Real Escapes Properties er glade for at tilbyde denne to-værelses, to-værelses lejlighed i Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk er en 16 hektar, smukt anlagt samfund med århundrede gamle egetræer og en dam. Faciliteter på stedet omfatter to puljer (hvoraf den ene er opvarmet), fitness fitness, tennisbaner, legeplads og klubhus med internetadgang.

To komfortable soveværelser med to komplette badeværelser. Stor stue med fladskærms-tv. Der er en gårdhave ud af stuen. Køkkenet har haft nogle gode opdateringer sammen med nye gulve. Master bedroom har en kingsize-seng, værelse har to tvillinger. Så meget at lave, fiske i søen eller fodre ænderne. Spil basketball, eller sving på legepladsen, eller få et godt træning i træningsrummet, der over ser søen. Ocean Walk er en kort gåtur til molen hvor crabbing er altid sjovt. Byg sandslotte eller fly drager på stranden. Du kan ride cykler over hele øen. Kom og ophold med os og forelsk dig i St. Simons og Ocean Walk. 0. 9 Miles til landsbyen, stranden og pier.

Outdated

The property was outdated & not nearly as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the area for similar cost. The TV’s are hard to figure out (teenagers were unable to figure the tv out in the 2nd bedroom). The vent in the main bathroom barely works, causing mold in the bathroom & on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom across the hall. I don’t recommend this rental.

Great location

Needs some updates. The sliding door was hard to open. Track is worn out. Outside plug does not work. Needed outside hose to rinse off sand on chairs and sand shoes before entering the condo. Like I said the location was great and the grounds were nice.

Great Family Get Away

Perfect condo!

Wonderfully kept quiet condo, perfect location with great amenities. Decor was great, kitchen, and linens were well stocked for all of our needs all the appliance were in perfect working order! Had an umbrella and a cooler to use which was very helpful! .Great view of the pond and water feature, great location to the pools and clubhouse . The only complaint were the mattresses were not that comfortable and very squeaky.
