Great location

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and dinner/ downtown area. The bed in the unit was the worst though. Not sure if we would stay in this same unit again due to that.

Perfect spot

We were looking for something in a beach town while in town for lacrosse. This fit the bill. It was quiet, clean, and close to fun! We will be back.

Great location

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect. Could easily walk to beach and Bridge St. which was a fun spot. I would address 2 things that would have made it even better. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. Also the screened porch was very unappealing. It would have been lovely to have a table and chairs to sit at if we wanted to eat out there.

Nice Accomodation

The apartment is the perfect size and in the perfect location. Many restaurants, the beach and other things to do within walking distance. The apartment has all necessary amenities and it was comfortable and clean for my husband and I.

Perfect little apartment, close to entertainment & beaches

I loved:The comfort. Bed & pillows were great.The communication. Texts were answered immediately. I was able to extend my stay by 2 days with ease & no hassle. The pool & deck area. Lots of chairs and tables. The location. 1 block from Bridge Street & the pier. 2 blocks from a trolley stop. 2 blocks from the beach. The quiet. Condo was on a quiet street. The noise from the pool could be heard inside the condo, but most guests were respectful. If i was sitting on the screened in porch, I could faintly hear music from the bars on bridge street. What could be better:The security. Gates from the parking spots to the stairs to the units were all open. There did not appear to be cameras anywhere. As a female traveling alone, this made me nervous. Upkeep. The stairs were cement and have seen better days. The dryer vent is damaged and fell off when running the dryer. Overall. I'd stay here again. Perfect size for a solo trip or a couple. It's a good location with regards to bars, restaurants, and the beach.

Great Place, Great Stay

Loved the unit, exceptionally clean. In 2 minutes you can sit in the soft white sands of the beach or at once of the many local restaurants. The unit has been upgraded from the picture in the posted rental pictures and we would love to come back again, however, as an older couple, the stairs were a challenge for carrying suit cases, groceries, our ourselves after a long day at the beach.

The condo is very up to date, clean, and comfortable. Location is great. Pool we used just few times and really enjoyed it. The storage has some chairs for the beach, just umbrella is broken and one bike tires are flat. Otherwise me and my daughter had a great stay, cooked one dinner there. We found everything we needed!. Also it is quiet at night time. Location is great, few steps from the beach and nice restaurant on the beach. I would highly recommend this rental, and I actually already did!. It was great stay before college drop off! I reached out the management since we arrived late. I received immediately response and we had no issues to get it. Thank you!

Great Rental, Awesome Location

This rental is awesomely located on Anna Marie Island and is next to the boardwalk which has plenty of food and shops. It’s also just a few blocks away from the beach which (during our stay) was not nearly as crowded as a lot of the other beaches in the area. The rental itself is really nice and felt very homey. There are enough basic appliances to get you set up and all are in good condition. Information was pretty clearly presented about the rental and its policies. The only issue was a couple of dark corners that had not been fully cleaned and the outside walkways being especially dirty. I would definitely recommend this rental to someone wanting a conveniently located and beautiful stay on Anna Maria Island.

Nice condo close to everything

Nice condo, located close to shops,restaurants and beach. Space was clean and orderly, Kitchen was under stocked, condo needs more storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Bed and sofa are in need of replacing. It is located up 28 steps on the 3rd floor, not a bad hike up, but elderly or handicapped may have issues.

AMI condo

The unit was great as far as space and amenities. Location was excellent. The rugs, however, need shampood or replaced and the upholstery needs cleaned. Otherwise, the place was clean. I did have a problem with the roofing project going on while there. I stepped in a roofing nail and ran over one with my car which required replacement of the tire. I understand that maintenance needs to be done from tim to time but it shouldn't cost the tenants. All in all, it was a good place to stay as it is close to everything. Would stay here again.

Great value!

Great location, very quiet, property and facilities are well kept but dated. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Very friendly neighbors, however privacy is an issue as you feel you’re right on top of the neighbors. TAKE NOTE: there are no beach chairs or beach accessories of any type provided. Communication with service and property owner was also slow.

I should have known better. This condo was available last minute during a busy vacation time. Not clean and parking spot was not available upon arrival. Spent the first day cleaning and washing items.

This condo was in a wonderful location and was very clean. Unfortunately the A/C was not working and though the Vacasa team did send us info to troubleshoot and came out once to re-set the unit did not work properly during our stay and we slept with the windows open each night attempting to stay cool. I am certain it will be repaired for the next vacationers to the property. Also, bring every item you might need to cook a meal. No salt or pepper, no filters for the coffee maker. Just be aware. We would rent again, as the unit was nice overall.

Nightmare honeymoon

We arrived to our condo to celebrate our honeymoon to find we had no air conditioning. After contacting the management company non stop for two days, I reach out to VRBO …. Who was absolutely NO HELP. VRBO said there was nothing they could do as having no air conditioning did not qualify for their Book With Confidence Guarantee. So we stayed in a condo (inferno) that was hotter inside than it was outside for two days - not one person came to look at air in those two days. And again, VRBO was absolutely no help. Maybe VRBO should use some of their hidden fees and they charge to stand behind their customers!

Amazing Stay!!

Me and my boyfriend came for my sisters wedding and stayed here and it’s a great location!! It’s walking distance from bridge street so just a few minutes from the best shops and restaurants. You can walk to the beach or the bay in a few mins. The condo is lovely it was clean and perfect size for me and my boyfriend. I loved having a washer dryer for my clothes and a full size kitchen. The balcony is nice. you have neighbors close by but it was never noisy very quiet condominium and the pool was never crowded. I highly recommend this place the 2 major things that make it so great is the location and the great condition of the condo! The only thing I’d say is a negative is that checkout is at 10am and there is no late checkout available so I wouldn’t stay here if you’re flight isn’t in the morning otherwise you’ll have to leave the condo at 10am and find somewhere to go or something to do with all your luggage until you’re ready for the airport. We had to rent a golf cart because after we checked out at 10am we were stuck with our suitcases all day and our flight wasn’t until 5pm so from 10am-2pm we had all our luggage but if you have a car or can find a way around it then this place is great we just didn’t think to coordinate our flight with our checkout time.

Great location

This was our first time but it won't be our last. Great location that was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very inviting. Loved this trip and we will be back!
