Du vil have en fantastisk og afslappende tid i San Pedro Belize. Du kan nyde denne rummelige 1500 kvadratmeter 2 soveværelse ved havet, 2 badeværelser luksuslejlighed med alle europæiske porcelænsgulve. Beautiful piece of property with an amazing view. Peaceful atmosphere and perfect accommodations for two couples. The bedrooms are separated by two bathrooms down a hallway. Lori and Jim are great hosts and very helpful. It is nice to be away from the downtown but have it easily reachable.

Family Trip

The property was clean and well kept- inside and out. Sam keeps the grounds beautiful and our unit was sparkling due to Maria’s attention to detail. Location was great for us and so many fantastic eateries and bars nearby.

Great Place for quiet vacation

The space was very comfortable. It was outside of town enough that it was fairly quiet, but close enough to drive into as needed. We highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay. The hosts were VERY helpful and easy to work with.

Lori and Seleni were amazing. Their place was in a great location, amazing ocean views, spacious, and very clean. They helped us from the beginning by seeing up a cart for transportation and met us at the ferry. They helped get us to and from the ferry with our luggage and gave great recommendations for restaurants and options for tours we were interested in..

Fun 3 days on Ambergris Caye

Clean, safe and functional! Unfortunately we had strong winds our entire stay and couldn't do any snorkeling or swimming with sharks. Thankful for Secret Beach since it was protected from the winds, but it was a 30-40 minute golf cart ride and one day would have been enough there!

Overall Excellence

Great location and included all that was needed for a week in San Pedro with the family. Can't speak more highly of the communication and assistance from the property managers (Lori & Jim), as well as the kindness and helpfulness from Sam (property caretaker) during our stay. Would highly recommend! We've been to Belize numerous times, so we had a good idea as to the the "lay of the land", but this was definitely our favorite place to stay.

We loved our stay. The condo is near the la palapa bar. The bartenders are all wonderful. They booked our golf cart, two snorkeling trips, our water taxis, and a rental car once we got back to the main land. Ask for Ivan and tell him the lady with the broken arm, in the purple cast, said hello!

NO Beaches !!!

This is a very nice property with a beautiful view. We are beach people and there are no beaches on the island ! Even Secret Beach is a secret because the beach is below the water and NOT on the shore. We had a nice time, but we will never go back.

The best time EVER!

Hosts were amazing. Picked us up from airport with our golf cart. They arranged our Tropic flight from Belize city to San Pedro and our gold cart rental. It was so spacious, bedding was perfect, showers with super temp and good pressure. Soft towels. Patio perfect for my morning coffee and reading. Walk right onto the pool area. Super close to great food and drink. Great location for all of our activities. We’ll be back. ❤️

The Perfect Place

This is a beautifully maintained property. It is very relaxing. I went there on a one week stay with my two adult daughters. The bedroom set up was great fot the three of us. One king bed and two queen beds. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The cookware was in good condition. Although we ate out for dinner we did cook breakfast there every day. I found the price of groceries in San Pedro to be extremely expensive for my budget. San Pedro is very noisy. The golf carts are loud, but we could not hear them when we were at the condo, which is a plus. All in all this is a great place to stay.

Piece of heaven

It was perfect! The property was right on the water, and the view is breath taking. It is about a 15/20 minute golf cart ride to town. However, all the excursions pick you up at the dock! The beds are comfortable, and there was drinking water provided. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that were very good. We did not have the smell that other places down the beach had. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything they can! We almost paid 3 times the price to stay at Mahogany Bay, and I’m so happy we didn’t. You will not regret staying here.

Wonderful Stay

We stay here for two weeks in March/April 2009. It is as nice as it appears in the pictures and video. It is well equipped and very clean. Don't miss the beautiful view from the top of the building. The airport pick-up is worry free - even if you arrive an hour early than expected. They will stop so that you can pick-up groceries before you head out to the condo. We enjoyed several successful fishing excursions with guides suggested by the owner. You can BBQ your catch on BBQ at the condo. (Delicious) You can buy charcoal at Superbuy in San Pedro. If you dive, we highly recommend Amigos del Mar. They will pick you up on the dock in front of the condo. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again. We highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location

From the time we booked to the time we departed at the airport the communication with the property managers was great. They assisted with arranging our flights from BZE, met us at the airport with our rental golf cart (they arranged for us) and helped us get to and from the property with our luggage. The property is a nice distance from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far to make several trips of desired into town a day. I believe it took use about 7 min to get to the edge of town. There is a couple of markets nearby to get cold drinks and snacks. We stayed in unit 1 and loved being on the ground floor. Just steps away from the pool that was very clean and enjoyable. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, walks along the beach, taking the kayaks for a paddle and watching the sunrise. We felt very safe at this property as they have a maintenance man during the day and a security guard at night. We would definitely stay here again.

We escaped frozen northern British Columbia for two weeks in March/April 2009 to stay at this wonderful condo located on Ambergris Caye. It is as nice as it appears in the pictures and video. When Dreams come true!

An awesome experience from beginning to end!. Lori & Seleni, with obvious forethought were invaluable in anticipating and planning for any possible glitches & making things flow as smoothly as possible. Staying at Oceanairre #1 was truly the ‘icing on the cake’ for my San Pedro adventure The Vrbo ad photos honestly reflected the attributes of this condo. Inside it was clean, spacious, somewhat elegant but warm & comfortable. The location was perfect for me. Whether it was French Toast (made with fresh, shredded coconut) in the morning or Shrimp Quesadillas in the afternoon, excellent places to eat were within walking distance or a short ride away. It was gratifying to just decide what to do & where to go then to rely on Lori & Seleni to book the excursion with a trustworthy professional. Their care doesn’t stop there. Scheduled for a group snorkeling excursion I was given a time to meet at the dock in front of the condo. A miscommunication occurred & I wasn’t picked up. I didn’t even have to call. As I was walking back from the dock, staff asked what happened, immediately called Lori & within an hour, Seleni contacted me. She had talked with the company responsible for the excursion. Along with their apology, they agreed to provide me with a private excursion of the same event at a time most convenient to me, with no charge. A guide picked me up at the dock two hours later & gave me a private snorkeling tour of the Barrier Reef. I came back with underwater photos & lifetime memories. So much to do! Whether it was a ‘Sunset Cruise’, a snorkeling trip or a trip to the Mayan Ruins, every day was a new adventure. I have to say I loved zipping around in my golf cart. Without the constraints of windows & doors it reminded me of going ‘jeeping’ in my younger days. I hope to return to San Pedro & stay at Oceanairre in the years to come. There’s still so much more I’d like to do & see! .

Cute Condo on the beach north of town

This is a nice condo for up to 6 people on the beach. It is about 15 minutes out of town and golf cart rental is essential. If you love quiet and get away from it all- this is a good spot to just relax , great support from organizers and Diego on site .

Amazing property

Suite was very large and clean. We were surprised with a new king bed and that the pool was quite deep. Reefers Bar was right beside it and they offered great evening entertainment. The girls at a Oceanaire went above and beyond by picking us up at the airport with our cart rental even though we weren’t staying with them until a few days after our arrival. They even booked our covid tests and had someone come right to our room to avoid any hassles. We highly recommend this place.
