Vær blandt de første til at blive i denne nyligt opdaterede strand sommerhus beliggende direkte på den varme sand og turkis vand i Mexicogolfen! Bare gå ud af din veranda (hvis du har lyst til det!) og ind i sandet - kun få skridt til det varme vand i Mexicogolfen og fantastiske solnedgange! Ingen trapper til at klatre - bare park i din private carport, rul din kuffert et par meter og velkommen til Paradise! Vi har netop afsluttet opdatering af lejligheden med et helt nyt åbent gulvkøkken køkken med hvide shaker frysere, granit tællere og et fuld størrelse rustfrit køkken - herunder et køleskab med icemaker, indbygget mikrobølgeovn, 5 brænder komfur og opvaskemaskine og en morgenmad bar med barstol siddende! Home har alle nye møbler, herunder en king-size seng i det private soveværelse, queen size sovesofa, 2 fladskærms-tv, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed, strandstole, håndklæder, alt sengetøj og et fuldt udstyret køkken - herunder både kaffemaskine og keurig! Bare tag med dit badedragt!

Host was very welcoming! The cottage is in perfect condition and very very clean. Full sized, well taken care of appliances, a Keurig for tea and coffee. Comfortable king size bed and enough space for toiletries. Being right on the beach is great big plus!

This place was amazing. Stunning view from the living area open the door and you are 139 easy steps to the water. Beautiful white sand lots of shells and quiet. The sunsets were amazing. The hosts were wonderful.

We had the most wonderful time!! Waking upbin the mornings to the beautiful view of the gulf was amazing!! Everything we needed and more was available. Communication from our host was great. We would definitely return for another vacation and stay longer next time.

Laurie was very communicative before our arrival (even with a holiday arrival!) and the unit was beautiful and well stocked. The view is absolutely gorgeous and we were lucky to catch some beautiful sunsets! We will definitely back in future!

The host was great. We wanted to use the dvd player and it was broke. I called to let her know and she ordered a new one that was delivered in 2 hrs. The bungalow.Is great, it is small but has everything you need. And is in a great location right on the beach.You walk out the back door onto the beach. It is awesome to sit on the back Porch and watch the sun go down.

This cozy beach house is as described and is perfect! Clean, kitchen has everything needed and more, bed was comfy, and you step out of the door onto the beach. Hosts are responsive and check-in was a breeze. Our trip was just too short!

The home is exactly as shown in pictures! Very clean, updated and comfortable. The owners provide everything you need and then some. The view is breathtaking and the sand on the beach area of the property is silky smooth. Even though you do have taller buildings on either side, it still feels like your own private oasis. There is a public beach access path but it is blocked by foliage but it wasn't overcrowded or noisy. This is a duplex so your neighbors are close but we could not hear anything from next door at all. We love this place and will be back! I should add that the owners are great! They are very accomodating and are extremely quick to respond. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special!

Wonderful stepping out of the cottage onto sand. Nice white sand. Plenty of beach to set up and spend the day, and go back for a bite. This is the way to go!!

This place is magic. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Very homy decor and it had everything. Dishes and pans were great, as we did breakfast in. Beautiful view of beach and plenty of nice beach chairs. The bed was completely comfortable. We love it so much that we are coming back next year for our anniversary.

This was my second stay here, and I’m hoping there will be many more! Such an adorable place where you step out the door directly onto the beach. The sunsets are stunning and such a peaceful way to end the day. Check in could not have been easier. Had no troubles at all during either visit! And, the kitchen had everything we needed!

This place is a gem! Very cozy and great for a couples get away. Nothing like waking up every morning looking out at the gulf and eating breakfast in front of the huge window with the best view on the island. Fantastic for beach lovers because you are only steps away from the water and can leave your chairs to run back to the house to grab lunch and then spend the rest of the day relaxing back in the sand. We will definitely be going back!

I had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect location. Close to restaurants and the store across the street is nice. To be able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach was amazing! It’s also perfect for watching the sunset. One suggestion would be to have an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It’s honestly horrible but everything else made up for it.

Adorable & Convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house! Everything was just as pictured—it was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Laurie and Russ was easy and very responsive throughout the entire process.One thing to note: the home is a duplex and located right next to a public beach access point, which wasn’t immediately clear from the listing. That said, the location was incredibly convenient and we were just steps away from the sand, which made beach days a breeze. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay—perfectly viewable from just outside the house.Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Anniversary getaway

We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay for our anniversary. Everything was just as described and had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and even checked in during a storm. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. We loved it!

Perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

What a wonderful location and cottage! Walk out the door and there you are on the beach. Views from windows are outstanding too. Beach is not very crowded and the sunsets are lovely. The covered carport was a bonus too with the hot Florida sun. Hope to return in the future.

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!

This is a 1957 quaint beach cottage - ranch style with no stairs, but updated with an open floor plan featuring white shaker cabinets, all full-size stainless appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher), PLUS a washer/dryer, king sized bed, ROKU TV, Alexa, new walk-in shower, high-speed wireless internet, covered front porch right on the sand to just stare at the ocean and feel the ocean breezes and enjoy spectacular sunsets! There is also a new outdoor shower!
