Great Location and Beautiful Place

Perfect location for our Family trip. Beautiful, clean, and everything we needed was in the unit. Local stores were close by for groceries. Will be staying here again!

Plenty of Space

The accommodations of the building, location to the beach was fantastic. Plenty of space in the three bedrooms. The bunks were a little short for my 5’11 teenage but they would be perfect for smaller kids. .

Vacation of a Lifetime

This condo was simply perfect. Living room, kitchen, dining room is open and spacous. Cozy enough for 2 of us and roomy enough when the family of 7 joined us. The master bedroom/bathroom are roomy and allowed us to have separation when the kids arrived. All other rooms were spacous and the kids were 'thrilled' with the bunk beds. GREAT 3 weeks at Miramar beach !! Cant wait to return !!

Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was the eighth year our family has stayed at the Majestic Sun. It was by far the best of all of them! The condo was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

From the moment we walked in until we left our stay was amazing. The property owner (Michelle) was responsive within minutes and was able to help without hesitation. If you are looking for views, this is the place. Clean, relaxing environment. Everything worked and was very easy to understand. We would highly recommend this place.

Family vacay

Nicely updated condo with million dollar views. Loved watching sunsets from balcony. Very spacious with nice decor. Comfortable beds and good AC. We have never rented a condo with such limited supplies. We had one roll of TP per bath, one trash bag, one paper towel roll and S &P. No cleaning supplies for kitchen was strange. Thought owners appreciate renters cleaning the place during their stay. Also no beach chairs. We rented from LDV and they had them on beach with umbrella ready for us! Highly recommend LDV.

One of new places out there.

Terrific location. Plenty of room, nice furnishings (not cheap condo furniture) and we’ll stocked with everything you need. Owners respond to questions quickly. This is our 2nd time staying there and hope to continue staying.

Absulutely Breathtaking

This condo was so beautiful and our stay there could not have been more pleasant. It was so neat, furnished for whatever you needed. It was really grand for our party of 10! I would recommend this place to anyone for the most relaxing vacation ever. So close to pools and the beautiful beach. Hated to leave it. The Majestic Sun is the place to visit!

Perfect View - Perfect Vacation

This was the second time we spent our beach vacation in this property. And, as expected, we had another perfect vacation. Waking up to a perfect view of the beautiful beach and gulf waters is the best. The condo easily accommodated our family of 9 and had all the amenities you'd expect from a penthouse luxury condo. Again, very nice, highly recommended, and we'll be staying here again in the future!

Best experience on the Emerald Coast

This was our fourth time staying at this property. It never disappoints. The condo is well kept and well stocked so all you have to do is focus on having a great vacation. The spectacular views from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom are amazing. We will definitely be returning!

THE BEST!!!

If you've ever been disappointed with what is advertised vs. reality, worry no more! This beautiful condo by far exceeded our expectations. I will never look any further when trying to find the perfect place to stay in the Destin area. From the moment you walk in, you are overcome with awe. This place is VERY spacious, yet feels like home. The kitchen, dining, living area and master bedroom all have the most incredible view of the Gulf and beach which opens to a fabulous 42 foot balcony with plenty of seating. It's difficult to decide on whether you want to be inside or out! Every bedroom has it's own TV, beautiful bathroom and tub/ shower. Lot's of private space for everyone. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for those who love this (me). Granite countertops throughout and gorgeous travertine floors. The kitchen has everything you could need and more (fabulous). Plenty of dining and sitting space and a great 70 inch TV in the living room. Everything is clean and immaculate. The view from the back is as beautiful as the front, but of the lake. We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins play; incredible! The Whale's Tail is just across the street and offered a great breakfast, lunch or dinner right on the beach. Parking is free and easy and there are carts to load all your baggage and groceries to take to your place. We enjoyed every single thing about this condo and just didn't want to leave. You get what you pay for and this is worth every penny you spend. I hope to stay here again next year. Big thank you to Michelle and the Kurth family for the memory of a lifetime!!! Stunning Views

This is such a beautiful penthouse, the views of the ocean are amazing! The SeaScape Complex had so much to offer. We were traveling with kids and parents and the property and condo offered everything we could ask for. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We were very pleased with our visit.
