Perfect villa for an exceptional stay!

What a gem…the location can’t be beat! There are tons of special touches everywhere -comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and coolers … the host even left a nice bottle of wine for us! We used the free bikes every day, nice ride down to The Salty Dog. A short 5min walk to the beautiful Beach Club for our morning beach walks, and with the golf course and clubhouse right outside the door, we were centrally located to everything in Sea Pines. Loved that it is one level -ground floor-with no steps to drag our luggage and groceries in. We even had a warm day in November where we got into the heated semi-private pool! Great hosts, easy check in. Thank you for a great stay! We will 100% be rebooking here for our next trip to HHI

Great Location in Sea Pines

Overall, we enjoyed the villa in Sea Pines. The location is fantastic- a 1-2 min car ride to the beach club (the closest beach access), which was great with a baby and toddler. It’s also centrally located to Harbour Town and South Beach, and close to Lawton Stables. Our son enjoyed watching the golfers tee off from the sun room. The beds were very comfortable and the updated kitchen and master bath were a nice touch. The villa could use a more thorough cleaning. Apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Love in details

This property has many details that other properties do not. I love that it had sheets to use to put on furniture for your fur baby. It had two nice bikes, beach towels, beach and pool toys, and beach chairs. The beds were comfy and had nice linens. Nice fluffy and clean towels. And the best stocked kitchen I have ever had at a rental. The pans were not scratched up and everything was either very well cared for or new. The only thing I didn't like about this unit was that it was really loud! The fire station is right around the corner and the unit is very close to the road and since it is in a high traffic area, there is a lot of car noise. Since it is on a golf course, the maintenance starts early in the morning and woke us up. The beach access is the beach club which is close but very busy.

Great Location & Family Set Up

Location is great, extremely convenient for beach access. Great unit for family with small children. Plenty of room in kids room and attached bathroom. Semi private pool was never too crowded. Pool and beach toys/chairs/umbrellas provided.

Sea Pines Christmas

This was our first stay at Sea Pines and loved it. This house is slightly dated like others have written but who cares when it's clean, bright light from windows, comfortable, one story, and front door parking. The leisure path is right across the street and provides a most enjoyable 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. You can walk from sunrise to sunset and see beauty in every form on the many miles of leisure paths. Bicycles are also included. Of our 7 day stay we only left Sea Pines once for shopping. If you want a quiet, comfortable home close to nature this is it!

Awesome Location

We stayed 13 nights in November. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked, the bedding, towels and washer and dryer. The Carolina room was very nice -- great place to sit with coffee and watch the golfers. The location was great -- 10 minute walk to the beach. We had our dog and it worked out well -- lots of places to walk him. We found the bathrooms to be small and the Master Bathroom Dark (can be fixed) but overall a great property.

Great location in Sea Pines

Owners extremely responsive & helpful. Unit is in need of facelift but is perfectly located: 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive to beach & Sea Pines Beach Club, 20 minute bike ride to Salty Dog & pool, 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town. 2 bikes & 4 beach chairs were available for use. Owner left us a nice bottle of wine! Nice back patio & small yard for dogs. Overall, I would recommend.

Very Relaxing Resort

The property is very comfortable and provided all necessary supplies and amenities for an awesome stay. The master's bathroom is super tiny and is probably due for a remodel. The shower is only about 4 square feet, and I wish it had a removable shower handle to assist in bathing. Access to the community's pool is not included in the rental of the property, and you have to pay $15 per family per day to use it. I also wish more bicycles were included. The two of them is not sufficient when traveling with family. Other than those few items, I thought the property had a great location within walking distance to the private beach and horse stable.

Perfect Location!!

The location is perfect...easy walk to the beach. The bikes were great...could ride anywhere in Sea Pines. The Villa was clean, but could really use some updating...especially the appliances and kitchen. The blender did not work.

Location, Location, Location!

This was our first time on HHI, and we loved every minute of it. The beach and restaurants were within biking/walking distance, and the villa had everything that we needed to get started. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. There were even bunk beds, which my children enjoyed. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect location, very comfortable- great Spring Break!

It was our first time staying in Sea Pines after staying in other resorts on Hilton Head for the past couple of years. My husband and I agreed that after our week in Sea Pines, we'll never stay anywhere else on the island! And this villa was the perfect place for us to stay in Sea Pines- great location in the middle of everything, so we were able to bike practically everywhere! I so appreciated the two bikes that were included in the villa rental as well as the free time on the tennis courts. The villa was also a convenient five-minute walk from the beach, where we went every morning with our dogs, who loved running free and jumping in the waves. It's their favorite week of the year! The only downside was that the kitchen and the shower in the master bath were small, but that hardly impacted our enjoyment at all. Otherwise, the villa was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and we loved eating meals in the sunroom with a gorgeous view of the golf course. It was also a great place to curl up with a book. It was one of our best family vacations ever, making it very difficult to return to our unending winter up north!

Great Location

It is one of the best locations in Sea Pines. Close to the Beach Club (.4 miles from the Condo). We were on the beach in our chairs in 10 minutes and less than 5 on the bike. Overlooks the 10th tee and the putting green at the Plantation Club. The condo was very comfortable with lots of comfortable chairs, couch and dinner table. Beds were also very comfortable. Kitchen was small but well stocked with pans, etc. Overall the Condo has a lot of pros: Location, Location, Location, comfortable furniture, sun room, clean & spacious condo, There are a few cons: Small outdated kitchen and bathrooms. That said, we will definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit.

Great location!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Jessica was great to work with, the villa is older but very well equipped, loved having beach toys/chairs!!! The location was absolutely perfect! Wish there had been outdoor pool access but that was about the only thing missing! Doesn't get much better (I would have given 5 stars but there was an odd odor all week - we bought febreeze our first night there and used the whole can)

Very nicely maintained property.

Property was as described. Vehicle passes and door code were mailed to us before we left for vacation. We were able to go straight to the property without having to stop at the Vistor Center- very convenient! Nice quiet setting on golf course. 3 minute bike ride to the beach club. Three bikes were waiting for us when we arrived with no additional charge. Kitchen nicely equipped with dishes and untensils. This was our seventh vacation at HHI and this was by far the best property we have stayed at.

Awesome location and great unit!

Loved the layout of the unit and we were very comfortable during our stay. The sunroom was awesome and offered lovely views of the gold course.

We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Head and the Villa was a great hq

The Villa was a great fit for the 4 of us. It was a good headquarters for our visit to Hilton Head. The were games and movies lots of space and we really loved that there was a grill for BBQs. Our only real quibble would be that the galley kitchen was a bit tough to do much in, but it was a vacation so that wasn't a big deal. Overall a great way to visit the island.

We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head. The villa was perfect - not too far from the beach, but far enough so sand in the villa did not become an issue. It was great having the two bikes to make our trips to the beach easier. Also, a great way to explore the surroundings. We had plenty of room and loved the décor, especially in the living area and Carolina room. Jessica worked with us in a positive way to make our trip more enjoyable.

Will be renting again!

We stayed here as a family of six + a family visitor for 2 night and we had plenty of room. 3 of our children are elementary age so having 2 TV areas AND a treasure trove of toys was so helpful! The decor was gorgeous as a bonus. The bike rental stand is literally across the street. The kids really liked bike riding to the beach but it was close enough for me to ride home and make lunches easily. Sea Pines has so much to offer m families- we hardly left the area all week. Highly recommend this property.

Location! Location! Location!

We have stayed at several places in Sea Pines and this location by far has been our favorite. Large living room with space for everyone! Love that we had no stairs to fight carrying our luggage and groceries. The villa is so close to the beach! The kitchen is small but adequate. The only thing we did not like was the master bathroom. Shower is very small and needs updated. Would definitely stay in this location again.

Escape from Happy Valley pa Dick and Sue

What a great place to spend a winter month away from the cold and snowy central Pa. We really enjoyed the 1 floor layout especially the sunroom that overlooks the putting green and lagoon. Only a 5 minute walk to beach and bike and walking trails to shops and dining. Great place to stay with a dog as the area is very clean and the bike trails are bordered by lights every 10 yards or so if you want to walk after dark. Also Lighthouse #1 is right across the street from the Ocean course club house and the entire parking area is lit up all night.We love to golf, walk on the beach and bike and all were available right outside our front door. The inside of the villa is clean and well maintained and we really appreciate the main living area that is very comfortable as you have several options of where you might want to sit and relax. It also should be mentioned that we had a slight problem with one of the TV's in the bedrooms and this was fixed within the first day of our stay by Scott. We have already reserved our stay for next year and look forward to coming back.
