The parking pass instructions are clearly outlined in our guest portal and explain that the pass must remain visible and facing outward at all times so resort security can verify it. We understand how frustrating it is when an accidental change, such as it being turned around, results in a ticket. The exterior door you referenced is part of the resort's common areas and is maintained by the HOA, not the individual condo. While we understand it was inconvenient to walk around the building while it was being repaired, we appreciate your patience during that temporary issue. We're happy to hear you didn't encounter any concerns with the condo itself. The owner has invested significantly in updating and furnishing the unit to create a beautiful, comfortable vacation experience, and we hope you were able to enjoy everything it has to offer.
