Clean 3 BR with ocean view!

I liked having a full balcony facing the Gulf. The condo was fairly clean, although I think they need to mop the floors more often. Nicely furnished and lots of room.

Good

Very good stay. We hope to stay here again in the future. The sliding doors need repair and most of the faucets leaked, but the unit was clean and it was home away from home. Loved every second of it.

It was a great state with very family-oriented accommodations. Needed heated pools and map of site.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing basketball and swimming. Sandy white beaches are amazing there. Local golf and fishing guides available. Great place for families. Two things that would have been nice would be heated pools because the temperature was only in the low 70s or high 60s while we were there. Also if we could have had a map of what pools were shared for our condo and where things were located.

Great location!

At the end of the hall which was a plus! Great view of the ocean, clean, however the master bed and the first bed are not comfortable and probably need replaced. Have stayed at this property before and what I loved about the house owner is they had beach accessories available for use which helps tremendously and is super convenient (beach chairs, umbrella, etc). Would stay here again for sure! This property is close enough to the strip but on a road that is more private beach is less crowded!

Experience

We staid for a 2week family vacation. Our door code battery went out and they were quick to fix it, a few days later our AC went out. They were very attentive and respectful to getting it back up and running, with temperatures at 90 degrees and higher, it was much appreciated

The Perfect View

The condo is outdated (we knew from the pictures) and needs some repairs completed. The faucets dripped in the master bath and the master tv didn’t work either. Outside of the cosmetic parts, you can’t beat the set-up and view of Plantation Palms. The balcony view was stunning and the area is pretty quiet. Not much around, so make sure you bring whatever you’re going to need.

Older facility, furniture and deco ok but all appliances' need replaced

This property needs a good cleaning, new flooring and appliances. The unit had a toilet seat missing and the shower head came off during our stay. We called management and it was fixed same day (nice response). The dishwasher smelled bad so we left a note for housekeeping. Having said that we enjoyed the location and the grounds.

We loved everything about this unit and property! It was super clean and spacious! Fully stocked and equipped with every single thing that we needed! From the kitchen, bathroom, and washer and dryer! I would recommend this unit and hope that next time we come back during the summer that we can get it again! Everything was up to date! If I was offered money to say anything bad about this unit and property, I wouldn’t be able to get it because there is absolutely nothing bad that we can say about it! Now, I will say that the indoor pool has too much chlorine because as soon as you hit the door, you can smell it and feel the burn in your eyes- but that’s nothing that you can’t get over! We loved this unit and the property! Will definitely book again before this year is out! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Great beach view

It was cloudy and overcast our entire vacation but the view was still spectacular! We enjoyed the condo a lot. We have stayed in this unit several times. Lots of things to do around the complex and it’s just a short drive into town to eat ,shop and experience more things to do.

Beautiful location

Overall, this place is terrific! Very accessible for those with disabilities. Absolutely beautiful views. Very comfy beds! There were a couple of things in the unit that needed attention and I left a note so they could be fixed. Nothing major; a pocket door missing a couple of screws, dresser drawer bottom off the runner, screen door off track; nothing earth shattering that would mess up our stay. Absolutely loved the location and the view! I will definitely stay here next year!

Loved our stay and loved the condo. Only thing was none of the sliding doors shut completely and when you have two kids with you that don’t bother knocking, a locking door is a must. And both shower curtains had mold on them. Other than that we loved it. Great location and indoor pool came in handy when it was storming for the kids to swim in.

The Room We Needed

This 3-bedroom unit gave our family the room we needed. The condo was clean and the kitchen was equipped pretty well. We really enjoyed the view from the gulf-front balcony.

Vacation with grown kids

The location and amenities were great but woke up to the air conditioner leaking and soaked floors, reported the issue and response was good but had loud fans and HVAC with hoses for the entire stay with repair crews in and out. Still waiting for “compensation” for the hassle…. Evidently the leak had occurred prior to our reserving the unit and it just flooded during our stay.

Fantastic location. Accommodations meh

This unit is on the 7th/top floor of the resort at the end of the building so the views were amazing! Being at the end, it was quiet and peaceful. The condo is really dated decor wise which wasn’t a huge deal. The master bed was awful. Like cheap hotel awful. There was no blanket for the master bed so we had to go buy one. One of the other rooms had a newer nicer bed. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Kitchen was well- furnished. We had to buy extra washcloths also. The resort was very nice but at least 20 minutes from any restaurants or shopping. There’s nothing within walking distance except a small restaurant on site. Beach is gorgeous!! Very nice pool area. We had a great trip but expected nicer accommodations for what we paid

Great Stay!

We had a great stay. We spent every minute that we were in the condo on the balcony! Everything was very clean and we had a hard time choosing the pool or beach.

The condo was nice & clean with plenty of room !! Unfortunately the inside/heated pool was unavailable during our stay which was one reason we chose to stay at this facility. It was not advised ahead of time & I had 3 unhappy kids during the rain time. I am very disappointed with that.

Beach not crowded

Our favorite location on the Gulf. Easy to rent, hassle free, great beach and sports areas for the kids plus the Sassy Bass restaurant.

Just wonderful

The condo was wonderful! Very clean with everything you need. Kitchen had everything to cook gourmet meals. Absolutely love that all bedrooms had balconies. View just fabulous! All pool and public areas well maintained and clean. Just a short walk to the beach down the boardwalk. Excellent restaurant just across the street. Highly recommend.
