A experience, the condo was perfect for the two of us, very relaxing. Clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. Enjoyed the balcony furniture and the excellent beach views. Wonderful sunsets from the 8th floor. W/D was quiet and easy to operate. Elevators are quick. Plenty of carts to assist with moving in/out. AC/heat worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and shower. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink would not operate when we turned on the switch. Tried to push the reset button under the disposal but still would not work. Was not an issue for us.

Perfect condo for two. The view was spectacular and the rocking chairs with cushions on the balcony were wonderful and a real plus for us. Furniture in the condo was comfortable as was the bed. We liked the updated walk-in shower. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but could benefit from additional utensils. We enjoyed our stay overall, as long as we overlooked the layers of dust and the dirty carpets in the living room and kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, access to the ocean was awesome and it was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The property was just as promised.The view was amazing and the location was close to anything you wanted to do. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the balcony and the rocking chairs. The dolphins off the beach were a bonus.

First off, location of property is amazing! View is tremendous and you're just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and chatty, despite being a bit slow with the computer. We appreciated the abundant carts for loading and unloading as well as both functioning elevators. We've been other places having to search around for carts or had elevators out of service, so this was a definite plus. The condo itself was small but comfortable. It was clean and organized, but could benefit from a deep clean. This really only pertains to the bathroom though. For example, there was hair stuck on the wall behind the bathroom door as if someone had used a dirty rag to wipe with. The tile and grout could use a good scrub. The light fixtures had a layer of dust on them. Nothing too terrible, just if it was my place I'd want it spotless before "company" came over. The bed was comfortable, just a bit higher off the floor than we are accustomed to versus our own. If you like to have your bedroom dark I suggest bringing a blackout curtain. The wooden interior shutters let in a lot of light. We had packed up early our last night in order to get an early start the next morning and had taken our portable curtain down and there was a vast difference with the amount of light coming in. Also, we couldn't figure out how to turn the bedroom ceiling fan speed down but not a big issue. Overall great stay. Location is great as well.

Perfect!!

Everything was perfect for our stay!! Host were very communicative throughout the process and helpful. Condo was perfect as described and location was also perfect!! Will definitely book this property again!!

Such a comfortable place!

When we walked in -- we knew we were in a very special place. Everything was "just right". All the furniture was soooo comfortable. We wanted to stay on the balcony all day and night. Thank you for offering -- we hope to book again next year.

Summer Trip 2025

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the beach as always. It is our favorite place to go. I have to say that this was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and the bed was soooo comfortable. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a small problem when we arrived that was quickly solved by the owners. The bed was comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well appointed but we didn’t use it much.

Peaceful Getaway with Outstanding Hospitality

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect for a quiet retreat, yet still close to local attractions and dining options. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, and we hope to return in the future!

It Was Good But Needed Help.

Well the code to get in the Condo was everywhere, but the Condo Number was extremely hard to locate. After going through page after page I located the Condo number. Since we got there after 5 pm, the desk was closed. We were told that there is a charge for parking but the page telling you that said 35 not 50. However, they did notify us a few times parking was 50. Their pade said their was a kiosk to pay but when we used their QR code it didnt have us listed. So we waited until 9 am Saturday and met the lady at the desk. She couldn't locate us... Finally she found us and she said my card didn't work. Luckily, my bank notifies me when the card is charged. I showed it to her and she said she would have to take my word for it. On Sunday we found two notices on our car saying I needed a parking pass. Security guard came up and told me that an owner was upset we didn't have a parking pass. I asked why when I paid wasn't I given one? He couldn't answer. Luckily we left Sunday Morning. Place was clean including the property. Great view of the Gulf of America. Pool was awesome.

Great Spring getaway

Wonderful location and condo was extremely clean.We had a great time just hanging out at THe beach and unplugging- did NOT take out my laptop even one time!

Nice place, perfect for couple

Everything was great and we had no problems. Really liked that the pool area was quiet and uncrowded during our stay, even in March when spring break is in full swing. We would definitely stay here again! Our only complaint is the parking pass cost 55 for the week.

Very pleased with parking, elevator access, and baggage movement. Cheryl was a great communicator. Unit was very well equipped. Loved the rockers on the balcony. Path to the beach was very nice. Quiet family friendly location.

Condo Review

The condo was very clean. We loved the gliders on the deck. The bed was very comfortable!That being said…The pictures of the condo were not the same as online upon arrival (furniture and rug). There was not a vacuum cleaner in the condo…I had to sweep the rug and floors. There were no forks except for children. I had to buy forks. There was only one skillet that was average. It was difficult to cook with only one skillet. The recliner did not recline correctly…very difficult. The TV’s were very small especially in the living area. We could not completely shut the shower doors.

Both RNs and rent out our vacation beachfront condo while we are busy saving lives lol. We understand the need to escape the stress of life and spend quality time with your "person" or family. We have three kids grown now and were careful to plan vacations each year to make memories. Believe us when we say, you never get that time back, so enjoy every memory you can make!

When we started looking for a vacation home we saw lots of run of the mill. But when we found this one, we knew it was special. Owned by a contractor who gutted this Phoenix 8 unit and remodeled it with carved crown molding, new floor plan, granite, open walk in rain shower... things you don't find in other units... we HAD TO HAVE IT!!

PHOENIX condos are famous for their five star amenities and concrete construction for low noise levels. They are well managed and provide the ultimate in Orange Beach location.
