The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV & a private bathroom, including a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, which has hall bathroom access with a tub/shower.

Washer/dryer are paid per use on the same floor as the property and the cost is $2.50 per load to wash and $2.50 to dry.

Conveniently Located within walking distance of Kiva Dunes golf course, the Kiva Grill is a great place to get a bite for lunch. Just down the road is Ft. Morgan Marina to book a day fishing trip inshore or deep Gulf rig fishing. Go to Tacky Jacks on the Bay for a cool drink or some coconut shrimp. From Ft. Morgan, visit the historical site with walking trails, birding, boat launch, fishing pier, or take the Ferry to Dauphin Island for a day trip at the Estuaries.

***Gulf Shores Plantation is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is forbidden in units or on balconies.

***Suncoast Beach Rentals can be contacted directly for beach chairs, umbrella, & tent rentals. This is separate from any reservation.

***Two parking passes will be issued by the Guard at the Guardhouse upon arrival. Must provide written documentation from Crye*Leike Gulf Coast to acquire parking passes. This information will be sent with your agreement details.
