Worked great for our family of 4 and the pull out bed was very comfortable for our 2 kids. Close to the pool which was great and the unit faces the inside of the complex so there was no road or parking lot noise at all.

My daughter and I enjoyed the condo for a 5-night stay just before Labor Day. It was comfortable (especially the bed) and clean. The only negatives were the fans in the bedroom (not ceiling fans, but oscillating tower fans that made a lot of noise) and the fact that the little windows above the shower did not open as designed. It was slow getting steam out after a shower, and since there is no A/C, a cross breeze would have been a little nicer. All in all, though, our experience was quite positive. The condo was conveniently situated right across from the pool, which made it easy to enjoy. The grounds made a nice view out the windows and the lanai was a nice additional space to hang out. Parking was super close to the door, and keyless entry made check-in and out easy, We very much enjoyed our stay.

It is a lovely space. Very quiet community. Only draw back no AC. Despite this surprisingly comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

We love Princeville, and this was a great location with easy access to the pool, the walking trail and a short drive to our favorite beaches.

Once a resident of Kauai

We love to visit our many friends on the north shore where we once lived. The accommodation was very large and comfortable for our three-week stay.

Great location for a short getaway

I could not have asked for better. I was extending a work trip for a few days and had not been to Kauai before. More than happy with this property for a few days stay. The amenities were beyond expectation.

Nice place

Good location, nice place

It looked just like the pictures..had just the basics, which was fine for me.The pool and hot tub were great ! We were there to hike, so at the end of the day, the hot tub was great for my legs and feet !! Swimming pool was very nice. Located close to store's in Princeville, which was convenient.

Great stay for our friends wedding

Great area. Great condo. Only issue we found was the lighting at night to know where you are going. We got in after dark and went to a few buildings to find our way. Thinking a map of the condo complex should be included with your info. Thanks for the great stay!

Cute & comfy

The place was as described and worked well for our stay. It can be a bit loud at times due to the density of units. The bed is rather worn and continued to "taco" through the week.

Beautiful and well equipped

The property grounds are amazingly beautiful and well kept. The condo itself had everything you might need on a vacation. It felt like a home away from home after long days of sight seeing, hiking, swimming... It is far from all the main island attractions. If you stay here, be prepared to make at least a 45 minute drive to any attractions beyond Hanalei Bay.

We love this location and have stayed at the Sandpiper Village many times. Princeville is such a nice quiet area. The condo was nice and as expected. It could use a little touch up here and there but we have found that's the case with most places. It had all the appliances that we needed to fix meals when we wanted which was mostly breakfast. The burners on the stove are a bit uneven but they did work. It was a nice spacious place and we would defiantly stay here again.

Nice Place

Family friendly. The place was very clean. The unit is downstairs and you could here adults walking around upstairs. However, the respect for quiet time at night was very good. The living room furniture is a little on the older side and saggy. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Super Comfortable bed!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, had a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. It was just the two of us, but I did notice that the couch pulled out into a bed if needed. There were plenty of towels and two snorkel and fin sets, which we used. Nothing fancy but they worked well enough. We enjoyed the lanai and the best part was the bed was incredibly comfortable!!!
