The house was beautiful inside, everything was clean and it was great the pool was right in your backyard! I would say kitchen could use some containers with lids for storing leftovers and a pizza cutter would be nice Lol! We had one issue with the icemaker not working. We called property mgmt, and they sent someone right out. The Golf cart was so fun! The grandkids loved going for rides. We took it over to Baytown Wharf several times and to the beach as it is a long walk. The only bummer was the beach was crowded, but overall a great experience!

Beach with friends!

The stay was amazing. Place is just as described. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is in the backyard and the beach .5 miles away. Close to great food. The screened in porch was awesome. Nice to have a large kitchen and living room area too. The golf cart was nice to have also. Highly recommend.

Multi family fun.

Another family and ours stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Beautiful location and condo with great access to beach and pool. Easy access to the Wharf and bayside as well. Only issue was the dryer was plugged so unable to wash/dry clothes for duration but the owners got on that quickly. Overall it was a great time with great memories made.

The rooms were clean, well decorated, amply supplied, and comfortable. We also loved the back porch with lots of chairs for everyone to sit and catch up on family times, and make new memories . Our first visit to Destin

This property was spacious and well decorated. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The golf cart was very nice for getting to and from the beach. The beach closet has at least 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, boogie boards and skim boards. There are plenty of sand toys for smaller children. The beds were comfortable. The dryer takes about 3 drying cycles to dry a load of clothes even when completely cleaning the lint trap after each cycle. Allow plenty of time to dry laundry. Check out the perks available with the Fun Partners Pass. There are a variety of discounts. Some activities need an appointment so call early in your stay. It's quiet here at night so you can get a good night's rest. We would definitely recommend this property.

Loved the golf cart

We enjoyed the property. The golf cart was wonderful and since we flew in without a car it was a necessity. We had 3 kids and 4 adults in the house and it never felt crowded. So much for the kids to do nearby. It was a great trip.

Golf cart charge

We even called when we were there to share the damage with them, they ignored it. MONTHS later I got charged, so I called in. They made me talk to a manager who wasn’t in the same facility. I left a message and never got a call back.

A perfect location … wonderful condo

Loved this location. Beautiful condo. Friendly staff supporting the rental. We’ve stayed in Sandestin many times and this was our favorite.

Family Vacation May 2021

This is a very beautiful property. It's clean and well-maintained. The bedding is very comfortable so we all got restful sleep on this vacation. The beach at Sandestin is absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is that the property sold, and we lost access to a golf cart. We were refunded for this inconvenience, but this location isn't close to the beach. We had to use our vehicle to drop our family and gear off at the beach. It's not close to the beach, so access to a golf cart would have made the trip perfect. The walk through the sand and many pathways is a little tedious with small children. Using the tram to get to the beach from this location is a very long ride. It would also be great if a map was provided to show exactly where beach access for Tivoli is and the best walking path to get there.
