We had an amazing week with our five children! The house was the perfect size for our family, and our kids absolutely loved the toys and game room. My son and husband went fishing three times during our stay and had such a great time. The location was wonderful — close to the Bethany boardwalk and many great restaurants. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owners, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning next year! :)

From the moment you walk into the home you feel the welcoming beach charm! The homeowners even leave you a fun filled bag of goodies that my children were so excited to see. The home is very spacious and spotless clean. The neighbor was very inviting as well. The host responds to any questions or concerns at any time. The Welcome book gave us the best recommendation for Crabcake, Woodys in Dewey! The house had so much seating with 3 separate seating areas, the bedrooms were extremely spacious, my children loved the bunk bed area and it's so genius to include a queen bed in the same room my husband and I absolutely loved that! Our children also enjoyed the educational toys. The garage was filled with sooo many bikes for all ages, fishing gear and so many beach chairs and toys it was packed with absolutely everything you would need! There was a pool which was a short walk, which was closed for the season but hoping next time we return we definitely can use it. The home is located close to everything you need to get to. Our family truly enjoyed every part of this house, my husband loved every aspect of the screened in porch to drink his morning coffee, our family also loved that the outdoor shower had a roof not your typical open air one it's the little things lol, all I can say is I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! You will not be disappointed :)

This was definitely one of the most comfortable homes we have ever stayed in. The king size bed was great, my kids loved having a tv in their bedroom and there was so much room for all of us to spread out. The bikes in the garage were a huge plus. Would definitely visit again! Family vacation 2025 was great. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, relaxing, and very well equipped. Nice "gaming " room for the kids, spacious screened in deck for sipping morning coffee and evening cocktails, open area kitchen/living room was nice also. Overall, perfect house for families to enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend. We're already trying to figure out booking dates for next summer. Also, owners are easily accessible and very caring!!!

Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. Fantastic Property for a Beach Vacation

Had a great summer vacation at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and functional. Loved the screened-in porch, use of bikes, and how firm and comfortable the beds were in all rooms. The community pool was clean and spacious, with lots of chairs and tables for guests. The house was just a few blocks from a very cute farm stand on Muddy Neck Road that had excellent quality fruit and produce. Maria and Robert were great hosts - very responsive to all questions.
