortable and perfectly located. Our kids had a blast fishing in the pond right outside the home! We were a short drive to Lewes and enjoyed shopping and eating at some wonderful restaurants. If you are looking for a sweet property in a great location, you need to look no further than Pondview Retreat!

Beautiful condo close to everything

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located within 15-20 minutes of 4 beaches and lots of things to do. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We loved having the garage- it was perfect for us to keep our beach stuff in overnight and when we went out for dinner, activities and shopping in the evenings. And the sun porch was a nice addition with office space for my husband and I to do a little work in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

We had a patch of bad luck with the weather and a theft (did not occur at the property) so our vacation was not what we were hoping. However the house itself was gorgeous, spotless and cozy. In addition our communication with the hosts who were gracious, helpful and communicative was probably the best we have experienced. The house and the location are about as summer perfect as you can get and actually even better than the photos which are very attractive, are able to reveal.
