Velkommen til "Sand Toe Inn" - Beliggende på St. George Island FL på en 28 mil lang barriereø - "STI" - et fuldt renoveret 3 soveværelser 2 bad + hemshus beliggende 4 huse tilbage fra bugten i den rolige vestlige ende af BROWN Street. INGEN orkan Michael skader & nyt på lejemarkedet Sommer 2019.

Snowbirds er velkomne!

The King retreat på 2. sal fastgøres til din nye private 150 'screenede veranda med Cooleroo privatlivets nuancer og udsigt over bugten. 2. sal har også et dronning soveværelse og loft med to køjer og enkelt futon. 2. sal, fuldt renoveret badeværelse, tilsluttes kongen soveværelse og hems.

Stueetagen har udsigt over Apalach-bugten fra køkken, spisestue og opholdsstue. Den nye Chef's køkken & walk-in pantry venter dig til at forberede & nyde dit yndlingsmåltid! Et dronning soveværelse og fuldt bad serverer det første niveau. Nyd solbadning og stirrer på det nye brugerdefinerede 300 'hoveddæk. Dækket er sikkert, solidt og bygget til OSHA-specifikationer med 42 "høje skinner.

Vores gæster vil nyde NYE fladskærms-tv, apparater, madrasser, sengetøj og sengetøj. Ny betonplade med 3 parkeringspladser. Det udendørs bruser og hundevaskområdet giver nem oprydning, når du vender tilbage fra stranden. 1 minuts gåtur til bugten til solnedgang. "STI" Golfvogn (er), kajakker, skummetavler og cykler er inkluderet.

Spring break escape

We stayed here for my daughter's spring break, and it was perfect. The house was clean and very well stocked. The location is nice - close to the bay to see sunsets and not too far from public beach access. Would definitely stay here again! The hosts were wonderful to work with.

Quick family get away

This was by far one of the nicest and most accommodating VRBO homes we have stayed at. I felt like I was staying at a friends home!! The home was extremely comfortable and inviting. The owner keeps it stocked with everything you would need too. The golf cart was a huge amenity. It provided ease to get to the beach and leisurely rides around the island. I definitely recommend this rental.

Relaxing stay in paradise

This property was immaculate and well-decorated. King beds in every bedroom were the most comfortable we have ever slept on while away from home. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the decks for reading and drinking coffee. The complimentary golf cart was convenient for going to the beach. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the bay. Hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. 10/10 would stay here again.

Wonderful House and Stay

The house was perfect for our 3 couples and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the golf cart for the short trip to the beach and to the Bay to see the sunset. Kim is a great host and provided lots of great information.

Perfect Vacation

STI was a beautiful property and perfect size for two families. Everything was fully stocked, beds were super comfy, and golf cart made the trip to the beach a breeze! Kim was an amazing host offering tons of suggestions for eating out, groceries, and local shops/stops! Check in and out was super easy…we will definitely stay at STI again!

Lovely Beach House!

We had such a great time staying at Sand Toe Inn! It was so peaceful with views of the bay. We also loved going on golf cart rides and going to the beach. Kim thinks of all the details to make your stay feel like you have all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend!

House was perfect. The large deck was perfect and the watching the sunset off the screened lanai off the master suite was amazing. This house was perfect for my family.

Fantastic property

First time to the area and really enjoyed the house and the island. Super close to beach and having the golf cart was very nice. House was very clean and well stocked. Beds and chairs were comfortable, porches were great. Tv's in every room with sling so was nice to wind down and watch a show or 2 at night. Very quiet neighborhood

Exceeded Expectations!

Sand Toe Inn was a perfect location for our couples get-a-way! Spotless accommodations with everything you could need or want. Kim was an outstanding host, going above and beyond from restaurant recommendations to gifting us with a bag of the local coffee. We've all agreed this needs to become a yearly tradition. Beach Vacay With Friends

I cannot say enough good things about Sand Toe Inn! The owner, Kim, was so friendly and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was just as promised and had plenty of space for our 7 guests to spread out! The house was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood on the Bay side, but a short drive on the golf cart had us sitting on the beach! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Home in Paradise!

We loved everything about our stay! All the tiny details made everyone feel at home. My grandsons loved taking the golf cart over to the beach. It was our first time on SGI and will not be the last! When we do return it will be at this home. Kim was amazing from start to finish.

Amazing - 10 Stars!

This property is amazing. The communication from the owners was stellar. We had an issue with the oven, and was fixed immediately. The house was so clean upon check-in, and it is beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!!! Sand Toe Inn gets 10 stars!

SGI at its Finest!

What a great property, recently remodeled with a fantastic beach style. STI is in a great laid back location near the beautiful Apalachicola Bay and the best sunset on the Island! Not many rental homes come with a golf cart, STI has two. Having two carts is awesome; that way you can go to and from beach/bay/store/restaurants w/o everybody having to be ready at same time. The owners are great and easy to work/communicate with. Can’t wait to visit again!

Celebration

This trip was to celebrate one friend’s birthday and the other’s retirement. STI was perfect for both of us. Three porches to be outside on for different vistas allowed us to create memories. All the unique touches in the home provided a sense of place. We explored the island, often on the golf cart, looking for wildlife to photograph and experienced some wonderful moments locating some birds we hadn’t seen before. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. Kim was very responsive to our questions.

Amazing Hostess

This was our 10th visit to SGI, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Kim checked in with us before arrival to share details about the property and places to visit on our stay. The house smelled delicious and had all the extras that many rentals do not including cooking supplies, coffee, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. The golf cart was an added bonus, but my favorite part of the house was the screened in porch with a view of the bay. During or trip, we purchased a large picture that Kim volunteered to ship to us when we were unable to ship it from the local post office in Apalachicola. She made us feel like long time friends. The location was peaceful and the house is well maintained. It is the coziest place we've stayed on the island. We will definitely be back to STI! Kim is the best hostess around!

Sand Toe Inn

The Sand Toe Inn was everything we could have wanted for a relaxing vacation. The house is decorated beautifully with everything you need-sheets, towels, washcloths, extra supply of cleaning supplies, even lovely scented fragrance sprays for the bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked, with also backup pantry items such as aluminum foil, ziplocs, etc. We always bring these items, but it was a nice surprise in case there is a need. We loved the first floor porch with the safety gate for our pet, there was also plenty of room in the living area for his kennel. The outdoor shower even had toiletries for our immediate use! The house is in a nice, quiet location, not far from the beach by bike, golf cart, or even walking.. We loved everything about it! See you soon, STI!:)

Relax and Unwind 6/2/2029

Sand N Toe is even more beautiful than the pictures. With beautiful bay views from every window & porches on the front of the house. I enjoyed watching the sunset through the dining room window while having dinner cooked in the most amazing well stocked kitchen! Seafood purchased fresh on the island from Doug’s. Had to get donuts from Webber’s one morning. Totally worth the wait, but get there early! Internet connection was great even the few times it stormed. TV’s are all Smart & Got all my favorite shows. House is set up well & if you like your TV you can watch it in any room as well as while you’re cooking. Loved being able to bring my dogs & Kim had bowls, towels, and furniture covers all taken care of. Kim was an angel to work with and took care of every concern and need. Always pleasant and caring! Love her ❤️ Will definitely be back! Christina & fur babies

Perfect Location for Our Anniversary Celebration

My husband and I chose this beautiful house on St George Island for our 2nd anniversary celebration trip. We didn't need the 3 bedrooms, but booking last minute didn't offer many options and we were so glad this home became ours for our short stay on the island...great quiet location in great neighborhood. The decor of the home is absolutely gorgeous and was so my taste! Wish my personal house could look like this one and took pictures of every room to try and mimic the look back home! The attention to detail in every single room blew us away! You will feel so pampered here! The kitchen (and every other room) had everything you could possible need plus extras! The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy with incredible linens! The decks were our favorite hangouts...felt like we were in a treehouse amongst the top of the trees! Kim, the owner, was so personable and answered every question so promptly...even while we were there! Enjoyed our chats with her. She even set us up with a captain of a chartered boat for a half day of bay fishing! We totally took advantage of the provided golf cart and toured the island. Bay sunsets off the back decks were breathtaking every night! We would definitely stay here again....planning a 2025 trip with the blended family already in the works!! Thanks Kim and Dale - BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!

Dale & Kim Hicks grew up in North Springs & Dunwoody Georgia both vacationing to SandDestin in the 80s, Panama City in the 90s and the beaches of South Walton - 30A during the early 2000's : Traffic, cruising, crowded beaches & long restaurant wait times..."No Fun"....We needed a change.
July 2011 - Away to St. George Island for a family summer vacation with our two boys & there was no turning back! Dealing with all of the leasing companies, we left the island often dis-appointed. We never knew for sure the true condition of the rental property until after arrival. so in 2018, we purchased & renovated a house and Sand Toe Inn became reality!
Kim manages "Sand Toe Inn" bringing her leasing background experience working at Atlanta's, Americas Mart in the late 1990’s. Dale worked in Guest Services and hospitality Leadership, for multiple luxury properties in Snowmass Colorado & Atlanta Georgia for over 10 years.
Sand Toe Inn offers some of the finest accommodations available on St. George Island where you will enjoy a warm, relaxed yet refined environment.
