Vores 2/2 Condo er nyligt opdateret og smagfuldt indrettede for at give dig og dine gæster en behagelig og nem strandatmosfære. Vores enhed kan rumme i alt 6 gæster. Vi tilbyder en King size seng i master, en Queen size seng og en Twin seng i gæstesoveværelset, og en Queen size sovesofa i stuen. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alle apparater, køkkengrej og redskaber, der er nødvendige for at lave et hjemmelavet måltid. Point East Community tilbyder en overdækket pavillon, 2 strandside shuffleboard domstole, en sæsonopvarmet pool og kiddie pool. Flagler Avenue ligger kun en 2. 7 km kørsel og tilbyder mange muligheder for spisning ved stranden, shopping eller bare nyde en is efter en afslappende dag på stranden. Beautiful Beach Escape

We loved our stay at this property. The Condo was perfectly equipped and a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool amenities. Loved that we could grill by the pool or enjoy dinner on the balcony with ocean views! Excellent location just a few steps from Chases on the Beach. Kristen was a gracious host and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great unit

We’ve been staying at Point East for about 5 years now and this was our favorite unit. The set up is great for a family of 5.

Fabulous!

Great condo! About 2.7 miles from Flagler Ave for all the restaurants and beach shopping! Did not have morning sun, but had nice beach view and access. Well manicured grounds. Owner responded quickly when needed. Love the beach decor inside and balcony!

Point East... Completely Satisfying

This was our first time at Point East. Kristen was great with accommodating our needs and being available if needed. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Easy beach access, large pool area, and overall cleanliness are just a few of the great things this condo has to offer.

Awesome condo right on the beach

This was a very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with anything we could want or need. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was always available for questions and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to this condo on our next stay to New symrna beach

Absolute Charmer

My wife and I flew in a day ahead of our check-in to the condo. The host Kristen could have been more helpful and got us into the condo that night. We had a wonderful week there. We'll be back!

Excellent accommodation and location. Ocean view was really nice. People were super friendly. We enjoyed a really relaxing month. Kristin was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks Kristin!!

Great place and better owner

We have been to NSB many times and this is the nicest property we have ever stayed at. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the property is nice with a community grill. The unit itself has many more amenities than expected and provided some detergent for the laundry. There were plenty of towels to use and the unit is nicely decorated. It is clear that the place is well cared for. We had a medical emergency while there and the unit provider went out of their way to help us get accommodations for an extra day. Highly recommend this property and owner.

Lovely condo.

Condo decorated so nice with all Beach decor and was very comfortable. Appreciated all the little extra amenities too. We had a lovely stay with no issues that needed any attention. Kristen responded timely to our general questions on the area, thank you. Hope to return on another winter vacation.

Beautiful view!!!!

My husband and I Loved our time there!!!!! The owners have covered every detail, we wanted for nothing! The view of pool out to ocean was so fantastic that we spent a lot of time on the patio. We will definitely go again soon

My daughter and I booked a trip to spend quality time. The pictures are exactly what you see. Relaxing and beautiful. Secure when entering the pool and beach due to code and maintenance gentleman keeping a watchful eye on who may not belong on the property. They owners we great, very responsive and had everything you would need and not have to worry about spending extra money on (toiletries, beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles.) We had an amazing time and will definitely reccomend to others and go again. The only reccomendation is to the coop board on outdoor lighting on that side of the building is not bright enough. At night its a little scary when walking up the stairs or going to your door i needed to you my cell flashlight.

New Smyrna such a beautiful beach, no drive beach makes it feel safe for children beach fun.

Condo has everything you need, just steps to beach. Property well maintained. Close to shopping and great restaurants. 5 ⭐️

Nice, clean, and accommodating

My family and I absolutely loved this place. It has a good view of the ocean from the balcony, which is where I had my coffee and my devotion every morning we were there. The walk to the beach was short, which is great when carrying beach gear. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay very nice. We have found our new favorite vacation destination.

Couldn’t of asked for better!

I couldn’t of asked for a better experience at Point East! From booking to check out and everywhere in between this rental experience was impeccable! My daughter (9) and I rented this place for a mother daughter trip to the beach (we are from western Canada) to visit friends who live in nearby Port Orange. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised, and in my opinion even better. When they say it’s fully stocked with everything you need, they aren’t kidding around. The place is very clean, has more than enough linens and towels to accommodate several people without the need to do laundry during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, drink ware and dishes you could ever need. A cooler bag and ice packs in the freezer made it easy and convenient to pack a lunch/snacks and drinks for the pool/beach, however the beach and pool are a 30 second/1 minute walk up to the condo anyway if you didn’t want to pack anything or if you forgot something upstairs. There were plenty of board games, movies, and videos games to keep us occupied in case of rain but that certainly wasn’t the case during our stay!! The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time at the pool or on the beach. The beach access was gated which made it feel safe, and kept unwanted traffic off of the property. The property was in a great location with everything we needed close by. A two minute walk to 7/11 if we needed any necessities, and right next door is the charming and DELICIOUS Izzy’s tacos & Ice cream! Which we ate at 3 times that week!! We highly recommend it, but beware, their tacos are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! A nice short stroll on the beach takes you to Chases’ on the Beach where we had the most delicious Key Lime Pie!! This restaurant/bar is unique, it has indoor/outdoor seating directly on the beach, a POOL, and stunning ocean views. The vibe there is hard to beat! The condo is equipped with beach toys, surf board, fishing rods, and some floaties. Several “beach reads” were available, and Shampoo and body wash were also provided in both bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised that have found sunscreen as well! The condo and property is VERY well maintained and everyone was very friendly. This place is family friendly, safe and in a quiet location! We cannot wait to come back to NSB and stay at our new favourite place, it’s the perfect little slice of paradise!

Pleasant Surprise

We've stayed at NSB many times over the years at other locations. It is a great place to go when you live in the Orlando area. We've driven by Point East many times over the years. What were we thinking. This place is great. The unit was as advertised, pool and grounds were fantastic. The beach is just steps away. We really enjoyed it.

Amazing week for spring break!

We had a great time at this condo, dividing our time between the beach and the pool. This location was also great for day trips as it's close to other cities!

Awesome Stay!

My hubby and I enjoyed ourselves very much at this quiet little condo getaway. Very spacious inside and every amenity we needed! Our grandchildren enjoyed themselves too!!

We bought this Condo because we love spending time in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. For us locals, NSB is known to be Family Friendly and Safe. NSB does not allow any chain restaurants or franchises, allowing you to fall in love with your favorite Mom & Pop restaurant on every corner.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This complex was built in the 1960's however is one of the very few Condos on NSB that has been completely updated over the last 5 years. There have been over $7M in renovations to the complex, so it truly looks and feels like new.
This complex is only 3 stories with less than 90 total units, just enough people to be social but not too many people where you feel like your at an overcrowded hotel.

Point East is close proximity to convenience stores, many dining options, and market shopping.
