Wonderful stay, property and host

I spent a longer weekend at the masia notari and have only good things to say. Very big property with lots of space and all you need to have for a stay when you are a bigger group. Heike was a great host, very responsive and helped us setting up everything that we needed.

Just Lovely!

Our family stayed here on holiday and had a wonderful time! Heike is incredibly accommodating and the property is chalk full of history and interesting architecture. So many spots with amazing light and unique touches. Love that everyone has their own space and almost everyone has their own bathroom. We had a really lovely stay! Highly recommend!

Grand Villa & Service

I arranged a company retreat for our tech start-up of 23 people. It was a beautiful and serene place for everyone to hang out and get work done together but very spacious where everyone felt like they had privacy. Great attentiveness by Heike the property manager. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend for a big group

Six family reunion

Masia Notari is FABULOUS! The pictures do not do it justice. Heike is a wonderful host and took care of our every need. We were six families with children ranging from the ages of 7-20. There was room for all of us, and it was great to gather by the pool, where our children could swim and have fun. We are already planning our next trip back.

Great work retreat

A great place for a work retreat. We booked the entire place with 25 bedrooms for 5 nights. There is plenty of space in this charming Masia (Catalan for Finca). Each one of bedroom is very well appointed and has its own bathroom. The onsite catering that was recommended by the host was fantastic. Together with the pool and the close vicinity to the Villanova beach and the fancy beach town of Sitges make this a perfect workation option. As one of my team members commented: this was team building pure, without a need for the team building animator.

A Lovely Stay!

We arrived At Masia Notari and were greeted very graciously by Heike who was ALWAYS available for us and ready to do anything we needed! Thank you Heike! Our stay was unusually long - we rented for 2 weeks. Most of us found the accommodations very comfortable and roomy. The pool and different lawn areas were loved especially by the children! A bit more scheduled housekeeping for the long stay would be nice. That being said, all I had to do was ask and it was done as requested! Thank you Heike and Juan.

Outstanding, spectacular venue and faultless service and facilities

Masia Notari offers an exceptional environment for a special ocasión. We were a party of 20 and there was a great amount space. All the different terraces, pool area, kitchen, lounges, bedrooms etc are luxurious and facilities are excellent. For a short stay (of two nights) we didn’t feel the need to leave the finca. Mar is a fantastic host and her staff made us feel extremely welcome. We had catering and the food was absolutely first class, the service simply excellent. Feel confident that if you book this you are booking a high quality experience for you and your guests. Thank you so much Mar and the team. We’d like to go back sometime !!

Brilliant stay at the Masai Notari!

We stayed at the Masia Notari for a weekend in May ‘24 and absolutely loved it. 24 people got together for a family & friends short break. We catered for ourselves mainly using a handy app for a local supermarket. We used a recommended caterer who cooked us paella on Sunday night also 5* The rooms & bathrooms were spacious and clean and the villa, pool & gardens were well kept and clean throughout. The property manager Heike was fantastic from the moment of enquiry to the moment we left - great communication, very friendly and always available to answer questions. We used the recommended taxi company provided by Heike for all of our airport transfers and trips into town also 5* Thoroughly recommend. And wish we were still there!

Amazing villa for big groups

My company wanted to do a workaction and stumbled upon Masia Notari and we had an amazing time at this villa. Within walking range from Villanova and a short taxijourney from Sitges and some of us took the train to Barcelona one of the days. The villa itself is stunning with so many different hang out areas that it never felt crowded for the 25 of us. Heike the host was super helpful with information beforehand and answered all our questions whilst being in the villa. We also had catering for some of the days and catering company that Heike recommended was amazing. The food was great and the service even better. The only downside is the location, its close to the big roads and as soon as you leave the villa you are surrounded by warehouses. But inside the walls of the villa you forget all of that and it doesn't affect the peacefulness at all. I would highly recommend this villa for groups and companies that wants an amazing villa that is close to other activities and villages.

Amazing property, perfect for large groups (family or friends)

The property is as beautiful as it looks. It's a completely enclosed oasis with individual suites spread out around the main casita, swimming pool, kitchen, and eating area. We had 6 different families with grown children on the property, and everyone felt like they had their own personal spaces. Beautiful landscaping (lush succulents everywhere), and so many terrific nooks for groups big and small to gather. We cooked three nights in the kitchen and grill, dined in Vilanova and Sitges the other nights, a couple of times directly on the water at terrific restaurants. The salt water pool was perfect for swimming laps and for cooling off during the warm days. There were 23 of us (family and friends) staying the week, and we never felt crowded, whether we were having a full group dinner or relaxing in different parts of the property. Especially great was how many of the rooms had private baths. The property manager was super responsive, but we also didn't have any issues with the property. The location at first gave us a little pause because of the nearby highways, but we quickly learned two things: 1) once inside the property, you are in a tranquil bubble, and the outside world barely exists; and 2), when you leave the property, it's super quick to get to Vilanova, Sitges, BCN, or other towns further down the coast. Loved our time here!!

Magical time!

Masia Notari was an ideal venue for our group of 45 friends (about half young adults, 17-25). Having rented a previous place with more shared baths, it was great to have mostly private baths, and beds were very comfortable. A/C in many of the rooms was very welcomed, given the unseasonably hot weather during our stay (upper floor rooms in the Tower were quite hot, despite fans). The pool, poolside dining area, and large lawns lent themselves to mingling, games, yoga, and even some remote work (Wi-Fi was excellent). We took advantage of the on-site sports equipment, used the various common rooms for meditation, movies, dancing, and a celebratory dinner, and made good use of the laundry room. The self-catering kitchen was huge and well-stocked with dishes and fridges, although we availed ourselves of Heike’s recommended local catering options for daily breakfast and two delicious dinners on-site. Despite initial concerns about the industrial zone, we found the Masia quiet and relaxing, as well as a convenient jumping-off site for winery trips (one in walking distance), e-biking, and visits to nearby beach towns of Vilanova and Sitges (a must see!). New bike lane infrastructure may make it easier to get to markets and other commercial areas nearby, but there’s plenty of parking in the meantime. Heike’s gracious support and recommendations before and during our stay were incredibly useful. Gracias!

Tout était parfait ! Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, la literie est de qualité. Le domaine est bien entretenu et calme. Les équipements sont de qualités. Heinke, la manager de la villa, est aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour une réussite. C’est la 2e fois que nous y allons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis

Excellent stay for a business trip

The rooms are all spacious, clean and comfortable. There are a lot to choose from too! The meeting room with the projector was absolutely perfect for a group of 21 people. We loved every part of our stay. Mar is a wonderful host. I’d very much recommend Masia Notari.

A fabulous property, perfect for groups

We took a group of 25 adults to stay at Masia Notari for our 40th Birthdays. We couldn't have chosen a more appropriate place - not only is it far more spacious than the pictures show, thus giving everyone space to read a book when not drinking rose, but Mar, who runs the property and Julia, who cooks the breakfast, plus the cleaning staff who kindly made the property spic and span every morning, are an absolute delight. Nothing is too much hassle for them and they were very tolerant given it was a celebratory weekend and often bottles and plates were left out overnight. It is a beautiful property and could fit far more than the 25 we had. It is so close to Sitges as well where there are loads of great restaurants and bars. We also discovered a wonderful restaurant in the hills called Masia Sumidors that hosted us for a long lunch on the Saturday which is well worth booking. Mar organised everything so wonderfully, this is the perfect property to switch off in.

The Most Perfect Wedding Venue!

Our stay at Masia Notari could not have been better! We booked one week for our wedding in September 2017. It was the perfect set up and venue for our 45 guests, most of which stayed on the property with us. Mar, the property manager and wedding planner is just wonderful! The rooms are beautifully decorated and vary in size based on guests needs, and there are plenty of bathrooms. There are multiple common areas both inside and outside-all very spacious! On the wedding day, we were easily able to have separate areas to get ready and spend time with our friends before the ceremony. Mar helped us plan every aspect of the wedding from the food to the decorations to the timing of the day. She made sure that everything was perfect and took care of things quickly. She worked with us for a year, all via email since we are in the US, and made it so easy! Although the villa isn't directly in a public transportation area, there were plenty of taxis to get you the short distance to the train or to get you to other local towns. Our group had no problems getting to Barcelona, Sitges, local wineries, etc. and we had a blast exploring what was around us. I highly recommend Masia Notari for large groups, especially for events. You'll feel like you have your own little fortress!

A wonderful venue!

The venue is beautiful, the grounds are all well maintained with plenty of space and lovely areas with seating for us to relax in. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens were all clean, and lots of lovely little touches like chocolates in the room etc. The outdoor and indoor seating areas were comfortable and enabled us all to relax and enjoy our time together. And I can't thank Mar enough for all her help and support both leading up to and during our stay which made it so memorable. Can't recommend this enough and we'll definitely be back!

Perfection

We had our wedding at Masia Notari in June, it was perfect! Nothing was too much bother for Mar and her team, we all had an incredible time and came home with memories we will never forget. The villa is absolutely gorgeous! We would all go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to Mar and her team for working so hard to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams!

Perfect location for a company training week!

Last week our company Zanders visited Masia Notari for a training week for our Consultants. Apart from the fact that the villa is absolutely beautiful, it was also a perfect place for our programme. We were with a group of 24 and the training room was big enough for our needs. If we would have to make one recommendation for improvement it would be to have a more modern screen, where laptops could be connected to directly, instead of a projector and white screen. The different terraces were suitable to spend time together, but also to have some more privacy when desired. We can't think of any facilities we missed. The environment of the villa isn't of much interest, but this wasn't necessary for us as we spent most of the time inside the property. We went out to Sitges for one night, which is only a 15-minute drive from the villa. During the rest of the week, Ramon and Julia took very well care of us by preparing all delicious meals. Mar, the manager, has been extremely helpful in organising our stay and making it very comfortable. She answered every question we had extremely fast and also took the time to show us the wine cellar and tell us more about the interesting history of the Masia. Nothing but compliments for the entire team! We will definitely consider this location for next year.

Paradise

Our group recently spent 2 weeks at Masia Notari. At our peak, there were 24 of us. The Masia's layout is so spacious and even with 24 people there were plenty of places for people so that it was not crowded. The Masia's grounds were beautiful and we felt like we were in paradise. Mar, the property manager, was excellent and very helpful. She assisted us with setting up tours and arranging a professional chef to come cook for our group. It was a wonderful experience at Masia Notari and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful visit in Vilanova. Thank you Mar and Masia Notari for a wonderful experience!

Amazing!

I booked this villa for my sisters hen party consisting of 25 girls for a 4 day weekend and it was the best decision I could have made. The villa consists of multiple bedrooms, mostly of which have en-suite bathrooms. The pool was the exact size we needed. The kitchen had 4 fridges and 2 freezers with plenty of cooking space. There was enough room to eat in the kitchen or outside with a view of the pool. There were communal bathrooms with large mirrors and seating areas if anyone wanted some quiet time to read a book. We used the main walk way to play games and if we had any issues, the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes. Mar, the manager, was so helpful. I emailed her at least 30 times with different queries and concerns and she was so patient and understanding. The villa isn't directly near a bus or train station; but mar provided taxi numbers and information about the local town. I couldn't have been more happy with Masia Notari - you feel like you are in a complex but it's for your sole use! one of the hens has already booked it next year for a group holiday! Thanks so much! If you're considering booking this villa- do not think twice. I hope to be back one day!
