Slap af i dit bjerg tilbagetog. Betagende udsigt og kun få skridt fra Keystone imponerende skrænter. Dette rummelige (1600 sq ft) enhed giver en idyllisk indstilling perfekt til enhver lejlighed. Uanset om du nyder den spektakulære udendørs legeplads lige udenfor døren eller blot ønsker at slappe af langt ud over byens trummerum, kom drage fordel af denne hyggelige paradis.

Vores professionelt indrettet lejligheden har to luksuriøse opholdsstuer. Hvert niveau har en brændeovn pejs, queen size seng, sovesofa, boblebad badekar og underholdningscenter. Den nederste soveværelse indeholder også en dag seng (2 enkeltsenge). Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret, så hvis trangen til at lave mad opstår, kan du pisk op en fest på ingen tid. Laura Ashley sengetøj forudsat. Desværre ingen kæledyr.

Den Condo har en indendørs opvarmet swimmingpool, boblebad og motionsrum. Og du behøver ikke bekymre dig om dårligt vejr, den underjordiske opvarmet parkeringsplads giver læ for dig og din bil. Enheden har også en ski locker, så du ikke behøver at slæbe rundt noget udstyr.

Aktiviteter vrimler på Keystone. Vandreture, løb, mountainbike, fiskeri, jagt, mesterskabet golf og rafting kan gøre hver dag til en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Og glem ikke vintersport, efter en lang dag på ski, både i dagtimerne og om natten, boarding, snescootere og langrend bare læne sig tilbage og nyde selskabet af gode venner og en Toasty træ brændende pejs. Another pleasant stay

This was the second time staying here, and I will book it again, if its price remains competitive.Likes: plenty of room, clean, easy to reach contact, quick maintenance request response, good location.Less likes: next time I will bring my favorite cooking pans.

Good location

Overall it was a good stay. The layout and location of the property was great. The pool/hot tub area was not very clean and the kitchen did not have some basics like a pizza cutter and other utensils. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay close to the slopes!

This unit is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Even though you have a shuttle that passes by the complex, it's faster to walk to Mountain House (approx 8 minutes). Being from Denver myself, It's a great place to stay when looking to get out of town!

Huge and clean apartment close to the ski lift

I would rent it again and I would recommend even for large groups. Only part what was not so great is that the kitchen should be better equipped, but this did not ruin the whole experience.

Perfect for our two families

This property was perfect for our two families. Short walk to Mountain House base arra where we kept our walking boots and snacks in a locker. Getting to condo in building was a little puzzle, but not bad once you get it down. Great location and good accommodations.

Nice location

Enjoyed staying here as it was roomy and great location. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we embraced as another calorie killer. Views were excellent and able to be on Peru chair in no time.

Loved our stay. The condo has everything you need. The floor plan is perfect for large families. Everyone has their space. The condo is within walking distance of the lifts. We enjoyed our vacation very much! Can't wait to come back.

Great condo!

Great condo. Nice large space, well equipped kitchen, pretty view and convenient location all at a great price. We will be back! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings and appreciated both of the living spaces for spreading out/privacy.

Great Property

We rented this property for our winter ski vacation and it was great for us. It's very spacious two story condo that has everything to make your stay great. Honestly it has the potential to host 10 adults without feeling cramped. Located very close to Peru lift and the walk is no more than 5 min, has a convenient ski locker in the garage. The owner is very responsive and he'll get back to you immediately if you need any help or anything to make your stay great. We are definitely going back.

Great Condo - Walking Distance to Mountain House lift

We had a wonderful time at this Liftside condo. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for the four of us to fit comfortably. The owner, Russ, was great to work with and very responsive to all of our emails and requests. The views are incredible and the walk to the lift is quick. I highly recommend this rental!

Walking distance to Peru Express

Property is spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. The living room is well equipped to entertain and comfortable. The balcony looks onto the mountain and provided a sunny location for lunch. The kitchen has the essentials. Could use addition frying pans. Access to the condo is tenuous as the elevator does not exit at the appropriate floor requiring climbing one flight to the entrance. Overall a good value.

Great location, spacious condo

We loved staying at Russ' place - location is super close to the Peru ski lift (5-7 min walk) and the condo itself is very spacious with two separate bedrooms/living rooms on each floor. Communication with Russ was great - prompt in replying and attending to all of our questions. Kitchen is nicely stocked with non-perishable goods and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the place and plan to be back next ski season !

A nice place!

My buddy and I came to Keystone for a big bike ride. Russ's place worked out perfect for us; like getting 2 places for the price of 1. There is separate living space upstairs and downstairs. It is very spacious with great views of the ski area and a peek view of the river (you can hear the river from the deck). The condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and nicely furnished. The owner, Russ, was responsive and a pleasure to work with. A great place and a great value.

Perfect

The condo is just about perfect. The location is great; close to so many activities. The pool is really nice as well as the hot tub. So much space even for a family of four. It is well taken care of and in terrific shape. The balcony was so nice in the morning to sit out in the cool, fresh air and take in the mountain view. Also, the owners were very nice and good with communication. Really couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price. Thanks Russ!

Spacious enough for two families

The condo was very spacious and allowed the families and kids enough room for an extended time together. The views of the slopes are great, as you can see from the pictures. The walk is not much farther than the walk from the paid parking lots at Keystone. The pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was hot! I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The staircases in the building are a bit odd, follow the owners instructions to get to the condo or you will get lost!

Great location Great Property Great host

Our multi generational group members we’re all very pleased with our accommodations and our host Russ. Communication with Russ was always quick and accurate. Because we had excellent written directions, we had no need to contact Russ during our stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. It’s literally about a six minute walk to the Mountain in House Bass Lodge and ski rental. Bus access is excellent. I really can’t overstate how important being close to the lift is for a group. I hope to stay here in the future we were all very pleased. Thank you, Russ!

Lots of space for our family of 5

We literally booked this condo for 5 nights as we boarded the flight to DEN. Russ is a great guy to work with, great communications and had the "locals" suggestions for ski gear deals in Frisco. Good enough location that even our 8, 10, and 12 year olds could walk to the Peru lifts in ski boots, less than 10 minutes. (Little free gear wagons everywhere help). Understated in the photos and description is the amount of space in this condo, and a garage below helped. Friends rented at higher rates over in River Run and it was tiny by comparison. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and we had them all to ourselves all week. The shuttle system is easy for the entire area, but with the best restaurants within a snowball toss, (101 Pizza and Dos Amigos) we hardly used it. Local hotspot The Goat is right next door. The other Keystone Properties "kids ski for free" deal has to be compared correctly by realizing that it jacks up those property rates and ski schools give a large discount for lift tickets. Even with our crew, this place was a deal! The mountainside lifts are way less crowded in the morning surge than River Run. And Russ even mailed home some wayward gloves and clothes left in a drawer....extremely thoughtful. Definitely will be coming back here.

Disappointed

We were a little disappointed. Upside: you can’t get much closer to the slopes. Easy walk and even manageable in ski boots if you don’t want to rent a locker. Lots of space, but know that you cannot avoid stairs. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Downside: total silent treatment (didn’t return a single text) from the manager when: 1) we found out that the clubhouse with pool and hot tub were not open the whole trip and we were not told this before our arrival. Our son doesn’t ski and the pool was the only reason he came. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency. 2) the water was cut off for almost an hour do to some building renovation, and manager didn’t give us any forewarning or call me back when I asked about why the water was off. Luckily my wife had just completed her shower! Crazy. 3) there was no working stopper in one bathtub, so the stopper from the other had to be moved back and forth for baths…which were necessary since the clubhouse hot tub was unavailable. 4) the WiFi was bad. If more than one device (we had two teenagers with us) was trying to stream anything, it would routinely drop…sometimes completely. 5) the dust on the ceiling fan in the lower bedroom fell like snow For almost $300/night we were underwhelmed.

Great hosts, great property, great stay!

We have stayed at many condos in Keystone (River Run, Mountain House and other side of HWY 6). Suffice it to say we've tried just about every experience. This condo was the best, by far. Here's why: 1) Amazing hosts. Warm, friendly, welcoming. We felt like we were staying at our favorite family member's house. Truly amazing people, helping at every step of the way. They offered wonderful tips for travel/amenities/dining. Their instructions were super. They responded to our questions immediately. Very helpful, friendly people. They did everything and more to make our trip truly relaxing. 2) Phenomenal view. The pictures do not do the view justice. We felt the tension of everyday life immediately melt away as we gazed out at the mountain from the ceiling to floor, wall to wall windows and balcony of both levels of this condo. It was amazing. 3) Proximity to Lifts. Mountain House can be undesirable to some. Not us. No gondola, who cares? Because what you get in return is far superior. Short lift lines, the mountain air on your face as you zip up the express lift taking in the gorgeous scenery below. Arrive quickly at mid-level, get your ski legs on as you ski a short portion to Montezuma lift and repeat the beautiful, quick ride to the top of the mountain. You'd still be in line back at the River Run gondola with a 20 minute ride ahead of you. Not from Mountain House. You've already skied a bit, and now you are all set for your first run. FABULOUS! 4) ENORMOUS condo. 2 levels, giant master suite up with living area, sleeping area, bathroom. The living area can also double as a sleeping area with pull out sofa. Plus, there's a genius accordion wall that sections off the living area from the sleeping area. Even if you aren't sleeping in that living area, it is great to get some private time to commune with the mountain via that wonderful view. Meanwhile, downstairs, the rest of the family enjoys another giant living/dining area stocked with games, media options, beautiful balcony, gorgeous wood-burning fireplace the host has stocked for you, kitchen with every amenity you could want, and a bedroom with queen sized bed and twin with trundle bed. Oh! And the downstairs living area has pull out sofa bed as well! 5) Amenities. Big indoor pool also with great view of the mountain. Great hot tub too. Perfectly located ski locker. I'd say more but I'm out of space! We LOVE this property. Thank you Russ &Laurie for opening this home to all :)

My wife and I bought our Liftside unit about three years ago. It has provided a wonderful respite from our day-to-day lives. My wife, Laurie, is a university professor. Her expertise is in child development, concentrating on providing services for children with autism. I am a retired military officer and presently work as a realtor in the Greater Denver area. During the summer, we donate the unit to families who face end of life decisions and want one last opportunity to have that special time together.

Keystone provides excellent skiing during the winter. The resort caters to families which makes it an ideal stay. The unit is so close to the slopes that our son even doesn't mind carrying his own skiis. The unit itself is very comfortable. We call it the 'fluffy house'. Its a great opportunity to get away from the everyday grind and just relax. We go up every chance we get!

We've never had a disappointed renter in our ten plus years managing the property. I like to be up front about Keystone, the condo and the area in general. The unit is spacious so you won't be packed in like sardines as in most rentals. The two floors allow that separation for couples or children from adults when you need it.

The condo has all the charm and comfort of a mountain retreat. The view of the slopes is breath-taking. Its so nice to kick back after along day on the slopes and watch the skiers race down the mountain. We have all the conveniences at our condo so you don't need to bring anything except food and drink. And lastly, the unit is very competitively price so you get excellent value for your money.
