Tæt på en stor offentlig park med tennis, basketball og shuffleboard baner, baseballbaner og en legeplads. Nedenunder er et halvt bad ud af foyeren og et lyst fuldt udstyret, moderne køkken med en tæller, der kigger ind i spisestuen og stuen. Spacious,clean and comfortable

In town for family wedding. Perfect location between Chapel and Lighthouse. Enjoyed daily walks to beach and town.

St Simon sunshine

Perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. The back patio was sunny and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. The pool was clean and convenient for relaxing by in the afternoon sun. A short golf cart ride to town/pier.

A Very Nice Southern 10-week Getaway

It is difficult to get any closer to downtown SSI than that. Visitors' do not need a car if you have a golf car to drive around. Hint: Call the local property management "Real Escapes Properties" direct.

Clean and quaint

Our family enjoyed our stay in C-4. It was convenient to everything we typically do in SSI. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet location. We will be back!!

There is a w/d, a drip coffee maker (a Keurig-type would be better) and an iron. The steps to upstairs are steep so consider that if traveling with someone who doesn’t handle stairs well. The beds comfy. All-in-all, a pleasant stay.

Comfortable getaway

Very nice, clean and updated condo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to public beaches and to St. Simon's pier. Very happy with our visit.

Fun near the beach

The condo is very nice and clean. It can fit five adults comfortably. More than that would be a tight fit. The location is close to the beach and main steeet approximately a 15-minute walk. The drive to the public beach is very short about 8 minutes. It was nice having the pool right outside the front door. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Loved the townhome. It was perfect for us.

Would definitely stay here again! Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Very nice appliances, grill and patio. Convenient location and easy access to everything.

We cooked all our meals There due to pandemic decided was safer. The pool was right in front of the condo, well located close to everything, even the beach. The only thing we were missing was a better cable tv since there was not even one child friendly program, and Poor tv selection. Rental company should suggest guess to take their iphods and dvd movies since there’s a DVD player in the condo. Other than that our experience was great! Quiet neighbors, clean, and even a friendly cat visited everyday, my kids loved that!

Courtyard Villa C-4 Review for March 2020

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the Coronavirus we stayed 16 days of the month we reserved. This is the second year we rented this unit. We had some issues with the rental this year: additional vacuuming required, furniture in living room in poor shape needs replacing, ice bin badly cracked didn't work to hold ice. Reported early in our stay but not fixed by the time we left.

It was very clean, well stocked, just the right amount of space, super convenient location to restaurants/shops & the beach, nice pool, and easy checkin/checkout process. Highly recommend it and we will definitely want to rent again.
