Kiahuna Plantation # 57 ~ Have Paradise på Poipu Beach!

Nyd det tropiske paradis af Kiahuna Plantation, en af ​​de mest rummelige ejendomme på øen. Ejendommen har 35 acres af velplejede græsplæner og tropiske haver, der fører til en smuk halvmåne formet strand og rolige ocean farvande. Vores Condo er centralt beliggende i en fantastisk have beliggenhed og en to minutters gang til stranden. Vi er på første sal, enhed # 57 i bygning # 11. Den Lanai åbner helt ud til plænen. Der er et bord og stole og liggestole til afslapning. Vores badeværelse blev ombygget i travertin flise, soveværelset har en ny seng (august 2013), og et nyt køleskab og opvaskemaskine. Vi er løbende gør opgraderinger. Der er gratis kabel internet, og vi har købt en trådløs router, så bærbare computere kan tages ud på lanai med lethed. En grill er bekvemt placeret foran vores enhed. Ingen grund til at køre til vasketøj, som vi er også skridt væk.

Kiahuna fronter en smuk halvmåne formet strand, hvor du kan svømme, snorkle, boogie-board og surfe. Stranden er beskyttet af et rev. Gratis stole og strand håndklæder leveres.

Denne leje kommer med adgang til Poipu Athletic Club, placeret på tværs af gaden fra Kiahuna Plantation, som omfatter gratis brug af følgende:
• Fantastisk pool med vandrutschebane, lille barn strandområde (ideelt miljø for børn!), Lounges og parasoller.
• Tennisbaner og kugle maskine (bare spørg!)
• Vægte, elliptiske, stationære cykler, løbebånd, Nautilus-type vægte, air-condition cardio rum.
For et mindre gebyr er der også en række klasser at vælge imellem, herunder Vand Aerobic, Core, Yoga, Training Essentials og Yoga.


Poipu Shopping Village og Kiahuna Golf Course er også på tværs af vejen. Poipu Bay Golf Course er en mile nede ad vejen.

Kauai time

We stayed here 15 years ago under another owner and the unit did not disappoint! It was as advertised, and there were beach items available to be used. The kitchen was stocked with additional dishes to make it easier for our group of three families to congregate from other units that were not as well equipped. Thanks for making this a great family trip!

Lovely Location

Love this area of Kauai and Christine was very nice to work with. I have recommended this location to friends considering a trip to the island due to its closeness to beach, shopping and food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Trying to figure out when we can come back. Lovely unit, landscape and short walk to the beach.Really enjoy the patio out to the lawn. We did not want for anything.

Refreshing and restful stay

We had a most fabulous time in Popiu this visit (our 3rd). The condo was clean and represented well on the listing. Our only wish would have been for it to include some folding beach chairs as the stairs near the beach shed were washed out and the ones we could use for 'free' were too cumbersome to get to the shore. All in all, our visit was just what we desired and we wanted to stay longer! Thank you!

Bathroom sink

On the next to the last day of our stay, the drain plug would not stay in the open position to drain the water. We had to use one hand to hold the drain open whenever we ran the water and didn’t want to fill the sink up. That was the only problem we had. Just telling you so you know about it for the next guest(s). Otherwise we loved our stay.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I had a lovely 5 night stay in a beautiful location! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a kitchen and space to spread out. The property is beautiful and it is easy to be here. Aloha!

Great location!

Condo is great - lots of light makes it feel open and spacious. Lanai feels like a private area with the trees blocking neighboring condos view. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Easy walk to Poipu Beach to snorkel and see the seals and turtles.

Kiahuna Plantation

We love this property. The gardens are so beautiful and it's so close to one of the best beaches in Kauai. This condo was great - clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful grassy lanai and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great property as described

Check in after hours was exactly as described. This property is so lovely with the green space and right on the beach. Athletic club was great too, kids loved the pool and parents could choose to exercise or get an adult beverage!

What paradise should be

I loved staying here. It what paradise should be…waking up to the sounds of birds singing, the wind through the trees, and occasional rain. The property was beautiful and the condo was exactly as expected. The condo was very lovely with its Hawaiian charm. Check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay

Had a really nice time, property is fantastic, kitchen was very well equipped, great patio. We messed up dates by one day on short notice but were able to get things worked out with the staff on site. Very much appreciated!

A nice place to stay on Kauai

We enjoyed our stay here. Very relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. We got daily towels and beach chairs and were able to rent a beach umbrella for our stay. We were entertained by the chicken family that hung out by our patio. We hope to come again!

Kauai Paradise

Kiahuna Plantation is our favorite place on Kauai and we’ve stayed there twice before, so we knew what to expect of the lovely grounds and beach areas. The condo we rented this trip was exactly as we expected and we enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in paradise. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Nice condo in great location

Very nice unit in great location. Check in was a little odd with Castle. Due to Covid limits, we had to do the check in standing outside on their porch but it was understandable. Unit had everything we needed to cook and had plenty of room for the two of us. Saw boogie boards though we didn’t use them. Fridge was rattling a bit so might want to check that out, but didn’t bother us too much or keep us awake. We had some issues keeping the bugs out. We always kept the screens closed but they kept coming in somewhere. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Coffee pot didn’t work (seemed shorted out) but we called the front desk and they rushed us over a new one right away. There was a rooster that serenaded us at all hours but we managed to keep the noise out at night by closing the shutters. An extra standing fan would be nice as we had an issue keeping the place cool, even with the ceiling fans on and shutters open during the day. Overall, a great place and is well kept.

Poipu beach

My adult niece and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is a very short walk to the beach with plenty of beach chairs and access to beach. Very friendly workers and grounds were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. cons: no air conditioner which was fine for April but maybe not August, the pool was a very long walk across a busy street and up a hill at the shared athletic club which leads to my 2nd con, you really need a car. Very limited car services like Uber etc.

Beautiful 1st floor, steps to the beach

We loved the condo and were pleased that it was so close to the beach. The entire community is nicely manicured. It was nice to casually sit on the lanai and experience the bird sounds and a cute Bird of Paradise plant in bloom right there! This unit is close to the parking lot as well, so it didn't take a long time to lug suitcases. Check in was a little odd. This is not your typical VRBO -- it is a resort, getting bookings through VRBO, so there is a typical main office to check-in at. They were right on site for toubleshooting, however, so it was great. (had WiFi issue on arrival). Walls may be a little thin (kids next door at one point). Great launching point for south shore activities!! Would definitely come here again, and likely seek the same unit, although others looked equally appealing.

Perfect location

This is probably our the 5th Kiahuna Plantation condo that we stayed in, and it is definitely the overall best in terms location/convenience (ground floor with garden access plus near very near parking, BBQ grill, & laundry facility). Wifi was also super fast compared to other units we've stayed in. Other amenities are comparable to other units with the exception of no beach gears (not that bid of a deal for us). The Keurig machine was a nice touch though we didn't use it as we always travel with our small Nespresso machine for stays of at least one week,
