Excellent. Your place is decorated so nicely. Dishes Excellent....kitchen very nice. We appreciated the dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper....etc. I don't have to use any of my items i brought just in case.Your place is the best as I looked at several other ones at the courtyard. My daughter's family was across the street at the dunes which was not pleasant at all. That owner promised to refund them completely. Thank you Marnie for your hospitality. Cheryl

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

The condo was clean with a wonderful beachy vibe! The location is perfect as it's right on beach road access 1 and not a far walk to get to the water. The kitchen had all of the kitchen utensils we needed, but not basics such as salt, pepper or oil for cooking, so you will have to bring your own. The condo grounds were beautiful and it is a very peaceful place. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was walking distance from a section of the beach that never got very busy. The room was clean and tidy. The pool on site was clean and well maintained. The only reason I took stars off was that the bed frame was very noisy. I would 100% recommend and even stay again though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely, super clean and every aspect of our visit went off like clockwork. Nice stay

Location was great, close to the beach and two gas stations. Room was very clean and efficient. My only complaint, in the courtyard and pool area there were an insane amount of monstrous mosquitos. This was the only place we encounter mosquitoes on the trip. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s little wind or the grass was thick but man 10-15 would instantly swarm my legs when I stepped out of the room. We had issues with them getting into the room as well when we opened the door. Maybe the complex could look into some kind of treatment.

Port A Girl’s Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. The only REAL issue was the shower. Apparently the controls were put in wrong. After a couple of “cold” showers we found out that you only need to turn the shower handle a smidge to get hot water. Port A Escapes was wonderful in responding to our issue. I ALWAYS use Port A Escapes when booking!!
