Welcome to CALIFORNIA, a superb fully air-conditioned apartment with balcony. Ideally located in Nice's Carré d'Or district, it is housed in a typical Nice building.



The apartment comprises a living room with a dining area opening onto the balcony, a open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with a spacious dressing room and queen-size bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space. An elegant shower room and toilet completes this property.



The apartment is located on the 2ᵉ floor without elevator.

Welcome to the Carré d'Or district in downtown Nice, between Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Promenade des Anglais.

We had a great time, and I must say it was a great experience. Easy pickup and delivery of keys, and so handy having your office close by. The apartment was top and location super. Overall a great stay.

We had a good time in this apartment. It is comfortable. I would recommend a better a/c unit as the air conditioner doesn’t cool enough for the hot summer in Nice.

Charming apartment

The location of this apartment was ideal! We loved watching the world go by from the balcony on this quiet but not too quiet street. There are so many lovely restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We would happily return one day when/if we return to Nice.

Excellent location, great apt

Stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience. Check-inw/the management co was easy and I used their app for questions, to order more linens etc, throughout my stay. The apt was clean and big and very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the quiet-ish side street was where I enjoyed my cafe every day. :) The beds were comfortable and the second bedroom worked great when my guests came. Kitchen had everything I needed, including an espresso machine. The big windows/doors to the balcony let in lots of light and air. Could not have had a better set-up!The little street had everything too; a boulangerie, a little grocery store and a couple really wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend! The apron

A lovely apartment in a fabulous location. We have already booked for next year.

The location is extremely good and the apartment is light and airy. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, the apartment is very pleasant but it would be nice to have more seating in the lounge plus two more dining chairs. In the second bedroom there is no furniture apart from the bed and some unfinished shelves so a bedside table/some drawers would be nice to have. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion.

A perfect month

"California" is in a well maintained building located in an excellent location. I have stayed in many different areas of Nice and the Rue Dalpozzo ticks more boxes than any other. Very close to Promenade des Anglais and the Zone Piéton and a twenty minute stroll to the Old Town and Cours Saleya. It also has one of my favourite restaurants in Nice; Zorzetto. The apartment is well equipped, with very comfortable beds, functioning kitchen and the small balcony (only big enough for two people) is a sun trap in the middle of the day. I think a small armchair to accompany the sofa would be a bonus. Overall it's a lovely apartment which I highly recommend.

Nice apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment is ideally located to explore Nice, near the Promenade and just a short walk from Old Town Nice and Place Massena. It is great value for money to be in the heart of Nice at such a price. The apartment is adequately furnished, i.e. has everything you need. A plus is the aircondition which you definitely need in March as the evenings and night are very cool. We had a good stay there. The service by Nestor and Jeeves was excellent and we already booked with them again. We would suggest to buy a new washer/dryer for the apartment as we had some difficulties with it and it seemed rather old/ ancient. After Nestor send in a technician immediately after our query we were told it works good. We nevertheless preferred to use the laundromat round the corner, which was readily accessible at a reasonable price.

Spacious apartment in central Nice

Great location in heart of Nice. Modern kitchen area and bathroom. Our average score is because it sleeps 4 but is only comfortable for 2. The sofa only seats 2/3, only 2 dining chairs. Few glasses, only 3 spoons. It could be so much better if added lamps, side tables, storage in 2nd bedroom. There were absolutely no instructions. We couldn’t get the oven to work. No duvets, only one blanket. We were cold in April. We were there 2 weeks and had to buy bin bags, cleaning stuff etc which should be supplied. Bathroom and kitchen was clean but it was very dusty. Probably fine for a weekend break but not for a long stay. No change of towels or bedding. Just a bit minimalist for the cost.

Großzügiges Appartement mit komfortablen Betten und guter Klimaanlage

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Essecke hatte leider nur 2 Stühle, bei Belegung mit 4 Personen wäre das ungünstig gewesen.

Allergy

C est pas un bon appart pour des gens qui sont allergique aux chiens. Il doivent etre bcp des residues des cheveux de chiens dans le sofa t lit. Pour le reete tres bon emplacement, assez d espace, bon agent.

Nizza - einfach gut

Nizza ist für uns das schon eine vertraute Reise. Es hat sich viel getan. Die Menschen sind,wenn man so etwas sagen kann, freundlicher und offener. Alles ist sauber und es wird der Müll getrennt, auf Teufel kann man raus. Es ist aber auch teurer geworden. Ein Restaurantbesuch kommt man schnell auf 100 Euro. Aber...Nizza ist wunderbar

Schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr zentral gelegen. Draußen ist zwar immer was los, aber die Schlafzimmer sind hinten raus und ruhig. Alles da, was man braucht. Viele Restaurants direkt vor der Tür oder in Parallelstrassen. Man ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß am Strand bzw. an der Promenade. Ideal für einen Stadturlaub mit Strand. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe! Man kann mit Glück irgendwo in der Nähe halten und ausladen und dann in ein öffentliches Parkhaus fahren. Empfehle Palais de la Mediterranee, da 7 Etagen tief und man kann auch mit einem größeren Auto (SUV) gut parken. Ansonsten das Auto möglichst stehen lassen. Der Zug für Ausflüge ist super. Man ist in ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg am Hauptbahnhof. Nizza ist eine Reise wert!

Large apartment in fantastic Nice location

One block off the beach in a vibrant area with little noise. Our apartment was a large two bedroom with the back bedrooms overlooking a quiet side street behind a church. Our street was quite close to many good restaurants but not noisy with nice neighbors. Unit has a modern renovated look and feel, lots of living space. Old Microwave needs replacing. The property manager was incredible, best in the business. They also arranged tranportation, mail and Amazon delivery for us.

Super Lage, sehr zentral

Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist für 2 Personen optimal, da auf dem Balkon nur zwei Personen Platz haben, was für die Lage und das Baujahr des Objektes aber gleichwohl normal ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, was die Technik und die Küche angeht. Beim zweiten Schlafzimmer muss man leichte Abstiche machen. Das Bett qietscht und es gibt wenig Ablagefläche bzw. eine Leselampe oder so.

A pleasant stay

The apartment is spacious and clean with all the necessary mod cons. The decoration is simple but adequate for holiday stays. The location is good, a couple of minutes from the beach as well as the pedestrian zone. The booking and check in procedures with Nestor & Jeeves worked smoothly. We had a pleasant stay.
