NY TIL MARKEDET! Kom slap af på denne nyrenoverede luksuriøse private oase 2BR / 2BA med alle nye møbler og komfortable værelser til 4 gæster. Dette 1000 SF 2-etagers rækkehus ligger i Commercial St i East End i udkanten af galleridistriktet. Det ligger lige overfor stranden i det smukke Captain Dyer House med egen indgang, privat port, anlagt have, parkering, eksklusiv gårdhave og dæk med en fantastisk havudsigt.
Begge soveværelser har helt nye queensize-senge, generøs skabsplads og eget flisebelagte badeværelser, et med vaskemaskine / tørretumbler.
Det veludstyrede kabysskøkken har bordplader i kvarts, rustfrie apparater og et spisekammer fyldt med basale fornødenheder ved ankomst.
Det åbne, levende design til opholds- og spisepladsen ligger på anden sal. Det er nyligt møbleret, fyldt med lys med adgang til dækket, en dejlig udsigt over vandet, 42 "HD smart fladskærms-tv og wifi-musiksystem.

Great location! Right on Commercial St and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The East End Market is very close and has fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Off street parking spot was nice too.The beds were comfy, plenty of storage in each bedroom, and it was nice having a restroom attached to each.The living room was cozy but we spent most of our time on the patio. Privacy in a well manicured yard. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a gourmet meal, or mix a nice cocktail!10/10 and would stay again! Paula was responsive before our arrival, and the place literally had everything we needed so i didn't even reach out during our stay.

Not our favorite place

This apartment has two floors. The first floor located on the ground level and has musty smell in the bedroom coming from the walls. The second floor level has height restrictions so if you higher then 5'11 you may have a problem. Apartment has dedicated parking with very limited space, so if you have minivan or midsize SUV or larger then you need at least two people to help with parking otherwise you may damage your car. On a positive note the apartment is clean and very well equipped with anything.

Thank you for taking the time to review my property. In all fairness, I would like to take this opportunity to address your issues with the hope that any future guests will take the time to read my response as well as the other 34 five-star reviews. You had mentioned this was your first time visiting Cape Cod. I would like to clarify that living at the beach when there is an abundance of rainfall which happened before and during your stay it can create a dampness. Having said that, I want to assure you that there is absolutely no musty odor or mildew in the walls of my home as you had suggested in your review. You also had mentioned you found it challenging parking your SUV in my designated parking spot. Without a doubt, parking can be tight in Provincetown and most of us are grateful to have it. I drive an SUV and I have never had a problem in the 4 years parking in my designated spot damaging my car or anyone else’s car. There is always plenty of room providing that my neighbors who are very conscientious and considerate in leaving enough space for everyone. I appreciate and thank you for your comments on the positive points being the house is very well equipped and most importantly it was clean. With all due respect, we strive to accommodate all of our guests the very best we can to provide a wonderful visit. Wishing you the best! Many thanks, Paula

Comfy stay in gallery district!

We love Paula’s place! It’s so spacious and has everything we need, also it is just steps to the bay beach, has a lovely outdoor space, etc. It is in a quiet area and it’s an easy walk downtown. We will be back again!

Wonderful little haven!

This is our second time staying at this property. It's lovely! Very quiet, clean and comfortable, with an included parking spot! Everything one needs in the the well equipped kitchen. Out door patio with grill (we didn't use). Walking distance to everything. We hope to return again soon!

Great Location, Perfectly Clean, and Very Quiet

We just spent 4 nights in Paula’s two floor condo. The outdoor table with umbrella and lush landscaping greeted us as we walked around from the reserved parking space. The two entrance door locks were user friendly. Paula made sure to communicate with us before our visit to clarify any questions we had. There was a lovely bottle of white wine waiting for us. Every inch of the 1000 foot condo was spotless. Any supply you might need was provided, including laundry detergent, beach chairs and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great. It felt very private. It is located on the quiet East End Art District and is a 15 minute walk to the main wharf and Pilgrim Monument with many restaurants along the way. Paula was always available to contact if needed.

Good location. Could be better ventilated

Nice location on the east end with a cute little deck & patio. We had fun coming and going. Air circulation isn’t great so there’s a mildew smell lurking in corners, closets, etc. The place is thoroughly cleaned, which keeps any mildew in check but people with allergies might be uncomfortable.

Can’t wait to go back!

What a perfect place to stay! The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Quiet gallery district location just steps away from the bay. Paula was excellent to work with and even takes the time to call all of her renters before their stay. Having the second bathroom, two outside areas and a washer and dryer really makes this condo stand out. We will definitely be back!

Location and clever space design

Great spaces, indoor and outdoor, from gazing at the water from the upper deck with a coffee in the morning to playing canasta or watching a movie in the evening. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, cozy furniture.

Perfection!

My family and I could not have asked for a more perfect home to spend our week in Provincetown. The location was spot-on for hopping over to the beach or strolling down the street to galleries and restaurants. Not to mention the cute playground across the street and East End Market a stone’s throw away. The home’s immaculate grounds and the unit’s private yard set the stage for the dreamy interior. Cozy, comfortable, and clean! It was everything we needed to feel truly relaxed. And the owner, Paula, was excellent with communication. We hope to book this treasure next summer!

Don't think twice.. just book!

We absolutely loved our stay at Paula's home. The house is as pictured and then some more. Spotless clean (we are OCD with cleanliness) and has all the amenities that you can think of. We especially liked the modern decor in the house. The location is great, walkable to all restaurants and great beach access as well. Paula is a great host, super responsive and thoughtful (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival). She also called us in advance about a fault switch in the bathroom which was nice. This was our first time venturing out of the house since the pandemic started and we totally felt safe and will absolutely return!

Sweet coastal getaway from the city

Perfect Peace

My sister and I needed a getaway during this crazy Covid time. The booking process was easy, Paula immediately set up a call to review check in process followed by an email with very clear and concise directions. A lovely person to talk too, Paula said check in would be seamless, the property spotless and every amenity we needed was here at our disposal. Yes, yes and yes!! Check in was just as smooth as she said. The place is gorgeous, cozy and comfy. Not a single appointment missed. It felt like home and the energy here is so positive and peaceful. The beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby! We went to the beach with the beach chairs provided. Cooked all meals in and didn’t have a single need! I would highly recommend. A gem in the east end, quiet, perfect peace.
