Unfortunate I can not give a review on this location. At 1230 on day of check in we recieved a message that there was a problem and this location was not available. Offered two options, one place in the village that was 1 bed room and an air mattress, or a larger place but far from the village. We took the bigger place since there were 5 of us. The big place was stunning but we were very disappointed in the need to drive to the hill or take shuttle bus (which unfortunately was NOT convenient)

Bed bugs!!! We planned a week long vacation that was cut short two days in after the guest staying in the secondary bedroom felt like she was being bitten all over and woke up with bug bites all over. She was seen by an Urgent Care physician who confirmed they were bug bites and provided a letter to share with the property manager. The property manager was not surprised and was very nonchalant.Choose a different property for your own health and safety. We lost money, had to treat all of our clothing and this ruined our vacation.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting that situation must have been. After your report, our team promptly inspected the property and did not find any evidence of bed bugs or related activity anywhere in the home. Out of an abundance of caution, we still take concerns like this very seriously and followed up accordingly. We also want to clarify that we provided a refund for the unused nights of your stay. At no point was this concern taken lightly, and our team worked to address the situation as quickly as possible. We’re sorry again that your trip was impacted and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Great stay besides broken elevator

The location and condo were great. Our only issue is that when we booked the place there was no mention that elevator from the garage has been broken since Oct. It was exhausting to haul all of our luggage up the stairs after a day of skiing.

Thank you for your feedback. Having to carry luggage up the stairs from the garage can be avoided by pulling around to the front of the building first and unloading there. We did also notify this guest immediately after they booked that this elevator was out of service due to a lengthy modernization project that is being performed by the HOA. There is another elevator in the lobby that services all floors of the building.
