Very well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys. This place is great. The host Keith is excellent, very communicative. Very close to some local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend The Spot for breakfast and Red hot Mamas for dinner.

Keith was a wonderful and thoughtful host. He reached out ahead of time to recommend activities tailored to our interests. His guidebook is an impressive resource and thoughtful personal touch that definitely improved our time on Kaua'i. The condo is lovely, clean, and private and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed in Keith's beautiful condo, the end of February and beginning of March of '26. Of all of my VRBO rentals he by far has been the most informative and communicative of any Host.We loved the location, the quietness (well a certain rooster!) and the property itself. Yes it might show its age, but very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed his slice of Kauai Heaven very much.

We loved our time at Keith’s condo! Great location, open and clean layout and very comfortable for 4 people. Absolutely beautiful area full of walking paths that we enjoyed each morning. Make sure you don’t miss Breezy’s coffee cart about a mile away! Would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was wonderful, clean, equipped with anything you might want or need, even beach chairs and snorkeling equipment! Communicating with the owner was easy. He provided a lot of information on places to visit, to eat etc. and excellent instructions for the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to others.

Clean condo with all amenities in a nice area. Air conditioning units in 3 rooms making it very comfortable. Host was exceptional. Communicated with us a couple of times throughout the stay making sure all was well. Highly recommend to future travelers.

The condo was beautiful. The area is easily accessible to lots of activities. The beds were comfy and it was fantastic to have the condiments in the kitchen. The host was amazing with their communication and also went above and beyond to provide lots of valuable information about the island. My only complaint is that there is not a full length mirror.

This lovely unit is bright, airy and has a fully equipped kitchen. It provides everything you need for a very comfortable stay and is in a lovely quiet condominium with free parking. It was an honour to stay here.

Comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Keith was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our visit. It was especially nice renting from the actual owner who clearly loves and enjoys the property himself. Keith made himself available whenever we needed him and shared so many great ideas for things to see and do on Kauai.We absolutely love Kauai and its incredible mountainous, lush landscape. Some of our favorite experiences were snorkeling at Tunnels and Anini, exploring the charming town of Hanalei, and spending time swimming and playing in the water at Hanalei Bay.The property itself is in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed the layout, especially having the master loft while our kiddo slept downstairs. The furniture is comfortable and chic, and the space has a lot of character. The condo could use a bit of a makeover in some areas, which is understandable given the challenges of maintaining a property on a small island, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.We had a fantastic stay and would happily return to Kauai and stay here again. Keith was a top-notch host, and his genuine care for both the property and his guests really made our trip special.

What a lovely place, spacious and bright. The lanai opens to lush green! Super close to Hanalei shops and restaurants. Keith sent us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. Keith was a fantastic host, really responsive and easy to communicate with, and he went out of his way to be flexible and accommodating. Everything in the listing was accurate, so there were no surprises when we arrived.We stayed with two young children and it ended up being the perfect place for our family. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Keith also put together a guide that was super helpful and made it easier for us to plan our time.The location was really convenient, close to Foodland and just a short drive to Hanalei.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
