This was a great place to stay. It was clean and REALLY stocked. Comfy bed in master. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. We totally enjoyed our time. The grounds crew kept the pool and deck so clean. Close to all shopping. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house. We will be back

The Condo was exceptionally clean. Super Well Stocked. Extra Pillows, Towels, Beach Towels, Beach Accessories (chairs, boards, umbrellas... beach fun stuff... Pretty Much any and everything.) A Bike in the Garage. (Did not use, but it was there if we wanted to). Loved the Access and Security of the Personal Unit Garage. Access was clear and easy. Pool was Awesome. And the Gym & Sauna was a Great Bonus! We had a Great, Relaxing Time!

If you are considering this vacation rental for your stay in New Symrna Beach, I highly recommend you choose this one. Zac has everything locked down and in order. He makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for an exceptional experience on the ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked. He is communicative, provides answers before you need to ask and the unit has everything you might need. Beach is clean, private and stunning. There is nothing like waking to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise above the water in all its glory with a cup of Joe. Balcony is huge and comfortable with plenty of shade. Another favorite is a book of recommendations for things to do, multiple favorite eateries, shopping, etc with addresses and distance included. That saved a great deal of time. Book this. You will not regret it!

We understand the frustration surrounding the temporary pool renovation and construction noise during your stay. Prior to arrival, we did communicate that the building was undergoing an active improvement project and provided compensation related to the temporary amenity impact so guests could make an informed decision before traveling. While the renovation work was outside of our direct control as individual owners, we recognize that construction activity can still affect the overall vacation experience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the stay. We’re excited for future guests to enjoy the newly renovated pool and hot tub area once the project is completed, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

My family has stayed in this condo twice now and we have enjoyed it very much. The property is very nice and is just as advertised. It is was clean, the view is great, it’s well stocked with supplies and everything is in good working order. The owner is nice, well organized and very responsive. Relatively speaking, the unit is pretty expensive though. Be sure that you understand the rental period. We misunderstood the rental period (completely our fault) and the owner charged us full price for an extra day. We appreciated being able to stay another night. That said, given what we paid for the 5 days, I might have been more accommodating if I were the owner and a repeat renter had misunderstood the terms, but we paid full price and it was fine.If you rent this condo, you will enjoy it. It’s a very nice, conveniently located, well appointed, comfortable place to stay in NSB.

John, I’m glad you and your family enjoyed the condo, but I do need to clarify what occurred. The night before your scheduled checkout, I contacted you to confirm that you were leaving the following morning. You confirmed that you were and said everything was great and that you were looking forward to staying again. When my cleaners arrived the next morning, as scheduled, you were still in the unit. When I called, you acknowledged that you had made a mistake regarding the checkout date. To accommodate you, I had to send my cleaners away and arrange for them to return a second time, while also rescheduling another guest who was checking in that day. Yes, you were charged for the additional time you occupied the condo—but contrary to what this review states, you were not charged full price. I gave you a discounted rate despite the additional expense and disruption caused by the mistake, which you acknowledge was entirely yours. It is disappointing to see the considerable effort made to accommodate you characterized as though I was somehow unreasonable for charging you for the full amount of time you stayed.

Zac was an incredible host. There was construction going on with terrible timing that was out of his control. He gave us a heads up way in advance and was very transparent about it. We enjoyed our stay as a result of his clear communication. The condo was clean and in a great location with beach access. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you may need - towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrella, spices, dishes, cleaning products. Washer and dryer. All the beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Having the comforts of home on vacation is always appreciated when traveling with kids!The owner was very communicative and easy to reach if we were to need anything. The facilities of the building were nice and updated. The beach was clean and beautiful. The condo is in an area of the beach that wasn’t crowded with people and tended to be quieter as it’s a non-drivable part. We even got to see some sea turtle nests. We enjoyed that there was plenty to do within a short drive to the main area of restaurants and shopping but was also removed if you like things a little quieter. We are looking forward to coming back!

The condo had very nice furnishings, beds, and kitchen items. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the pool and liked the direct access to walk on the beach. Great location where it was not too busy but easy to get to shops, restaurants and other activities.

Perfect Beach Vacay

Beautifully decorated unit and a great, secure condo complex. Loaded with all the amenities needed and directly located on the no-drive beach and very close to a variety of great restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

New Smyrna Beach has been special to us for as long as we can remember. Both of us spent years vacationing here long before we ever met, drawn to the same things that bring guests back again and again — the relaxed pace, the beautiful no-drive beach, and the simple joy of life by the ocean.

We love the easy, laid-back beach lifestyle and created this condo as a place where guests can experience that same feeling — comfortable, uncluttered, and stress-free. Our goal is to make your stay simple and seamless, with everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience.

We take pride in maintaining the condo, paying attention to the details, and being responsive hosts. Whether it’s your first visit to New Smyrna Beach or a place you return to year after year like we do, we hope you feel right at home and leave already planning your next stay.

After years of visiting/searching for listings, I was beginning to lose hope in finding our perfect beach home. It was not until we saw the beautiful unit at Ebb Tide that we were instantly blown away, we knew this was going to be the one.

Since we were kids, it has been our dream to have a place in New Smyrna.  We grew up coming here every summer far before we ever met one another. It is great to have a place to call our own!

New Smyrna is a great, small town feel that has great shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities near by. Ebb Tide is a coveted condominium complex with its beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, pool and hot tub, gas grill for use, pickleball courts, and a gym that even includes a sauna!
