View and location at the beach was great! Good response with any questions I had. Wish there was parking but that’s a common issue in Provincetown. The kitchen was well appointed. Nicely updated bathroom. Everything clean and sanitized. Enjoyed the beach a couple days and the house. Private and quiet. Great location to walk Commercial St. We would stay again!

Beautiful spot - highly recommend

This place was perfect for us - from the view, to the nice and clean space, comfortable beds, little extras not in the listing, easy access to the beach, and access to P town. Wed def stay there again!

July 4th getaway

Our stay was amazing. Perfectly located on the beach, very short walk to everything and far enough from the center. We would love to book again in the near future.

A perfect summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed to take in the views and fresh air, cook meals, and enjoy everything that PTown has to offer. The hosts were helpful and communicative - we can't wait to stay here again!

Great stay

The property is in a great location. It was just enough space for us. I loved how everything was labeled so it was really easy to know where and how to operate everything. We would stay here again in the future.

This apartment is perfect-great location, super clean, had everything we needed. Beach view from the deck was just amazing. Del Mar was super attentive throughout our planning and our stay. We are already looking forward to renting this unit again next year.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm so glad you enjoyed the incredible waterfront views—it's one of my favorite features of this home, and its location right on Commercial Street makes it easy to experience everything Provincetown has to offer. Hi Nicole, I appreciate you bringing the coffee maker, blinds, ants, and dishwasher to my attention. I'm sorry these items impacted your stay. Had I been made aware during your visit, I would have been happy to send someone to address the ants and inspect the coffee maker and dishwasher and untie the blinds. I have since ensured these issues are resolved. I truly appreciate your feedback and hope I'll have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay with Del Mar Vacations. -Jacqui @ Del Mar

The property was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Modern and well appointed kitchen. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed us to enjoy the water views while we were inside. The porch was great and provided a peaceful space to enjoy breakfast and lunch. Great property and location. Close to center of town but quiet and private. Beach was just down the staircase so we could begin and end the day with a walk by the water.

Comfy condo in excellent location with awesome view!

The condo was roomy for Ptown but cozy, with an excellent view and easy beach access, convenient to downtown. The beds are SUPER comfy - cannot say enough how much this matters and is often overlooked! Pam responded quickly to address a couple of questions. Street parking was easy to find within a short walking distance, even on Memorial Day weekend. We were here by ourselves (one couple) for a few days, then were joined by another couple. The space was perfect for 2 or for 4, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

Everything was wonderful. The place was so comfortable and warm. The view from the deck and direct beach access was perfect, just what we needed. We loved everything about the place, especially the location. It was perfect. Close to everything yet not noisy at all. We slept so well while there. The host was always quick to answer any of our questions and offer great suggestions. Highly recommend this apt. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for a great week. Beautiful view and excellent location. We loved everything except one thing. The mattress in the small bedroom on the one side was slanted and you rolled to the middle. Was very hard to sleep on. We want to return next year and hopefully that is replaced. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location and accommodation

We enjoyed our stay here with some reservations. The accommodation was great and facilities too. Very close to the town. There was construction either side of the property which made it very noisy. The blinds in the bedroom hardly stopped any light coming in so we had to sleep with masks on otherwise it was like daylight. On removing the bedding at the end of our stay the mattress was filthy. Parking on the road was easy. It may be difficult at other times of the year. It was great being so close to the town and sea.

Felt like home!

The house, location and site directly on the beach were great! The upstairs neighbor needs to buy rugs to cut down on their noise.
