Over all the place was nice but the walls are thin. Crying kid next door was horrible. The hot water heater was not working when we got there. But maintenance was quick to respond. But the hot water heater we had to be reset after every shower. The pull out bed ( couch ) when we opened we quickly closed it bad up. Looked like no one ever changed the sheets nasty looking. Other than that the place was nice. Nice view of the beach. And the rest of the place was very clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping and maintenance issues upon arrival. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can address it with the contracted cleaning company. We’ve since scheduled additional maintenance to prevent any repeat issues with the hot water heater. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back on a future visit.

NMB Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was quick and wonderful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the unit. My third night there a family member had an emergency requiring an ER visit and a shortened stay. Upon early check out the staff member (different than check in person) was rude and completely indifferent to the fact that we had no hot water. We did not get a chance to call in the problem due to the emergency but cold showers weren’t fun. I wanted her to know so they could fix it before the next people checked in. Her attitude was disappointing. Also, while the view was great, it wasn’t worth the 16 floors on the elevator EVERY time we went in and/or out.

Great location

I love staying at this resort due to the convient location to many off-site attractions close by. Traffic is rarely and issue either at this location unlike down in Myrtle Beach area.

Great property and great service. Only downside was the bathroom smelled when we got there so we bought some cleaning products to spray down bathtub, inside of shower curtain and sinks

Girls trip

We had an amazing time. It was me and my daughters 2 friends, age 15. Everything was clean and easily accessible. We would definitely stay again. The floors are very slippery when wet though, several of us slipped but no falls. Still had an amazing stay though.

On The Beach and Walking Distance To Barefoot Landing

The property was nice, beds were comfortable, parking and location were great for our stay in Myrtle Beach for the World Amateur Golf Tournament. The outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs were very nice with plenty of chairs. I did call to ask to have the floors cleaned and got a quick response and the floors were steam mopped.

Have always stayed at Beach Cove

Great condo, it is near the elevator so you can hear it at night. The kitchen is in need of a spatula to flip eggs and the toaster does not toast unless you hold the button down. Otherwise, great unit.
