Fantastisk 6 Bed Villa tæt på Disney

my staff and are are glad you had an enjoyable stay. We do host several "gold groups" throughout the year. With 6 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living rooms and a large pool patio, the home has plenty of room to socialise and find a quiet corner. You guys are welcome back anytime you visit the area again.

John, thank you so much for your review and compliments. Yes, the insulation in the home is quite amazing, with sound not really travelling through the walls. The 5 bathrooms upstairs do add space and added walls to insulate! My cleaning staff appreciate the neat state of the home on your check out. Jessie, I really appreciate your patience as we worked through the AC problems. Thankfully, our AC company was able to get to the property with 2 hours of calling and remedy the situation. Machinary does breakdown! It is unfortunate that even with preventive maintenance, the equipment decides to misbehave during a guest stay! I'm gkad yu had a great stay, you and your family are welcome back any time.

As soon as a booking is reserved, all guests are sent messages containing important information about the home. Pool and spa (hot tub) heat utility fees, deadlines for requests and other pertinent information is sent out. Sadly, you did not respond to any of our messages. Thus, on arrival the pool heat equipment was of course shut off. When you did eventually reach out, the equipment was turned on with full instructions on how to use efficiently and safely. You again did not read messages sent to you. We also found this to be the case with sending us driver information for security gate clearance. It is off outmost importance that guests read all messages sent and respond in a timely manner. My staff and I do the best we can but do need guests to cooperate to make their stay comfortable and hassle free.

Thank you for your comments. I did warn you that the carpet in the kitchen transition area was slightly stained. by the departing family. Our cleaning service did sanitize and disinfect the carpets. When we walked the property together you stated that the carpet was not a problem. On a back-to-back reservation it is not possible to shampoo the carpets as we need 48 hours. This was also explained to you before your arrival, and you replied saying that was fine. Numerous spindles broken? We found one that you showed me, but who caused the damage cannot be ascertained. You did not show me any protruding nails, nor have we found any. You made no mention to me about anything else in the home. Whilst guest inputs and suggestions are always valued, we do ask guests to be objective and honest.

While my team and I appreciate constructive and truthful reviews, we do not appreciate the fabricated complaints and outright untruths you have posted. This home is a very popular destination, and we receive outstanding compliments continuously not just for this home but for all the homes in my portfolio. Why you have taken the time and energy to create this wholly inaccurate reiew leaves me wondering!

Edward, I appreciate you choosing my vacation home. At no time am I rude to any guest. However, I have found several guests to be rude and obnoxious for various reasons, especially when unwarranted refund requests are decline Should my request that you carefully read my messages and not repeat the same question multiple times be seen as rude, then I apologize. The trash rules enforced by the Resort Management are strict and made very clear to all guests who are warned not to bypass HOA rules. You wanted to leave trash out front, that is not allowed. Florida does enjoy a semi tropical climate, and so bugs of all sorts do proliferate. Every front yard and back yard in Florida and indeed the entire country will see bug activity. Even so, the home is professionally sprayed on a regular basis to prevent ants from entering the home. Seeing bugs outside the home is guaranteed! Leaving food and spilled sugary beverages on the patio deck will attract ants. Yes, furniture does break if you jump on it. It is disappointing that you did not call or message me of any issues during your stay. The home is very popular and is very much appreciated by everyone who stays. I am glad you found no problems with the cleaning, excellent kitchen, all the appliances, freshly done laundry, flat screen televisions, free WIFI, two large living rooms, game room, the six bedrooms... so much more than a single motel room at the same price point! Staying in a vacation home is so much better! I wish you well.

I am sorry that you feel this way, especially since by all indications you and your family had a great vacation and enjoyed the villa for the length of your stay. In all communications my staff and I were upfront with you in all matters. Unfortunately, the pool heater did break down. Even the best maintained equipment does have a life span! I notified you immediately that this was not going to be a quick fix but a replacement unit would need to be installed. The pool heat utility fee that you had paid was immediately refunded to you in full. We were disappointed that you ignored our request that guests not try and "operate" or "fix machinery" or "open" electrical units and power boxes. This only leads to problems and equipment malfunctioning, and the danger of physical harm. We strive at all times to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, and apologize that you found us lacking.
