Staycation

This has been one of my favorite staycation places so far. The boat ramp and slip were by far the best. The place was in excellent condition and very clean.

Great time! Excellent location. Loved being able to bring our boat and have access and boat slip available. Very peaceful but still close to all the things!

Beautiful view of the bay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was updated and very clean. The backdoor balcony gave us a beautiful view of the bay. The walk to the beach was not too long. Booking and checking in was super easy. We never needed the hosts but knew that if we did, it would be easy to contact them. We would definitely stay again!

Thank you for sharing this! We love hearing that the condo’s updates, cleanliness, and that bay-view balcony all hit the mark for your stay. The walk to the beach is one of the spot’s little perks, and I’m glad it worked well for you. It’s great to know the booking and check-in process felt smooth and that you felt taken care of, even without needing to reach out. That’s exactly the experience we aim for. We’d be glad to have you back anytime!

Great location with great amenities

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo and am planning to return soon. Absolutely love the balcony views of Old River. I was also very pleased that my boat was able to launch at the boat ramp. The courtesy docks were more than adequate and there were fresh water hoses to flush your engine afterwards. Very quiet property with well kept landscaping. The location is great. Only 25 mins from Pensacola. Highly recommend.

The condo was nice, just didn’t have amenities like salt and pepper shakers

The master bathroom light was messed up, the bedskirt was dirty and we couldn’t get the shade to pull down in the front bedroom because it was tied up. With a little more attention to detail I would stay here again.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback—we really appreciate your eye for detail. After hearing from you, we went through the condo top to bottom, and our property care team has already taken care of everything you mentioned. We don’t leave spices, oils, or other perishables in the condo so we can keep the space as clean and sanitary as possible and avoid attracting any unwanted pests during your stay. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and give you the full 5-star stay you were looking for next time

Great property, the hot tub is under construction. Paid for trailer and kayak, property owner said they would take the other kayak off my trailer since I didn't pay for two boat tags. However, a boat on a trailer with a dingy, didn't need an additional tag. That's my only complaint. Great property, loved the balconies North and South, great restaurants walking distance away

Great location,

Condo was as described and the location was great. We did have a few issues with the condo, musty odor upon entering, which did go away after awhile, lighting in hallway flickering, lighting in master bathroom flashing, and hall bathroom shower diverter wouldn’t pull up completely, so water was coming out the shower head and the faucet at the same time. We did report issues with shower and lighting, but never received a call back from maintenance.Construction was going on while we were there on the floor below us and was very loud! We would not have rented if we had known construction was going to be done during our stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — and I’m glad to hear the condo and its location hit the sweet spot for you. This property is a guest favorite for good reason, and it’s always nice to see guests enjoy it. We took a close look at the items you noted, and our maintenance team has already handled everything. The condo is back to its polished, fully-functioning self. Our technician did respond during your stay and was able to get things operating again, and we’re glad those items were resolved quickly. Regarding the construction: interior work done by individual owners isn’t something we’re notified about, so that can happen occasionally without any advance notice. The resort was also replacing the beach walkover during your dates, and we sent that update prior to your arrival. We hope the noise didn’t take away too much from your beach time. We’d love to have you back for another stay — hopefully one filled with nothing but sunshine, sand, and a whole lot of quiet.

Shipwatch review

The property has potential but the housekeeping was terrible. Floors were awful. Found dirty bra under a bed. The pictures need to be updated. The furniture is not the same as the pictures. Some worn and torn. Property management did not respond to cleaning issues.

Hi Nancy, we appreciate your review and apologize for any cleaning issues encountered during your stay. That's certainly not how we want you to remember your time with us. We would love another opportunity to host your family. So, please call us when you're ready to re-book. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

My daughter loved the mattress the master br. Do you know what kind it is? Also, we loved getting to have our shrimp boil downstairs under the pavillion. The condo was perfect.

Great weekend - loved this property!

Everything was just perfect! Agents at Beach Getaways were exceptional. The condo was clean, well-stocked and pretty. Having access to a boat launch and slip, along with a pool just made the trip. The only problem we had was with accessing the launch itself. Thanks for a great weekend - we will definitely be back!!

Very Place

It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Very nice location convenient to everything really but very peaceful at the same time. The unit was very nice with great amenities. It was cleaned very well. I had to call Beach Getaways with a couple of questions and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Would recommend if chillaxing is what you are looking for in a rental and great service.
