Great Value! Located in The SeaMist Condos with Beach Boardwalk and Pool. Sleeps 4, No Pets.

Located in the popular Seamist Condos this 2nd floor affordable condo is great for a couple, small family, or a few friends who want to go fishing or take in all Port A has to offer. This small complex has assigned parking and a great little pool. There is a boardwalk to the beach, so your feet can be in the sand in 5 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is great too. So come on and enjoy Port Aransas in this cute and cozy affordable condo. Sleeps 4,(including children)

NOTE: 1 assigned parking space, limited overflow or golf cart parking. No Boats or trailers allowed. No Pets, No Smoking complex. This condo is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

Note: there is not an ocean view. The pictures with the ocean in them are to showcase the boardwalk.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Quaint & Cozy

Property was clean and easy to get to. It's a great location for walking down to the beach as well. Very cozy and calm. It's not far off the main road, but is private enough that you can easily wind down after being in town all day. We'd absolutely stay again!

Great little condo just a short walk from the beach! The unit itself was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Really happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Ladies getaway

Everything was exactly as described. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and just around the corner from the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, will book again.

Perfect getaway

Loved to convenient beach access. No need to drive to the beach ! Cute place with everything you need for a fun getaway. Owner super nice and condo very clean. Will definitely rebook this place again in the future.

Pros: ceiling fans, cold AC, washer & dryer and a nice size bathroom and living room. Cons: can’t see the ocean, double beds, and short walk to get to the boardwalk Overall we had a great stay, and would stay again.

Pictures must be outdated because the actual room is very old including furniture, beds and propert

Although we had a room to sleep and shower. The pictures on website make it look very modern but it is not. The furniture is old and torn and the beds at hard.

Nice rental for the money

Check in went smooth. Melissa was nice and helpful. We enjoyed eating out so didn’t cook. Did enjoy our coffee. Had to furnish some paper towels and ice, but not a big deal. Would look at again.

Port A vacation.

The condo was cute and very clean. Close to the beach. An older building with old ventilation. I am highly allergic to mold. I had some issue because the ducts were black. But over all, the place was good for the price point. Close to the beach and having a pool on site was nice.

Beach time

The AC drain dripped in the bathroom sink which splattered on anything close th that sink. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay

No view of the beach from the unit.Host was very cordial and interested in our comments and requests during the stay. The pool and its area were a great option although it was too chilly to swim (November).The unit itself was aging gracefully. It has a new dishwasher, but all of the other appliances were functional, but aging. Beds were minimally adequate. There were no instructions on using the 2 Fire-TVs.
