Privat, nyrenoveret 2 værelses lejlighed 5 miles fra Downtown og River Arts distriktet. Nem adgang til I-26 og UNC-Asheville. Ren, stille og rummelig med et fuldt udstyret køkken. Luksus, allergivenlige sengetøj. Vågn op til supplerende kaffe og te. Bo her for at genoplade og opdag Asheville's rigelige fornøjelser!

Lejligheden er indrettet, herunder et fuldt udstyret køkken med køleskab, mikrobølgeovn, fire-brændeovn og ovn, og kaffemaskine. Der tilbydes trådløst internet, parkering på gaden for 2 til 3 biler, gratis kaffe og te, hårtørrer og fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Tre varme- / klimaanlæg holder pladsen komfortabel i alle årstider!

Det store soveværelse kan prale med en overdådig king-size seng med den mest komfortable pillow-top madras og en stor kommode. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge (som kan gøres til en ekstra kingsize-seng) og fungerer også som ekstra boligareal. Det indeholder et lille skrivebord. Sofaen i stuen konverterer til en dobbeltseng. Alle sengetøj er allergivenlige. Der er tre skabe.

Det generøse badeværelse har masser af opbevaring til dine toiletartikler samt varme i loftet.

Velopdragen hunde er altid velkomne (med et ekstra kæledyrsgebyr), men ingen katte.

Denne private lejlighed er stueetagen i min mors hus. Min bror, Carter, bor på tværs af gaden og vil være til stede for at passe på alle anmodninger.

We enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen area is tiny but the seating for 4 to dine was good sized. The TVs and AC/Heat worked well. Walking our dog there was a little scary. Roads were narrow and the sides had lots of poison ivy. Thank you. Our hosts were attentive and not intrusive.

Quiet and Cozy Mountain Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet, we slept great, the layout was cool, and it was just minutes from downtown Ashville and the Biltmore. Id highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nice quiet and relaxing place very close to downtown.

Excellent Place for Asheville Adventure

We enjoyed our stay. The space was as advertised. Great location between Asheville and Weaverville. It was a great jumping off point for all we wanted to do on our trip.

Pleasant stay!

Very clean, convenient apartment for exploring Asheville. We stayed two weeks, and I had to work remotely one week - WIFI was excellent. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommended!

Great location

Perfect for our stay in Asheville. 10 minute drive to lots of fun activities! Bed was comfortable and AC was appreciated! Nice spot if needing to bring a dog. Great communication with host

Great place for a weekend getaway to Asheville!

What a lovely home. It is well decorated but at the same time cozy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. The ability to regulate the temperature is a nice touch. I highly recommend and will look to book again for future trips.

Weekend stay

A great spot close enough to downtown to be a convenient getaway. We did struggle to find a close good hike but probably could have researched better. Carter was very attentive and the apartment was super cozy!

Adorable apartment

The lower level apartment is clean, well decorated, and well cared for. Water and snacks were available in the kitchen. Very comfortable!

Lovely little basement rental

It was a great location and very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a good night sleep (if you like a firm mattress w/a couple inches foam top). Not a luxury but very accommodating to meet your needs for the price. And the peacefulness and location is worth doing without a super comfy couch or large kitchen sink. If I make it back to Asheville, would definitely stay there again.

Convenient, clean and comfy

Location was good for both families we visited in Asheville Also had my favorite brewery Zillicoah. Right down the river. This basement apartment was well stocked and very clean. Our host was very responsive too. Come enjoy all Asheville has to offer and stay here!

A nice quiet stay near Asheville

Walking in everything was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. Our host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were given excellent ideas for dining was not disappointed with any place recommended. Found the place clean and ready for our stay. Had everything could have needed. A great location close to Asheville and all the places we intended to visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Clean and spacious

We only stayed one night but this would be the perfect location for an extended stay. Quiet, residential neighborhood but close to downtown. Very responsive and helpful management and great communication and instructions. Only suggestion I have would to change the listing description about parking, as you can't park on the street. Was not an issue for us even with an Expedition, as the off street parking was very roomy. Just different than the listing (or maybe I just misunderstood listing!).

Nice place

The apartment is very nice, clean (no dog odors or fur remnants, in case you’re not a dog person), and matches the description. The only discrepancy I see in the description is that parking is in the driveway, not on the street. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the lack of carpet. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and Lisa was flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the date of my reservation. Carter was available throughout our stay, although we had no issues and didn’t need to call on him. Honey’s Place has a sweet backstory that is related in the guest’s manual. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Girls Weekend

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed the weekend at Honey's Place for a girls weekend. It was just the perfect amount of space, very clean and a very short drive to the downtown area. I've previously stayed in a rental in the downtown area and it was loud with homeless people wandering about near our entry door. I really liked the quietness of this residential location and felt very safe. We were just a little confused with turning on/adjusting the heat, but a quick lookup for the HVAC system manual online and we were warm in 10 minutes. I'd recommend attaching a printout of that manual to the check in/check out info on the table for future renters. I will most definitely stay here for my next Asheville weekend! Jen

Cute apartment

Great place to rest in between hiking and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place was well supplied and clean. The tub/shower combo may be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues since the sides are quite high. Communication with the owners adult children was fantastic!
