Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and the beach was right there. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying at this condo. The condo was clean and everything was stocked. We loved the pool and it was cleaned everyday. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future!

The property was "As advertised" and it is very nice. The only issue was the second bedroom closet is locked and unusable for guests. That was disappointing. Overall, good location and a very clean property.

Booked a nice quiet fall fall vacation for my parents and I. I've been to may homes in which the photos were clearly taken years ago and was disappointed, not here. The photos match what you will find in the condo, exactly. The only small issue we had was with the coffee maker not working, but there are several bakeries and coffee shops in the area that we visited. The complex, pool, and beach access were as described. The area is quiet, so if you want hustle and bustle, this might not be for you, but it was exactly what I wanted. Besides, Clearwater Beach is just up the road for a nice visit and some lunch. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I am eagerly looking at booking again for next year.

Beautiful condo! Very nice furniture, beds and decorated really beautiful! Only downside is we couldn’t see the pool or the beach, but we could see the water. To be fair we knew this going in! Everything was furnished. Even the cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. We will stay here again! Loved it! Thank you!!

Beautiful stay on the space coast of Florida

Clean and perfect. We stayed right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from every room and balcony. Would definitely come back again. Communication with property owners was great. Perfect location!

Wonderful!!!

Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well decorated... plenty of beach towels and chairs... the beach, well, spectacular!!! As a beach bum, enjoyed many relaxing moments watching the sunset.

Steps From The Beach

Accommodations were spacious, clean and modern. There was an issue with the HVAC system that took a little too long to resolve.. Overall a pleasant stay at this property.

Perfect location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was quiet and only a few steps from the ocean. I love that the parking is under the building so we were always in the shade. The pool was very small, but we still usually had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to stay again.

The condo was so clean, comfortable and cozy, felt very welcoming and soothing with its beach decor. The view each evening of the sunsets were stunning however, due to the building in front of the balcony, you could not see the sand/beach. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning and evening, it was very private. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The condo was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and towels. The owner had just about everything in this condo that you could think of to make our stay convenient. We loved loved loved this place and will be staying again in the future.

Great week!

The condo was very clean and so close to the beach which was great. We didn't use the pool but that is new. The master bedrooms tv could not access Netflix. There were restaurants you can walk to , but we rented a car for the week. The only real issue was my husband has bad knees and getting in and out of the tub was difficult for him. We would definitely stay again!

No worries – they've got you covered with beach towels, chairs, balls, and even coolers, making it effortless to enjoy your day enjoying the white sand and beautiful ocean. The location couldn't be better. With many shops and dining options within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Wonderful

Lovely, clean condo with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The only thing when we reserved our week we were not informed that the pool would not be useable because it was being rebuilt. It wasn’t a big deal, but still would have liked to have been given a heads up. Also, there wasn’t anyplace to clean off sand from your feet because of the pool rebuild. Other than that I would go back in a minute.

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

The condo and property were both excellent and very well maintained. We left with a favorable impression and a desire to book the same week next year. But upon checking the website, we found that the booking fee for fall 2023 had increased by 49%. The Service Fee increased by 45%, and the damage waiver increased by 114%. Overall the same condo for the same week next year was quoted almost $1,000 higher than this year. We hope management will reconsider such staggering increases in fees and we will be searching for a better value in 2023.
