This 3 bedroom, (king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds) 2 bath condo on Ole River in Perdido Key, FL is part of the Shipwatch Surf and Yacht Club. Shipwatch Condos are located on the Florida and Alabama line, less than a mile from the famous Flora-Bama Lounge and Oyster Bar. This ground floor condo offers the best of all worlds for families of all sizes. Access to the pool, fishing off the docs are right outside the back patio. Dedicated access to the beach and a second pool are right across the street. Washer and dryer included.

Guests are not allowed to bring boats or jet skis at this time. Parking registration will be sent to you with your check in information, usually the day before arrival. It is your responsibility to register your vehicle(s).

This was our 3rd time at Shipwatch. We love this location on the Ole River across from Ono Island. The smallest grandboy caught his 1st fish, super excited. We went to Johnson Beach and the beach and pool across the street.We ate at the Crab trapWe ate at the Doc's on Canal Street, the Mahi and shrimp.Hub Stacey's wings and Ruben, and Don't forget a bushwackerThe condo had almost everything, no mixer and no blender. We really did enjoy the stay.Thank you Stephanie

This place was great for our family. Enjoyed the 1st floor it was so convenient having the grand babies 3&4 years old be able to play outside without have stairs. The boys fished all day and night and loved every minute of the dock being right in our back yard. They said like the felt like they where home. (We grew up on Long Island NY) The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils. The unit was clean and loved the layout. We would definitely return. It was the perfect weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday.

Nice ground floor condo on the bayside of perdido key. Family had up and have a cup of coffee on the dock and watch for dolphins. Great little get away for the family.

Condo is very spacious. Great for a family with small children. Our 3 yr old loved the pool being so close and going out several times a day to watch the hermit crabs crawl in the bay. Kitchen had all the necessities. There are extra blankets and pillows in all the closets, which was nice. No vacuum, only brooms and mops, so i made sure to sweep everyday as we played at the beach all vacation. Great location. Orange Beach is only a few minutes drive with lots of activities, restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to drive across the street and park at the ocean side part of this condo. Made it so easy to get to the beach. We did this everyday we were there and had no problems finding parking anywhere. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, no tubs, but worked out great for us. They have towels and wash cloths, but would recommend bringing extra if staying several days or you may be doing laundry daily depending on your party size. Husband is already talking about booking this condo again, we had a wonderful experience! Very relaxing, even with small children!

Baby Boomer’s Vacation

I have booked this condo for several years and love it. The view is awesome, saw dolphins everyday, lots of restaurants near by and love staying on the bayside. It was very windy and the pool was cold but the weather was beautiful everyday. Looking forward to next year already.

Best VRBO

This VRBO is the best we have stayed at. We loved the first floor sliding doors onto the dock area where our grandson fished and our granddaughter played in the sand. We could also watch the dolphins swimming by, sometimes they stopped to play next to the dock. We loved having a pool on site and it is only a few minutes walk across the street to the beach.The unit was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The owners were easy to contact and super responsive to any questions we had.I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Perdido Beach.

This is a spacious & well located condo. It is a first floor unit with a view of the Ole River. It is near great restaurants & golf courses. Beautiful beach across the street & very nice pool. We hit a very chilly stretch this year. This was our 3rd stay in this condo.

Heaven on Earth

I have stayed in several condos at Shipwatch for the past 13 years but this has been my favorite. It is on the first floor, has a clear view to the bay, Ono Island and is so relaxing watching the boats, jet ski’s and even saw dolphins. This was my third time renting and will be renting again next April.

Great Stay

This was our 5th year returning to the area and 1st time at this particular condo. We loved it! This unit is in a perfect location. The patio leads directly to the pier/dock at the rear of the property and is just steps away from the pool. The condo itself is large inside and has plenty of room for everyone. when we arrived everything was clean and there were no issues at all. Communication was quick and check-in was easy. We made use of the fitness facility, caught fish on the dock, easily walked back and forth to beach daily....really could not ask for anything more.

This place was great. Close to the ball fields and during our free time we were able to swim, fish off dock and take our boat out. Definitely recommend this location.

went for our 17 year old boy so he could fish when he wanted an he did morning an night it was great to have the dock right behind the condo. For us this condo mess perfect.

Amazing location and host

Our little kids were able to play in the grass outside the condo, we could walk right out to the docks to find hermit crabs and fish, there was even a narrow stretch of sand they could safely play in, pool on the bay side was so close, another pool on the beach side if needed. Beach was beautiful and family friendly, you had to walk down the driveway and across the highway but even with little kids it was do-able. Probably took 5 minutes with carrying things/waiting for cars, boardwalk was just a ramp so you could push strollers or coolers on wheels. Stephanie was super responsive the whole stay! Bring things like dish soap, sponges, paper goods etc, but otherwise kitchen had all you needed. We would love to come again!

Great place !

This is our second stay in this corner first floor unit. It has 3 bedrooms/2baths which works well for us. Beautiful pool. Lots of fun watching the boats on the river from the patio or dock.

February 2024 Pensacola vacation

The condo was perfect! We had so much fun sight seeing. The beach is right across the street with easy access. Our view of the bay and docks was beautiful. Thank you to the host for making everything an enjoyable vacation

Great Location!

We absolutely loved to staying here. It was in a great location. We were there visiting family in Pensacola so it worked out perfect. We loved staying on the riverside versus the ocean side. My husband went out every night and morning fishing. It was a perfect location for amazing fishing. We could walk right across the street to go to the beach. We took a day trip to Fort Pickens. Spent an afternoon downtown Pensacola. Enjoyed amazing restaurants near the condo. Great communication and amazing place.

Paradise!

This place was it! So much room in this condo. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The boat ramp is located right on the property and so easy to use. We were able to park the boat trailer on site as well. The docks are awesome! We sat everyday watching the boats zoom by and watched dolphins swimming in the bay. Extra added bonus was an ice maker in the condo. We loved it. We will definitely return to this exact spot. We went to Perdido in the evenings for dinner. Sunset grille is fantastic. This was by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed.
