Set in a quiet and residential countryside environment, Villa Minatur is a delightful property with a swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden.

You will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing setting, while remaining within reasonable distance of the beaches and iconic destinations of the French Riviera.

The property features a lovely entrance with an electric gate and several private parking spaces inside.

An adjoining studio, independent from the main house, completes the property and includes:
   •   One double bed
   •   A private bathroom

Heated pool option

The swimming pool can be heated upon request, to be arranged at the time of booking or at least 10 days before arrival.
