Rick, had to leave our Villa earlier than planned due to a possible tropical storm in the area. I appreciate he took the time to rate our Villa even with a shortened stay.

Thanks to Kevin for a great review. We make improvements to our Villa every year, trying to make every guest feel they have chosen the right place to spend their vacation. We are constantly adding new items and replacing older ones. Many of our guests come back every year.

Ellen, thanks for the great review. We try to make every Visit to our Villa a stress free vacation at a wonderful Resort. We have a great cleaning company and provide five star amenities and linens.. Our bike vendor does give a discount to all guest that rent from us. Our Villa is 50 yards from the best pool in Sea Pines, totally remodeled. We are a 3 minute walk to the closest trolley stop and 6 minutes to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center.

Second time at our Villa, more than half our guest come back every year. We try very hard to make your stay comfortable, and stress free. We have all the latest amenities including a rice cooker and numerous places to connect your electronics to an extremely fast wifi(600 mps, upload and download). Large televisions in each bedroom, and downstairs with free Netflix, and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO. 2023 is filling up fast, book not to get your preferred dates.

Every year we do upgrades to our Villa, many are suggestions from our guest. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, remodeled, perfect location Villa, you have found it. Sea Pines has also made tremendous improvements to the Resort, new golf courses, new Beach club, new restaurants and shops. Book with us and you will see why most of our guests come back every year.

I always appreciate guest that take the time to review our property. This review was very short, only a few words, I would like to respond to what little was said. Heritage Villas are among the largest Villas inside Sea Pines, Our 2 bedroom is 1,600 square feet and is far from "tiny" as stated Many 2 bedroom Villas inside the Resort are less than 1,200 feet. In 30 years of renting this Villa I have never heard this comment before. If the guest had an issue with the cleaning, they should have called me and it would have corrected immediately. All I heard from this guest during their stay was how much fun they were having and they appreciated my Villa. My cleaners is one of the only one on the Island that is certified to use electrostatic cleaning to combat the virus. This is the same process that major airlines are now using. I encourage anyone considering our Villa to read all my reviews that will give a much better description of our previous guests experience with this Villa.

Heritage Villas does have the best pool inside Sea Pines. 100% remodeled with all new very high quality beach furniture. Stay with us if you want great accommodations in a great complex.
