We're sorry that our property didn't meet your expectations and we'll certainly take your feedback about the bathroom into consideration as we plan future updates and improvements. We do feel however that we went out of our way to accommodate you and meet your requests, even modifying our boat slip for you to be able to use it. Then you told us that the marina you were renting a boat from wouldn't allow our configuration, which is something we've never heard before. Our listing is very clear in that only one watercraft can be secured in the slip yet AFTER you booked our property you asked about securing two jetskis in the slip at once. You even mentioned that you had been vacationing nearby for "umteenth" years and had some familiarity with our property so we're not sure why the stair access to our deck, which we describe as an "elevated deck" in the listing was a surprise to you. Either way, we're disappointed that you weren't pleased with your stay. We stand by the reviews from our other guests who weren't as unreasonably demanding as you.
