The room suited our needs. Dishwasher did not work after Monday. There is no broom.

Property is nice. The elevators need some TLC. Pool is nice. The floors in our rental were in need of cleaning as well as the rear porch. the vacuum pushed the sand around didn't sweep it up.

Nice place horrible beds

Beds were not comfortable. Also sliding glass door was so loose it came out of tracks. Needs to be fixed. Dangerous

Ocean City Condo

Stayed here for 5 days nice place however the condo was a bit dated. The beds were not comfortable. The community of people here are not kid friendly as one resident yelled from the top floor to shut up as kids were having some fun in the pool. One major pain point is you have to cross a major highway to get to the beach. This can be a pain at times and dangerous especially with kids. The pool was nice. The condo furnishing a we’re also nice. The condo offered a starter kit of laundry pods (soap) dryer sheets. Dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, towels, bed sheets blankets, all kitchen items, blender coffee maker, glasses. Everything that a kitchen would. As for the price…Way tooo high. There are beachfront condos in OC that are half this price. I felt a bit cheated due to the location and the neighbors. All in all I recommend looking for another summer stay next year.

family vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. The only issue (a minor one) was that the TV in one of the bedrooms would not work. The message would be "no video signal". I did report it on Tuesday and was told someone would come to fix it. However it was not fixed. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool. It was very quiet and peaceful in the Condo and outdoors.

Great clean place!

The washer would not spin out so we had to wring our clothes out just to dry them. Beautiful peekaboo view of the bay 😍 clean home.! Great time! Would definitely come again!

Horrible

Horrible place to stay ! Place is run poorly. Not a kid friendly place !! Had a very bad experience here will not stay again ! If I could give it minus stars I would !! The people that run it are older and very miserable, especially towards children ! Place wasn’t cleaned , I spent the first day cleaning , sheets where dirty , sand everywhere , silverware and dishes very dirty ! And to top it off washer didn’t worked !! I tried to contact someone but never got a response! Find somewhere else to stay !

Upon arrival, we were relatively pleased with things. Rooms could use updates, but honestly we weren’t picky. It was after we actually started to “use” the condo that everything went sideways. Leaking ceiling in bathroom from upstairs condo spilled out on our child like a sieve. Room was supposed to accommodate 8 people, and had six pillows, four towels, and two washcloths. Not sure exactly how that was going to accommodate eight people... the washer was broken our entire stay, but people came by to “look” at it, and left without a word. Floors were disgusting, as well as dirty silverware in the drawer. Honestly, I never ever leave reviews of anything but this one was pretty bad. We paid top dollar for a bottom dollar room. Although they partially refunded our money, it took three days to get to that conclusion, and it turned our supposed relaxing vacation in the middle of a national pandemic into a stressful one that was honestly not worth our time or money. Although the beach was beautiful, and the surrounding areas were beautiful, I was greatly disappointed with the condo and how things were handled.

I complained because the couch was completely dirty and stained. A part of the curtain in the living room almost fell off on my head and the washing machine does not work

Great location

This apartment is located in a great area, 1 block away from the beach and close to restaurants. I wish the pool was opened, or at least to let people know before booking.

Time in Ocean City

Its a nice property but old, prob from the 80's? Nothing fancy. Many of the light bulbs didn't work and I had to buy some. Big problem they didn't tell us where the key to the pool was and we didn't use it for three days at least. The ad said that the condo was close to the beach but this was untrue. You had to cross Coastal Highway to get to it. Its a big roadway. There were no beach towels or beach chairs. After I arrived it was impossible to communicate with the manager. The condo was not close to the boardwalk and we had to drive there. Despite all this the place was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our time there. Btw the living room TV was good but one of the bedrooms had no remote and the other bedroom the TV was simple SD quality and not really watchable. So we could only watch the living room TV.

Terrible, do not stay here if you value your vacation

If I could give this property negative stars I would. Overpriced is an understatement. The place was absolutely filthy upon arrival - floors covered in sand and dirt, couches with hair, dirt, scratches, and stains, stains in the carpet and on the comforters, black mold in the sliding door tracks, dishes with food and grease still attached in the cupboards, and crumbs all through the utensils drawers. Called immediately to discuss the issues with the property manager. After 3 calls and 2 hours later - in addition to being told “one of my calls wasn’t recorded,” a local property manager finally reached out. It took until the 3rd day of our stay for them to organize “cleaning services” to return to the unit. These services consisted of one woman with a spray bottle and a mop with another “assistant” waddling around while stepping on a towel to dry the floor as she cleaned. After 5 minutes we were told they really needed to leave to get to another rental. To top things off, the fridge did not reach appropriate temperatures for 6-8 hours (after we had already bought groceries mind you) because “the cleaners leave it open to air it out sometimes.” So our food was almost spoiled. The washer and dryer have clearly not been maintenanced in decades as our towels had mold imprints on them from the barrel of the machines after washing - that will not come out. The coffee maker also hasn’t been cleaned in several years so I wouldn’t recommend using that either. The unit is horrendously filthy and the communication and service of property management is appalling. Do not stay here, ever. You’re better off pitching a tent on the beach. A cardboard box would even be an upgrade in comparison.

Quick Getaway

This was my first time using VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised how well the description described the condo. My family had a good time even though the weather wasn’t as warm as we hoped. The place was very clean, close to the beach with a pool and had all the amenities that you would want when stay at a vacation spot. I only a few concerns: the lockbox and door lock were both very challenging to open and close. The washer was extremely loud when it was on spin cycle. The shower door in the hallway was very loose and I was concerned that my young kids would accidentally close too hard and break it. However, these things did not take away from how nice the place is. There are way more positive things than those few negative things. These are things that can be fixed quickly and are relatively inexpensive. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and spacious

We followed the instructions for arrival and everything was smooth. The condo was clean and everything we needed was available. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants. I would consider staying here in the future.

A great location if you like it crowded

Since this is a really popular region, you would not expect to be alone. The upside is very good opportunities for shopping, wining and dining. The flat was clean and equipment useful and plenty. You could see though, that it has been in use for quite some time. Positive is the master bathroom which is newly renovated and very stylish.
