Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Sunset Dinner or Snorkel Sail, Farm Tours, cultural activities and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

Construction Notice: Phase 2 of the resort's water improvement project is scheduled from August 12, 2026 through January 10, 2027, with work progressing by cottage group and possible construction noise from workers and equipment. While access to cottages is expected to remain available, schedules may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

The International Colony Club is a charming "Old Hawaiian" style property located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside. This low-density complex of 40 single-family cottages is the perfect place to completely unplug and relax and unwind from everyday reality.
