Vores mål er at give vores gæster en værdsat oplevelse på en førsteklasses beliggenhed. Beliggende på Narrows, vores townhouse Condo er kun otte miles syd for Clearwater og 25 miles fra Tampa International Airport. Fiddler på stranden ligger inden for en naturskønt kørsel til alle de største attraktioner i Florida, herunder: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Bush Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Marine Science Center - hjemmet for vinteren Dolphin - Dali Museum og Raymond James Art Museum


Vores lille 34 enhed kompleks har 300 meter hvid sandstrand, masser af parkering og en på sight manager. Vil du ikke køre? Bare hop på vognen! Byen vedligeholdes vogn vil tage dig op og ned Gulf Blvd. Clearwater til St. Pete Beach.

Vi lejer rutinemæssigt lørdag til lørdag, men vendes dage er fleksible i lavsæsonen. De angivne priser kan ændres uden varsel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beverly's place! It was exactly as advertised. We loved the location and the proximity to the beach. It was perfect for fishing trip.

Great condo for a family with mutiple kids to stay in. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep and be in the condo. It was so easy to walk out the condo and right onto the beach. Would definitely stay hete again.

The view was perfect was like sitting on the beach. The location was wonderful. The pool was nice as well. We did have a bit of a problem with cleanliness as when we got in it was full of fumes from bug spray or bombs, either one we had a big issue with the smell as my wife has severe lung issues. We came into that and a bunch of dead fly looking things as well as the chemical film that was a struggle at first. The host made sure things was ok for us as she was wonderful handling the issue! We loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

This place was fantastic. We had one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The peace and beauty of this beach was amazing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Even the cleaning ladies were very pleasant and accommodating. There were very few people on this beach and it was amazing. I will definitely stay again. Many memories for us. Thank you so much.

Perfect view

Our family’s first time at Indians Rocks Beach, we will be back! The condo was clean, matching the description and pictures when we booked it. We had great communication with the owner, making the check in/out process easy. Overall, it was a great place to stay with an amazing view and family friendly!

Beautiful View

We absolutely loved the view and how close the beach was. The property had everything we needed for the beach and just everyday necessities. The unit could use some updating but was still comfortable. The only thing we wished it had was a washer/dryer in the unit for convenience but there is coin laundry down by the office. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Beverly!

Hosts were very kind, but the property is outdated and in need of cleaning

While the hosts were gracious enough to approve our vacation dates being outside of their normal booking timeframe, the condo was incredibly outdated and had only cable tv/Internet. I've also never stayed anywhere without a keypad lock or key card, so having a physical key that we had to mail back was one more thing we had to keep up with (host did provide a stamp, but return envelope was torn upon receipt). There was also quite a bit of hair in one bathroom (floor and shower) and mold/mildew on the shower curtain in the other. The view, however, was unmatched and we had direct access to the beautiful beach.

Good location and facilites

Located at the narrow part of Indian rocks so you don’t get beachgoers from other units. Facility is very good and clean. Parking was easy with traditional lot parking. No triing to squeeze under the building. Only drawback was no in room washer/drier. I would definitely stay again

Everything you need

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, cooler, towels, and an umbrella that twists into the sand, places to hang wet items on the patio, plenty of space. It was the perfect distance from the little town area, we walked to dinner nightly and stayed at the beach/pool all day. The decor was classic beach style with comfy couches and enough drawers and tables to fully unpack and feel at home. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would love to rent this condo again, it was wonderful! If you choose to stay here take care of everything for those that stay next.

Great location on the beach.

The location is great. The beds are VERY firm. There were people smoking all around which made it difficult to enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. The smoke just wafted into our space. The condo could really use some updating and even decluttering. I didn't realize that the bathroom upstairs was a jack & jill. It was very awkward since it was my parents, me and my 2 boys all sharing 1 bathroom upstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

Breathtaking view

This condo faces the beach with a view that is so stunning it's startling. The balcony is at a perfect angle to feel like you're actually sitting on the beach but sheltered from wind and sun (sun hits later in the day). The condo has everything you'd need. The master bedroom bed is super comfy. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Good shower pressure. The pool is fab and heated. I mean seriously heated. I didn't have to scream at all when I jumped in. Some have noted there is no onsite washing machine/dryer but it's easy and close to use the laundry room on the ground floor. And if that's the only price you pay for this location (not just the beach front but walking distance to all kinds of restaurants) it's a no-brainer. We want to stay here again next year.

Beautiful area, great complex, not so great communication with the owner

The condo was clean & roomy, & the view was superb! The down side was that while we were out to dinner mid-week, the hot water heater burst, flooding the downstairs level of the condo. The on site property manager was FANTASTIC. He was there within 10 minutes of our call. I messaged the property owner to let her know of the situation, and did not receive a response until the next day. The manager moved us to a condo right down the hall & allowed us to stay there for the remainder of our visit, while the other unit was repaired The new condo was perfect. I realize that the owner had no control over what happened, but she never asked if any of our things were damaged, she never apologized for the inconvenience, and certainly never offered any discount. I had already contacted her on Saturday morning (I forgot the key to the condo that she had mailed to me, TOTALLY my fault) and did not realize it until we were almost 4 hours into our 11 hour drive. I sent a message through VRBO, texted the # listed, AND I left a voicemail. I was anxious to hear back, as I didn't know if there was another option to get in. I waited a bit, then called again. She informed me that she was on a river cruise in Oregon and it was 5am there. I apologized, explained that I had no way to know that, and she said the property office had a key and I should contact them. She was rude. I feel that she was rude and uncaring about HER property and the experience that we had.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, directly on the beach condo. Perfect location with walking distance to good restaurants. My husband loved the large pool. We would definitely come back next year, maybe for a longer time.

A Nice Stay

We had a great week in Indian Rock! We loved the view! We liked being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach area is beautiful. It was nice just walking out the door and setting up on the beach. Our accommodations were good. Could use a little updating, but very clean and well kept.
