Phoenix IX er et af de nyeste og mest luksuriøse ejerlejligheder på Golfen! Du kan nyde en spektakulær udsigt over Golfen fra balkonen eller gennem gulv til loft vinduer i enheden. Med mere end 1.570 m² er enheden meget rummelig og nyindrettet.



Faciliteterne er rigelige på denne Phoenix IX condo: enheden er udnævnt med fuld størrelse apparater, våde bar med ismaskine, 48 "fladskærms HDTV i stuen med vægmonterede 32" tv i soveværelserne, vaskerum med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der er en kingsize seng i soveværelset og det andet soveværelse to Queen size-senge.



Der er en udendørs swimmingpool med en sikret kiddy pool, opvarmet bassin i swimmingpoolen i syvende etage med en fantastisk udsigt, to jacuzzier, state-of-the-art fitnesscenter og en indendørs tennisbane.

After staying at the same place for several years now , absolutely love this place , room has been updated and your welcome I fixed the master bed this trip just needed some leveling out ,slept much better after that , can’t beet the view , staff was so friendly, upstairs neighbors were ass hats but only for 1 night , your will love it and we will be back again next year

We had a fabulous stay in Orange Beach. The condo was above our expectations — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the scenic views, extra amenities, and easy access to great restaurants and shopping made the trip wonderful. If you’re looking for a more private setting, this condo is ideal, sitting just over the bridge near the Alabama/Florida border. Highly recommended.

There is so much space including wonderful closet space for luggage and belongings. Excellent sleeping quarters with very comfortable beds. I loved the deep soaking tub and the spacious walk in shower as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basic cleaning materials provided which was so convenient. The balcony sitting area was a big hit and very comfortable for us. Having the bar ice maker was an extra perk that helped us prepare our cooler for the day at the beach. Overall, this was an excellent place to rent for our travels.

Great place to stay very clean and very nice furniture the table outside was very nice but most uncomfortable you could not enjoy sitting on the balcony for long ..chairs uncomfortable..other than that it was great

Awesome - 100% the best choice for our family!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo and well designed. We had zero issues and everything was just as described. Zero disappointments with condo or overall property. Elevators were fast with no waiting, property & pool were clean, and everyone was very nice. Will do it again!

This is the 2 nd time we have stayed here same room and all we definitely enjoyed very nice place My only complaint is the master bed it is horrible it just needs updated mattress I complained 3 years ago same problem and that’s it other than that I will continue to stay here as long as the good Lord allows and can’t wait to come back staff is amazing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good . There was a few problems with the unit. There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.

Very Poor Communication with Site Management.*** Over all we loved the place and would go back. With a few minor issues corrected and master bed upgraded, I would have given 5 Stars.

Great location and view of the ocean

condo could have been cleaned a little better. In the 2nd bedroom, the shower did not drain well, but probably because no one had reported it...same with toilet...water would continue to run unless you jiggled the handle. Over all, it was fine....could not beat the location or the view.

Two complaints on an otherwise great property…

Overall we liked the property but two major complaints. First, the wifi did not work the entire week. Second, my daughter was in main room of condo alone when a man walked in and went into one of the rooms. She hid on the balcony until she got the courage to run through and out of the condo. An hour later when we finally got a return call from the property manager, we were told it was a maintenance man that claimed he rang the doorbell three times before coming in. We tested the doorbell. It was loud. She never heard a doorbell. Also, I would expect maintenance to announce themselves as they enter while walking around to make sure no one is there. She could have been in the shower. A text or call from the property manager to warn us of a scheduled maintenance appointment would have been great. She was traumatized and we had to leave an important event scared and worried to get back to her because we could not get in touch with anyone from property management. It is a shame because it is otherwise a great property.
