Thank you for your suggestion. A loose screw in the inside of the drum was responsible for some of the loose threads. That has since been repaired and new towels have have been ordered. As for the amount of towels.... I do provide two towels per person and detergent to wash as needed. I just noticed that you gave me a 4 star instead of a 5. Is this because of the towels? That is really discouraging as bookings homes are based on the ratings and sometimes guests don't look beyond that. In 17 years of renting my home I have only had 5 stars. This is really Unfortunate. A personal message to me would have been appreciated ...Walli

I first want to thank you for your stay and glad that you found the house immaculate and a well stocked garage. This does not happen by chance. I take great pride in my home and the other 7 that I manage. If you read my reviews you will not only see that I have all 5 star ratings but my guests have also complimented me on my service and quick responses when needed. So I have to say that I am a bit perplexed by your comment that I called you on "your vacation". I am sorry that you felt pressure to check in on my schedule. Check in time is typically 4:00 but you had planned for a late arrival.. I did accommodate your late arrival and gave you the code to the electronic keypad. We prefer to check everyone in personally so that we have a chance to meet as well as doing a quick walk through the home. Since we were not able to do that, I asked that you please text or call when you arrive so that I know you made it in safely and had no issues. I called when I didn't hear from you. I also wanted to make sure that I give you instructions on the front patio french doors as they are a bit tricky. Since we did not check you in personally we were not able to show you how they operate. This is a safety issue. If calling you on the morning of your departure to see if you enjoyed the home and confirming your departure time was too much....I am also sorry....
