Spent Labor Day weekend at this house. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Its not far from Disney and lots of places to eat and shop. However, there was no privacy covering on the front door. You can see straight through the house from the street and it was a safety concern for me. I was tempted to put a sheet across the door. The patio furniture is wood and outdated. Even the lounge chairs at the pool is wood with no cushions. The pool had no lighting at night besides the patio lights. Another safety hazard for me. We found a dead bug on the kitchen floor, baby ants roaming on the counter and the washing machine didn't work properly. Someone came out but they couldn't fix it. Overall it was a good stay but a few fixes and updates would be great.

Very nice and spacious home for family on vacation

The house is very nice and spacious, and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. Outdoor dining chairs cushions was not in such a good shape on the dining table needed to be rested. Other than that, I will Rent it again.

Good stay

We had a good stay, the house was fairly clean. Not many pots or pans. The AC broke and started leaking into the floor on the upper floor. Maintanence came twice to fix it before the end of our stay.

Awesome flat with gorgeous lake view

Very large house with very nice bedrooms. Comfortable beds, great pool with astonishing lake view. Very quiet place in a clean gated community. We didn't miss anything. Perfect for vacation. Less than 30 mins to Disney. But be aware: Our Chevrolet Suburban fitted very close between sideway and garage. One day we got a fine for "parking on sideway" because the car stood a little bit on the sidewalk.

Too many Rules!!!!

Roaches were in one of the kids room and the kitchen. The air conditioning upstairs does not cool and no adjusting allowed or the threaten to charge your card. Fees to use grill and to heat pool. We came from NC and had family in Fl and no visitors were allowed. There is a quiet time curfew.

While we didn’t receive any report from you during your stay about this, we always encourage our guests to inform us of any concerns so we can address them immediately. We certainly don’t threaten to charge cards, but simply ask our guests to care for the home as if it were their own. As for the pool heater and grill, fees are mentioned clearly in the home description before booking. We appreciate your understanding and we hope to host you again to surpass your expectations.
