Location of this rental is wonderful! Access to the beach being right out the back gate was very convenient, and the pool was very nice to have for when it got too windy on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy as well. We really enjoyed the balcony on the beach side and sat out there in the mornings and the evenings.The rental itself was nice but had a few "flaws" that were a little inconvenient and annoying at times, but we didn't let it ruin our vacation. In the kitchen, every time you open the refrigerator it would pull away from the wall, and you would have to push it back. The microwave did not work but we really didn't need it, so it wasn't too great an issue. The pocket door in the main bedroom did not close so made privacy a little awkward. The mirrored closet in the main bathroom did not slide but we were not in need of it so was not a concern. A main thing to be aware of renting this property, there is no insulation separating the floors. We could hear conversations from the upstairs neighbors and them just walking across the floor sounded like a heard of elephants. Overall, a good place to stay and would stay again.

Great Location

Great location, beautiful beach right out in front of you, great fishing on beach, fun shelling, clean accommodations, nice deck to view the beautiful sunsets, comfortable master bedroom bed, nice walk in closet space, plenty of room and easy access to beach down spiral staircase! Always a great vacation!!

Great Time at a Great Place!!

We had such a great time. The location is perfect. The beach wasn't crowded and was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and the kids loved it! We would definitely stay again!!

Fun vacation spot

Nice place to stay but could use some TLC. Pool was nice and location was great! Why are the curtains too small for the patio doors??!!

Great vacation

Kids and I had a great time. Location was great and not too busy. Only problem was that the place was locked when we got there, but was able to quickly get in touch with the host and get the lock box code.

Great views and Location

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was roomy and clean. We loved both the gulf view as well as the inter coastal view. Many restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again as well as recommend to my family members.

We loved this property!

We really enjoyed this condo and the easy beach access. Everything was great! They had beach toys to play with and made things easy for us to enjoy or stay. The beach was wonderful and was not crowded (unlike Clearwater). We hope to stay here again.

Good place

Overall good place, great location and great view. It does need some upgrades and the kitchen wasn’t the best stocked but we were able to stop by the local Publix and get some of the things we needed and left it there so the next guest could enjoy.

Quiet condo on the beach

Great location for the condo with direct access to the beach. Quiet setting. A lot of very convenient extras available such as beach chairs and an umbrella--which adds to the enjoyment of relaxing on the beach
